Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Conceitos de gestão e gerência do cuidado de enfermagem: revisão de escopo(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2021-02-20) BARROS, Aurilívia Carolinne Lima; MENEGAZ, Jouhanna do Carmo; http://lattes.cnpq.br/2423764452219953; https://orcid.org/0000-0002-7655-9826Introduction: Terms “Care Management” and “Care Administration” are strongly present in the reality of health services and academic literature in studies at the most diverse care levels. The scope and differentiation of the terms Nursing Care Management and Nursing Care Administration are a matter of great concern. Objectives: To define the Management and Nursing Care Administration concepts based on the existing scientific production. Methods: This is a scoping review based on the protocol of the Joanna Briggs Institute. Data was collected in the 04-25/04/2020 period. The researched papers were retrieved from LILACS, CINAHL, MEDLINE, and SCOPUS databases without time limits. The sample consisted of studies published in Portuguese, English, and Spanish from 2007 to 2020. Results: We established a structural framework that involves the Nursing Care Management and Nursing Care Administration concepts. The definition and characterization of each component of this framework, its relationships, and, mainly, the conceptualization of the Care Management and Nursing Care Administration terms. This study identified that working in “Nursing Care Management” requires the same skills as working in “Nursing Care Administration”. However, such concepts are mobilized under different frequency and density, and skills with more significant strategic-administrative nuances are more strongly mobilized in the “Nursing Care Administration” thematic core. In contrast, skills mobilized show essentially strategic-cognitive nuances in the “Nursing Care Management” thematic core.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Enfermeiros empreendedores de negócios no Brasil: perfil socioprofissional e de formação(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2022-08-01) PONTES, Emily Silva; TRINDADE, Letícia de Lima; http://lattes.cnpq.br/4855649408920925; https://orcid.org/0000-0002-7119-0230; MENEGAZ, Jouhanna do Carmo; http://lattes.cnpq.br/2423764452219953; https://orcid.org/0000-0002-7655-9826Objective: to analyze socioprofessional and training characteristics of business entrepreneurs nurses in Brazil. METHOD: Mixed Methods Research. This research included permanent PGGENF teachers in the Northern region, listed on the Sucupira Platform as a permanent teacher in PPGENF in the Northern region, who taught discipline in one of the areas of concentration in 2018. For data collection, oral and documentary sources were used. Lattes curriculum, Sucupira Platform and interviews. The process took place in three stages, consisting of (1) Characterization of teachers, (2) Analysis of the structure of the Pedagogical Political Project (PPP) and (3) Semistructured Interview, interconnected with each other and with the proposed study object, indicating to find the relations of action and pedagogical action of teachers of postgraduate programs in the Northern region. Data analysis occurred in two moments through qualitative approaches through the Constant Comparison Method proposed by Strauss and Corbin (2008) and quantitative through the descriptive statistical technique. The guidelines and norms for research with human beings established in Resolution 466/2012 of the National Health Council were obeyed. RESULTS AND DISCUSSION: Initially 23 codes aligned with Shulman's proposal emerged. This grouping occurred due to the magnitude and significance of the data considering the interview and PPP of the programs. For the organization of the results, two goalscategories were established: “General pedagogical knowledge, Knowledge of the educational context and Students knowledge and its characteristics shaping the understanding of the pedagogical didactic formation” and “The academic formation and the Wisdom acquired with the teaching practice as reinforcers of an Action and Pedagogical Reasoning ”. CONCLUSION: Among the Pedagogical Action and Reasoning Model (APRM), the most expressive observation was the phases of comprehension and transformation, respectively, shown more objectively in the teaching phase. This movement allowed us to understand a cycle of reflections to new ways of learning, even if incipiently. It is important to highlight the contribution of the program, and how much the APRM can contribute to help explain the development of teacher education of future trainers within the field of nursing knowledge, contributing to further education, starting from the resignification of those who teach.