Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Adequação de máquinas injetoras horizontais às normas regulamentadoras NR 17 e NR 35: estudo de caso(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2021-06-11) OLIVEIRA, Rick Rocha de; LEITE, Jandecy Cabral; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7279183940171317Safety risks with plastic injection machines represent a serious problem in the plastic production chain. Even with the implementation of NBR 13536/16 to establish the minimum safety requirements for injection machines and its subsequent inclusion in the NR 12 regulatory standard, there are risks related to work at heights and ergonomics that are not properly specified, especially during activities of maintenance of the feed hopper or resin change-over. To mitigate such risks, the present work developed two prototypes of safety adequacy of injection machines to NR 17 and NR 35 standards, based on their size and clamping force, the first being a prototype of access ladder and metallic support of the feed hopper and the second a prototype of platform on top of the injection molding machine. After the implementation of the prototypes, productivity improvements were observed, such as a decrease of approximately 45% in the duration of hopper maintenance time and a 33% reduction in the duration of time for resin change-over, in addition to meeting the safety and ergonomics requirements of the NR 17 and NR 35 standards. Through a satisfaction survey, the changes enabled by the prototypes were evaluated as extremely positive by 80% of the technical staff involved.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Análise de impactos harmônicos em rede de média tensão utilizando redes neurais(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2020-11-11) SOUZA, Jayne do Nascimento; LEITE, Jandecy Cabral; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7279183940171317A methodology is presented to assess the impact caused by the generation of harmonics, located on a bus of interest in the medium voltage substation, in the electric grid of the energy concessionaire. The estimate is to carry out the construction of a model based on data collected, applying the technique of artificial neural network (ANN). The input of the neural model is built by harmonic currents, impacted by nonlinear loads that make up the system of the proposed methodology. The objective of this dissertation is to conduct a measurement campaign to collect data from the electrical system, to demonstrate a study on the quality of electrical energy, considering the recommendations of IEC 61000-3-6 (IEC / TR, 2008-02), IEEE Std. 519-2014, EN 50160-2004 and PRODIST (module 8,2017) and propose the development of an algorithm capable of evaluating measurements using the artificial neural network technique. The technique used in this project was the artificial neural network (ANN) technique, which made it possible to construct the model well with the validation of the results obtained from comparisons of the reference results via computer simulation with results obtained through the neural model. Therefore, the dissertation presented and applied in practice with case studies of the actions for analysis of harmonic impacts in electrical energy distribution systems through the construction of mathematical models using the neural network, obtaining good results, thus validating the applied technique.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Desenvolvimento de um protótipo de robô móvel inteligente para transporte de material em ambiente indoor(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2021-10-29) GOMES, Marivan Silva; LEITE, Jandecy Cabral; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7279183940171317This dissertation is focused on methods, techniques and tools to assist the development of products and robots that need to work with precision in indoor environments, besides presenting the main technologies related to the subject, with their respective advantages, disadvantages, challenges. Finally, a prototype of a mobile robot will be proposed and developed. Self-driving vehicles have become part of Industry 4.0. The Fourth Revolution is present in all stages of manufacturing a product, with benefits for safety, profitability, quality, assembly and worker well-being. Intelligent mobile robots have the ability to move in predetermined places, autonomously and without running the risk of colliding with other robots or people, being able to reprogram their trajectories, no longer having the need to place markers when along its route. They are able to carry heavy loads, carry out unhealthy tasks and work 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Estudo da geração de energia elétrica através dos sistemas fotovoltaicos off-grid.(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2022-03-21) COLARES, Marcus Valério de Rezende; LEITE, Jandecy Cabral; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7279183940171317The present work has as objectives the study of the generation of electric energy through the source of solar energy and presents a study on the photovoltaic systems OFF-Grid, systems not connected to the electric grid, respectively. Therefore, this work presents an analysis of OFF-Grid photovoltaic systems. In terms of analyses, it is worth noting that these were carried out from the technical and socio-environmental perspectives, so that, in the first, the OFF-Grid photovoltaic systems themselves are evaluated. In the second, the market demand, Brazilian potential for photovoltaic solar energy generation, the socio-environmental impact, sustainability, as well as the main incentives in Brazil regarding photovoltaic systems are evaluated. The relevance of this work is therefore due to the fact that there is instability in the price of electricity tariffs and due to the high emissions of carbon dioxide, which affect the climate and ecosystems of the planet. In this context, it is necessary to use technologies for the benefit of society, such as photovoltaic solar energy, with the purpose of developing the economy through clean and renewable energy, through the implementation of environmental sustainability practices. As an analysis, the study presents the advantages and disadvantages of the aforementioned system. Thus, the analyzes presented in this study show that the implementation of photovoltaic systems is a great alternative to reduce environmental impacts and diversify the energy matrix.