The purpose is also to identify the political, socioeconomic and environmental with the creation of this UC to the beach communities of Viseu. This study was based on a survey of bibliographic data and documents - reports, photographs and maps - and field research to collect data. Based on the evidence produced, describes the developments generated by the institution of RESEX from some public educational policies currently developed in the city.