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Gestão de pessoal de enfermagem por competências em serviços de saúde: revisão de escopo(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2021-04-06) OLIVEIRA, Sebastião Magno; MENEGAZ, Jouhanna do Carmo; http://lattes.cnpq.br/2423764452219953; https://orcid.org/0000-0002-7655-9826Introduction: Due to its recognized benefits in the public scenario, the so called competency management model has been introduced in institutions that provide health care services within the scope of the Public Unified Health System (SUS). Institutions providing health services were led to verify the management models used and adapt them to the changes originating from globalization, starting from the need for managerial molds capable of putting into practice the skills of workers, for this reason, the use of tools such as management by competences are being inserted in health services. Objective: Describing, based on the scientific literature, how nursing staff management by competencies in health services occurs. Method: This is a scoping review based on the protocol of the Joanna Briggs Institute (JBI). The researched articles were obtained using two search strategies, based on LILACS, MEDLINE, and SCIELO, using descriptors, keywords, and Boolean operators, without time limits, in Portuguese, English, and Spanish. The data were collected in the month of September 2020, and 165 articles were collected. The studies found were transferred to the Rayyan® application software, with the aim of giving the following steps and the review greater agility and safety. After excluding duplicates 148 articles remained, subsequently reading title and abstract 20 articles were classified as eligible for review, which were read fully and, with the exclusions, five articles were included in the review. The selection of studies was carried out based on the inclusion criteria. Data analysis was performed using descriptive statistics and through Bardin's content analysis. A qualitative analysis of the extracted data related to the competency management process was carried out. Result: As a result, five studies related to the theme of the review were obtained with contributory attributes to compose it. The results were organized by topics of interest to the work according to the JBI protocol. The studies showed a time window of publications on the theme in the national context, which suggests a small number of studies on the theme in Brazil. The results show that most research was conducted in public health institutions and was carried out with nurses. This fact reinforces the relevance of nurses in the process of managing people in health services. One point of weakness found was regarding the concept of competence being evidenced in only one article. In four studies, some type of material, instrument, or reference system was evidenced, but they did not specifically address the theme of management by competencies, but rather dealt with issues related to the process of managing people, quality and other care processes which involve the professionals of the institutions in general, and not specifically the nursing team.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) InovaEnf: protótipo de tecnologia educativa para o desenvolvimento de negócios de enfermeiros(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2023-05-09) CORREA, Thais de Fátima Aleixo; BOLINA, Alisson Fernandes; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6993371391051944; https://orcid.org/0000-0002-1364-0176; MENEGAZ, Jouhanna do Carmo; http://lattes.cnpq.br/2423764452219953; https://orcid.org/0000-0002-7655-9826Introduction: Entrepreneurship can provide nurses with a range of possibilities for professional insertion focused on innovation, creation of opportunities and promotion of new actions, so it is necessary that this practice is stimulated. The objective of this work is to develop a prototype of educational technology (TE) for business development of nurses. Method: This is a methodological research divided into two stages. The first stage was the construction of an Integrative Literature Review (RIL), which aimed to identify through the collection of scientific evidence the initiatives of the development of entrepreneurial education; the second methodological stage corresponds to the construction of TE. The sample consisted of nurses from different regions of Brazil identified in the macro project: “Business entrepreneur nurses in Brazil: labor market and training”. After checking the inclusion and exclusion criteria, the participants were contacted and a quantitative of 11 entrepreneurial nurses was obtained. Data collection took place with two groups of entrepreneurial nurses in October 2022 on the Google Meet platform, through Verbalization and Observation Groups, where it was carried out: reality observation; theorization and hypotheses of reality proposed by the methodology of problematization of the Arc de Maguerez. Data analysis was based on the inductive thematic analysis of Braun and Clarke. Results: The RIL is presented in the form of an article submitted in the Brazilian Journal of Medical Education. In the second methodological stage, four themes emerged: characteristics of the entrepreneur; opening of the business; contents of interest; and resources used to undertake. Based on the findings in the literature and the observation of reality, a Prototype of a New Business Program in Nursing was created: InovaEnf. The prototype was developed based on the four themes arising from the meetings, being divided into six stages: Entry and Contract; Training and Modeling; Planning; Execution; Feedback - Presentation of Solutions and Advice; Monitoring. Final considerations: Note the importance of encouraging entrepreneurship in the profession, providing the strengthening of professional autonomy and the conquest of new spaces, using innovation to generate products, services and/ or technology with the potential to promote positive changes in the context that the nurse is inserted.