Over the years the way man has appropriated nature to meet his needs has brought a series of disastrous consequences, both to nature and to man directly or indirectly. Eventually leading to conflicts and disputes over natural resources that are becoming increasingly scarce. Fishing is one of the modalities that generate the most conflict when it comes to the dispute over natural resources.