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Implantação da ferramenta BI no sistema de inteligência de negócios para tomadas de decisões no processo produtivo da empresa Makauta em Manaus(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2022-02-22) CAVALCANTE, Luiz Carlos Monteiro; LEITE, Jandecy Cabral; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7279183940171317The evolution of the production process, formerly "shop floor", has been significant in recent decades. Many projects have been developed for the deployment of ―industry 4.0‖. Major investments have been made in infrastructure, automation, training and information systems, making this sector a strategic area in a timely manner for companies. ―Shop floor‖ today generates a large amount of data that, because it is scattered or disorganized, is not used to its full potential as a source of information for decision making. Thinking about this under-utilization of the information provided in the production process, this paper proposes the implementation of a Business Intelligence system through the use of the Qlik Sense tool, applied specifically to the treatment of ―shop floor‖ data. The goal is to develop a system that uses the data resulting from the production process and transforms it into information that helps managers make timely decisions in this process in order to improve the company's competitiveness.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Implementação de um sistema supervisório em unidades geradoras de energia elétrica de sistemas isolados instalados em municípios do estado do Amazonas(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2021-08-30) SILVA, Jefferson Emilio Maciel da; LEITE, Jandecy Cabral; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7279183940171317This master's dissertation consists of an exploratory research carried out by monitoring the maintenance activities carried out in the Thermoelectric Power Plants installed in the cities of the State of Amazonas, with the objective of implementing a monitoring system for electrical quantities coming from engines, also called Engenies Electric Power. This is a field research with qualitative approaches, taking into account the implementation of an automated system to capture the variations in electrical quantities (Voltage, Current, Power and Power Factor) of these energy generating units. The capture of these data, which are the variations of electrical quantities, occurs with the use of PLC, transducers, Modem, among other equipment, which are stored in a database (computer) that using a Supervisory System modeled for this purpose, providing the visualization of these data, in real time, in a friendly and interactive interface. From the monitoring of these data, via a Supervisory System, and with the use of data manipulation tools from the SCADA system, an interface for the generation of graphics was modeled, which significantly contributed to the interpretation of these data. And in addition, make it available remotely, to everyone involved in the activities of the plants, thus being able to access the Supervisory System from anywhere in the world, through the internet.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) A importância do processo de aplicação do Compliance como ferramenta estratégica na gestão de uma organização do terceiro setor(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2021-06-11) MELO, Maria Lidelmar Carvalho de; LEITE, Jandecy Cabral; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7279183940171317Adequacy of integrity models that meet the rules that respect the current legislation has become fundamental in the management of organizations as a strategic form, mainly in entities with public and non-profit purposes, in a non-governmental scope. Therefore, the objective is to implement a model for the application of the compliance program in a Third Sector institution. In this way, the present study can be considered in an exploratory, applied and qualitative way, in two aspects, bibliographic research and case study, the data collection was through a meeting and interview with the company's professionals, reporting on the importance of the theme. The results showed the main tools and compliance mechanism, proposing actions that can be used in practice with the purpose of providing a broad view of the functioning of the proposed model, with transparency and ethics, thus increasing the competitiveness of the business.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Método para monitoramento de desempenho em tempo real e a cadeia de ajuda como apoio a estratégia da manufatura enxuta(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2022-02-22) SANTOS, Tamires Priscila Souza dos; LEITE, Jandecy Cabral; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7279183940171317With the advancement of technologies, the market increasingly drives competitiveness, where new performance standards are imposed, generating a series of challenges for companies, such as the need for paradigm shifts in relation to many things, but mainly productive process control. The rapid absorption of external elements, new projects, rotating teams, demand fluctuation and other variables, makes companies to create and innovate mechanisms to adapt themselves and apply quick respond to the findings and issues. The survival key for any production process is low cost and high quality. To meet this expectation, online controls are implemented to block manufacturing issues that can go out of control if not detected on time. The Lean Manufacturing strategy has helped in thisbattle, however, some of the proposed tools, such as production control methods based on self-control by the operators themselves, in general employing management boards in sight at the workstations, are often not enough to ensure the accuracy of information to identify the root causes of problems in companies where the practice of continuous improvement by problem identification, analysis and solution is not as strong. This work proposes a method of implementing real-time production performance monitoring within the Lean Manufacturing strategy that, with the creation of a Help Chain, that when effectively triggered by an online system, drives the rapid solution of problems. Real-time monitoring of production performance creates favorable conditions for verifying the effectiveness of any improvement implemented and for permanently monitoring the results. In the studied process, those machines are operated in a series configuration, and the effect of a failure in this type of configuration is very critical, as the simplest failure can impact the production process and generate losses for the company. This work aims to assess the behavior of test equipment in a cable modem and set top box production processes, to make analysis of the failures happened during this production process, to guide a reliability study that enable the maintenance manager to make decisions about how to deal with equipment aiming to reduce failure rates and use proper maintenance practices to allow reliability to be maximizedItem Acesso aberto (Open Access) Otimização do processo do repasse aos municípios e ao Distrito Federal – DF, oriundo da Lei 13.240, de 30 de dezembro de 2015(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2021-08-03) FRANÇA, Fabiano Franco; LEITE, Jandecy Cabral; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7279183940171317Public services imported a range of performance management techniques and instruments to increase the efficiency and quality of processes and services and the transparency of