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Marketing nos negócios de enfermeiros empreendedores no Brasil: uma análise na rede social Instagram(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2023-08-31) FONTES, Victoria Malcher Silva; MENEGAZ, Jouhanna do Carmo; http://lattes.cnpq.br/2423764452219953; https://orcid.org/0000-0002-7655-9826INTRODUCTION: For nurse entrepreneurs, it is essential to understand the dynamic business environment, which includes marketing strategies. Reason of prosperity or decline of enterprises, hold of marketing skills is among the fundamental bases to undertake. In the Covid 19 crisis, the importance of the latest version of marketing, digital, was highlighted. An indispensable tool in this context is the social network Instagram. OBJECTIVE: To analyze how entrepreneurial nurses use marketing in their businesses through the social network Instagram. METHOD: Quantitative documentary study, conducted in a virtual way, to analyze the profiles of 25 entrepreneurial nurses in the social network Instagram. Data collection occurred between 08/02 to 15/02 of 2023. Google Forms was used, with a questionnaire containing 48 topics divided into 3 sections. Data analysis relied on Microsoft Excel software. Descriptive statistics were performed, which involved calculating the mean, maximum and minimum value of the data. Absolute and relative frequencies were also calculated. RESULTS: Mostly, the profiles analyzed are categorized as professional accounts (92%, n=23) in "medicine and health" (24%, n=6). The highest frequency of entry to Instagram occurred in 2019 and 2020 (32%, n=8). They use Instagram tools: Stories (56%, n=14), bio (96%, n=24), highlights (96%, n=24). In the visual dimension, they use personal photos in the profile (68%, n=17); they have a brand or logo (100%, n=25); the visual identity is identified in most profiles (60%, n=15). They do not adopt sustainable positioning (96%, n=24). Regarding products, businesses offer a variety of products/services within their niches. With regard to pricing, participants may face challenges in effectively communicating their pricing. In the square aspect, positive aspects are observed, such as the provision of services outside their cities and the freight/delivery option. When it comes to promotion, businesses advertise, show sales force, engage with followers, and partner. CONCLUSION: In general, the profiles present several marketing strategies, and align with the classic concept of meeting the needs generating profit. It is concluded that basic but effective marketing strategies are already applied, a novelty would be to conduct these strategies as a series of interrelated events.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Percepção de enfermeiros empreendedores sobre competências necessárias para empreender na enfermagem(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2022-08-01) AMARAL, Thayza Mirela Oliveira; SANTOS, José Luís Guedes dos; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3536073293931659; https://orcid.org/0000-0003-3186-8286; MENEGAZ, Jouhanna do Carmo; http://lattes.cnpq.br/2423764452219953; https://orcid.org/0000-0002-7655-9826Introduction: Competence is linked to knowing and doing with quality. The development of competences does not require interaction in which the work is carried out, to result in the full exercise of the profession. This study has studies on the management of entrepreneurs as a competence to undertake. Method: This is a study with a qualitative approach, derived from a macro-project entitled “Business Entrepreneurs Nurses in Brazil: Labor Market and Training”. The participants were business entrepreneurs nurses, with a working time of 42 months or more. The selection criteria were: (1) being a nurse; (2) have responded to Phase 1 of the macroproject; (3) have current or previous entrepreneurial activity for at least 42 months. For exclusion, there were: (1) nurses working in an entrepreneur not related to nursing work (2) away from the activity for any reason. The October collection was carried out in the period from July to October 2021, through a video call or sending the answers by Whatsapp. For qualitative data analysis, Bardin's content analysis was used, in addition to the use of the IRaMuTeq software. Results: It was verified textual, that the software did not create 200 texts, obtained 67 text segments, reclassified them in 14,619 occurrences and 2,410 forms, in addition to 1,21 hapax. Entrepreneurs and Entrepreneurs of Skills, Entrepreneurs and Entrepreneurs Developing Competencies in Entrepreneurs and Entrepreneurs of Nursing, as well as Challenges in Entrepreneurs and Entrepreneurs by Entrepreneurs of Nursing. Conclusion: Through this, it was possible to know the perspective of entrepreneurial scholars regarding the skills used in their practice. Knowing this process not only strengthens the entrepreneurial practice in nursing, but is also a means to expand entrepreneurship both in training spaces and in work environments.