Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Corpo, feminino e subjetivação: uma análise a partir de sujeitos portadores de Lúpus Eritematoso Sistêmico(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2010) MORAIS, Jamile Luz; NICOLAU, Roseane Freitas; http://lattes.cnpq.br/0430583046421802This dissertation intended to investigate, starting from the psychoanalytic method, the way of subjectivities of subject bearers of Lupus Erythematosus Systemic (LES). Leaving of the psychosomatic "character" of the disease and of your predominance in the feminine sex, we investigated if it is possible a relationship to exist between the way of subjectivities of the feminine and the development of the disease. To verify this relationship, we took as reference the two attacked patients' attendance of you LES, assisted in the context of the research. Ally to that, in order to base the attendances theoretically, we leaned over in Freud's works, Lacan and followers that stopped in the study of the symptomatic manifestations of the body, as well as in the thematic involving the way of subjectivities of the feminine and it unfolding. When considering that the body conception for the psychoanalysis is going besides the biological determinism, it was possible to verify that the subject, in the attempt of reaching your satisfaction, falls back upon the body as object of obtaining of psychic and sexual pleasure, depriving the laws of the physiology and of the anatomy. The psychosomatic phenomenon and the conversion hysteria come to evidence that, in the measure in that, at the same time in that they challenge the medical knowledge, they also dispute of us, psychologists and psychoanalysts, an explanation for such manifestations corporal, causeless organic certain. In that perspective, when placing us theoretically front those manifestations, we could identify the difference between the psychosomatic phenomena and the hysterical conversion, the one which, for being linked to the symbolic registration, it becomes susceptible to decode and interpretation. The psychosomatic phenomena, on the other hand, are characterized by being of the order of the impossible of representing, for this reason, they approach of the current manifestations in the feminine way of subjectivities, that it is outside of the language of the unconscious and, therefore, of the symbolic associations.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Função materna e a constituição subjetiva na condição de prematuridade(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2011-10-14) OLIVEIRA, Madalena Gonzaga de; NICOLAU, Roseane Freitas; http://lattes.cnpq.br/0430583046421802Studies about the relation mother-baby reveal that the tie that involve this pair, in the case of a premature birth, presents specificities, being necessary to investigate the effect of the prematurity in this relationship, once that the researches in several areas show that the effects of that primordial tie reflects in the posterior development of the child. In this perspective, this dissertation is about an investigation of the exercise of the maternal function in one critical situation that is the premature birth. One of the specific issues of the prematurity found in this work with the mother is the difficulty of a libidinal investment in a little child, thin and fragile, due to her organic condition, that nothing resembles the imaginary son. The question is analyzed in a perspective that articulates psychoanalytic theory and clinical practice, showing the reciprocal influences, between prematurity, disturbances of the tie mother-baby, maternal function, psychopathology of the baby and subjective constitution. The clinical material constitutes of fragments of studies of articulated cases to the theoretical material, the listening of the mothers and the observation (readout) of the babies. The fragments allows to each reader to do his own construction even if it is to controvert the author, for as Derrida says, it is necessary deconstruct a knowledge to have new constructions, what corroborates Lacan referring that the knowledge is always a not-all. The interest in investigating the theme is in the possibility of reflections that may be useful to the work of other professionals involved with the health and the developments of babies and children.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Homens que falam com o corpo: histeria de conversão ou fenômeno psicossomático?(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2010) PEREIRA, Ana Carla Silva; NICOLAU, Roseane Freitas; http://lattes.cnpq.br/0430583046421802This dissertation discusses the subject of the corporal manifestations, mainly the hysterical conversion. The initial proposal is of doing a brief course in the Freudian work and his successors, with intention of delimiting the subject of the hysteria, and to look for the statute of the body in psychoanalysis, as well as, that which affects it. For the psychoanalysis, the body is conceived not only as a biological body, but also as erogenous body, available and inhabited for pulsion. This body, that is rendered to the action of the pulsions, is a plastic body, capable to be for purposes different with relationship to the psychic economy. For this reason, it is necessary to consider that there are double ways of corporal, two clinical slopes: the symptom hysterical conversive and the psychosomatic phenomenon. How to distinguish both? How to know if we are in front of a symptom of hysterical conversion or of a corporal phenomenon of psychosomatic order? To understand that double ways of corporal wins relevance when we needed to lead the treatment. For that, it is necessary to know to distinguish the psychosomatic phenomenon of the corporal manifestations of symptomatic order, in other words, hysterical conversion. Thus, we will try to confront those two corporal affection that, in spite of if they manifest in the body, they obey different logics. This quarrel opens space for the retaken of the pulsion concept, which is the connection point on the two clinical subjects approached. This dissertation makes us to think about the clinic, and about as the individuals they are used of theirs bodies, before a suffering of the order of the unbearable.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) O manejo da transferência na clínica dos fenômenos psicossomáticos: o que pode ser enodado(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2011) VENTURA, Ingrid de Figueiredo; NICOLAU, Roseane Freitas; http://lattes.cnpq.br/0430583046421802Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Restou (in)frutífero: reflexões psicanalíticas sobre o não-todo dizer de crianças no Depoimento Especial do Judiciário Amapaense(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2024-09-30) GUEDES, Elizabeth do Socorro Moraes; NICOLAU, Roseane Freitas; http://lattes.cnpq.br/0430583046421802; https://orcid.org/0000-0002-6988-943XFrom the dialogue between Psychoanalysis and Law, prompted by psychoanalytic praxis within the Judiciary System of Amapá, this research emerged in the context of the Santana County Court. It was here that the first clinical-political inquiries regarding the Special Testimony arose-a type of institutional interview conducted in a room equipped with an extensive audio and video system, where the Judge can observe and ask questions through a trained professional capable of interpreting and adapting them to the language of children and adolescents involved in judicial proceedings, either as witnesses or victims of abuse and/or sexual crimes. The procedure aims to crown a set of legislative, legal, and political practices focused on maximizing the reliability of testimonies presented in court and protecting victims and witnesses of crimes in Brazil. Due to some children’s behavior or testimonies not meeting the institution's expectations of attaining factual truth, such cases were redirected to psychological listening under the label “proved fruitless”, which, having become a significant term, assumed the central theme of this dissertation. The initial hypothesis was that, when confronted with unconscious manifestations, the social actors within the legal scene conclude that reaching the truth is impossible, and thus the child's testimony cannot be validated as evidence, leaving the case marginalized, in a residual space within the institution. From this standpoint, the aim of this research was to analyze the impossibility of fully verbalizing the experience by children in the Special Testimony, based on the concept of the subject, articulated with the psychoanalytic concept of objet a. The “Remainder,” as formulated by Lacan, when linked to the theme of this dissertation, led to various paths, revealing what is strange, obscure, repulsive, and unsettling in human experience, which emerges daily in courtrooms across the country. Regarding methodology, the psychoanalytic method, specific to research in Psychoanalysis, was adopted, supported by the works of Sigmund Freud and Jacques Lacan, as well as contributions from contemporary authors in the fields of Law and Psychoanalysis. “Case fragments” will be presented, based on the psychoanalytic listening of children, to explore singularity and, in doing so, facilitate the articulation between psychoanalytic theory and practice. As a result, it was concluded that psychoanalytic listening has its place within the Judiciary, as what may remain "fruitless" during the Special Testimony or any other listening context in the Judiciary can, in fact, become fruitful for psychoanalytic praxis.