results, including rational planning, target setting and budget control, lean management and performance measurement. Law No. 13,240/15, which deals with the administration, disposal, transfer of property management from the Union and its use for the constitution of funds. Most public sector organizations are facing increasing scrutiny amid calls for greater accountability, monitoring and control. Thus, the objective of this dissertation is to analyze the failures of the transfer process, in the last 5 (five) years, as well as to quantify the amounts not transferred to the states. The first stage of the research consisted of a literature review. Content analysis was developed in three phases: first, a previous analysis was carried out; subsequently, the choice of documents and information obtained from the databases of the Secretariat for Heritage of the Union (SPU) was made and, finally, the material was explored with the proper interpretation of the data and discussion among the authors. The results show, as the main failures, the discontinuity of the municipalities' administrations in the disclosure of information from the Plants of Generic Values – PVG to the Regional Superintendencies of the Union's Patrimony Secretariat until 06/30 of each year; in the cataloging and sent the PVG data to the Regional Superintendencies to the General Coordinator of Heritage Assessment and Accounting – CGCAV/SPU/ME. It was found that some Regional Superintendencies either sent wrongly the list of municipalities with rights or sent updates of the PVG from previous years; sending of data (CNPJ and Current Accounts) incomplete or with divergences by Banco do Brasil; in the process in the General Coordination of Collection in the Preparation of Municipalities with Rights to Transfer; in the process in the General Coordination of Collection of Payment in the Integrated Administration System - SIAFI. It is concluded that, in addition to introducing an important improvement in the process of monitoring heritage revenues, the tool allowed us to estimate the amounts to be transferred to the Municipalities as established in art. 27 of Law No. 13,240/2015, which amended Decree-Law No. 2,398 of 12/21/1987 with the inclusion of art. 6-B.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Processo de estabelecimento de cultivo in vitro de plântulas de simaba cedron planch (simaroubaceae)(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2020-11-16) LIRA, Marcia Santos de Freitas; LEITE, Jandecy Cabral; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7279183940171317Simaba cedron, popularly known as "cedron", is largely used for fever and snake bites. Its seeds are used in the treatment of stomach problems and liver infections. The fruits are used for the treatment of pain and malaria while its bark is an antispasmodic. Simaba cedron is generally propagated through seeds, but with limited success, as the low viability of same restricts its propagation. In view of such difficulty, it becomes necessary the study for adequate conditions for the large-scale production of these seedlings. Being it known that in several species, the use of micropropagation has made it possible to obtain a large amount of disease-free and more homogeneous seedlings, in reduced time and physical space, in comparison with conventional propagation methods, the objective of this work was to analyze the effect of two culture media on the production of aseptic parent plants as a first step in the development of a micropropagation protocol for Simaba cedron. The seeds were collected from a matrix plant located in the Centro de Biotecnologia da Amazônia (T.N.: Amazon Biotechnology Center) (CBA)), in Manaus/AM. The experiment was installed at the Laboratório de Cultura de Tecidos Vegetais/CBA (T.N.: Plant Tissue Culture Laboratory), where the explants were desinfected and grown in culture medium according to MURASHIGE e SKOOG (MS) and in Wood Plant Medium (WPM), during 60 days. The disinfestation rate obtained was 75% and, of the disinfested seeds, 100% germinated. The cultivation medium that was more favorable to the cultivation of simaba was the MS, where the multiplication rate was of 8.0: 1, whose seedlings reached, in average, 4.8 cm and 75% of rooting.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Projeto de filtros passivos aplicado em instalações industriais(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2019-05-14) GIMACK, Worlen Ferreira; LEITE, Jandecy Cabral; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7279183940171317Due to a need to search for a new form and improvement in electric power quality, we can cite the best performance of capacitive filter installations, in order to remove from the electrical system the harmonics, transients, distortions among others, thus avoiding the burning of equipment, machines, lamps. Therefore, the aim is to develop a new product implemented within the company Manaus Industrial Hub, this new product is an automated system for storage in a controlled temperature environment, testing and monitoring of real-time tests of its products. Thus, this article can be considered exploratory, applied and qualitative in nature, under two aspects, bibliographical research and case study, data collection was through meetings with company professionals, technical visits, researching on the importance of the topic. The results showed that the main stages of development of Burn In Inline were validated, studies of production capacity associated with the developments can generate factory modernization and greater competitiveness among companies in the field.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Proposta de metodologia de otimização para o controle de estoque de uma empresa do segmento eletrônico(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2020-10-14) OLIVEIRA, David Felipe Santos; LEITE, Jandecy Cabral; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7279183940171317Inventory control management is considered a fundamental tool for the management of a company, since it allows processes to be managed efficiently. With fewer resources and more savings. The present study aims to: identify and model the inventory control processes that already exist in the company, analyze the inventory that already exists in the company, describe the methodology for inventory control and propose actions of the methodology that allow the corrections of inventory activities already identified. Therefore, propose a methodology for optimizing stock control that is able to define how much and when to buy the products. Aiming at the development of this dissertation, the execution of the work was divided into the following four stages: data collection, process mapping, analysis of improvement opportunities and implementation of improvement proposals. The implementation of the methodology produced a decrease of 30% in the problems of non-attendance. Resulting in positive factors such as lean inventory, efficient customer service, increased capital turnover and increased company profits.