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Perfil acadêmico-profissional de professores de pós-graduação stricto sensu em enfermagem: análise por subárea de conhecimento(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2022-08-01) TRINDADE, Ricky Falcão Silva; VENDRUSCOLO, Carine; http://lattes.cnpq.br/2297459405565528; https://orcid.org/0000-0002-5163-4789; MENEGAZ, Jouhanna do Carmo; http://lattes.cnpq.br/2423764452219953; https://orcid.org/0000-0002-7655-9826Introduction: The area of Nursing has eight suba-reas of knowledge: fundamental nursing; emerging, reemerging, and neglected disease nursing; adult and elderly health nursing; women's health nursing; child and adolescent health nursing; nursing in management and management; mental health nursing; Collective health nursing. It is suggested that each of the nursing subareas has well-defined and distinct characteristics for teaching and research, whether in the sources or in the production of knowledge. Objective: To analyze the academic-professional profile of professors of stricto sensu graduate programs in Nursing by subarea of knowledge, based on the concepts of asymmetry, cooperation, and social insertion. Method: This is a cross-sectional, documentary study with a quantitative approach, which was structured from the steps proposed by Gil (2022): a) formulation of the problem and objectives; b) identification of sources; c) location of sources and access to documents; d) evaluation of documents; e) selection and organization of information; f) analysis and interpretation of data; g) writing of the report[.] Data collection took place from March 2020 to December 2020, with the main data sources being: Plataforma Sucupira and Plataforma Lattes. Results: The sample focused on the subarea of nursing care for the health of adults and the elderly, suggesting that it is the priority focus for Nursing, while nursing care for emerging and reemerging diseases had an insignificant representation. It was identified that nursing professors predominantly perform the following activities: they teach classes at the undergraduate level (93.68%), at the graduate level (93.26%), they are journal reviewers (90.88%) and they are project coordinators of research (96.77%). The inequality in the distribution of graduate programs in nursing in Brazil is equally represented when looking at the place of training, at all levels, especially when comparing the Southeast and North regions. Except for coordinating extension and teaching projects, more than half of the teachers develop a set of activities that demand time, knowledge, management, and diverse knowledge. Final considerations: It was possible to carry out an evaluation of the nursing area, and it was possible to detect asymmetrical organization processes, mainly in the location of the programs and the number of professors, which are concentrated in the Southeast region, while the North and Midwest are passed over. In relation to the asymmetric process, the lack of doctoral courses in the North Region stands out, which seems to be hampered in several aspects, such as: distance from the training center of the area Southeast , low availability of resources and financing, evaluation metrics that do not match the Amazonian context. The study provides subsidies for a deep analysis of the state of the area in the observed period and it is believed that they are possible contributions to the refinement of evaluation metrics of funding agencies.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Supervisão de enfermagem em hemoterapia: conhecimento de enfermeiros de unidades de internação de um hospital universitário(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2019-11-25) BEZERRA, Hilma Nazaré Mendes; MENEGAZ, Jouhanna do Carmo; http://lattes.cnpq.br/2423764452219953; https://orcid.org/0000-0002-7655-9826Hemotherapy consists of a treatment realized through blood transfusion, its components and derivatives and is involved with hemovigilance and this is part of health surveillance actions developed in Brazil. It represents one of the strategic areas of action of the National Health Surveillance Agency (ANVISA) of the Ministry of Health, with the objective of creating measures to minimize risks and increase patient and professional safety in the transfusion process. It is important that the nurse has knowledge of aspects related to blood transfusion and its components and that he uses it carefully, with a specific care plan, since every transfusion carries a risk to the recipient, whether immediate or late. The objetive of this study was to analyze the knowledge of nurses at a university hospital about nursing supervision in hemotherapy. It was a mixed study that was developed at the João de Barros Barreto Hospital Unit (UHJBB). Twentynine nurses from the medical clinic, infectious diseases and intensive care sectors participated. As data collection techniques were used: questionnaire and interview. Quantitative data were collected through questionnaires using the Survey Monkey software and subsequently analyzed using simple descriptive statistics and qualitative data through interviews according to Bardin's content analysis (2006). From the speeches of the research participants, three categories were generated: ‘Perception about the work process of nurses in the institution’, ‘Technical knowledge of nurses about hemotherapy’ and ‘Management of nursing care in hemotherapy. As for the quantitative data, the following variables were analyzed: sex, year of graduation, training time, technical level training, employment relationship, existence of more than one employment relationship, access to knowledge about hemotherapy in academic training, courses extracurricular services provided by the hospital, knowledge about hemotherapy and transfusion reactions, regulatory legislation, competencies and duties of nurses and nursing technicians in the pre, intra and post hemotherapy procedure. The nurse's need for greater knowledge about hemotherapy was evident, however, not only about transfusion therapy, but also of the whole blood cycle, so that it is possible to know and define the duties of each nursing professional in legal terms with the intention to improve the quality of the assistance provided.
