Dissertação Acesso aberto (Open Access) Dor psíquica, recalque e ponto de vista "econômico"(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2007) ROCHA, Oneli de Fátima Teixeira Gonçalves; CHAVES, Ernani Pinheiro; http://lattes.cnpq.br/5741253213910825This work intends to realize a theory study in Freud about the psychotic pain under the “economical” point of view, within the metapsychological concept of repression. The axle theory that based this investigation is the Psychoanalyzis, finding to comprehend the constitution of the psychotic pain, identifying the concept of repression like defense. This concept describe the investment of charge of affection present in the appearing of psychotic pain, in the case of hysteria conversion of Elizabeth Von R. (1893-1895), pseudonym gave by Freud to Ilona Weiss, young that became the clinical case more complete about hysteria conversion. We got like mains results of this systematization, first: the evidence that the psychological pain is a psychological condition, and too, is a specific consequence of the dynamic psychological belongs to subjectivity in the hysteria conversion, that appear specifically in this clinical case. Second, is the result of remembrance of pathogenic representations repressed, originated by a conflict. Third, the conflict is linked to web representations of sexual and moral nature. Fourth, presents like main mechanism of defense the repression. Fifth, verified that the dissociation between the idea and its quota of affection, or the sum of excitement, make that the destiny of this, be converted to the body by of symptom, because this the hysteria conversion. And finally, is by the process of analysis that will leave the patient to manifest, beginning of her reminiscence, the psychotic pain.Dissertação Acesso aberto (Open Access) Adolescência e escolha profissional: a escuta de um impasse(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2007) COSTA, Niamey Granhen Brandão da; SOUZA, Airle Miranda de; http://lattes.cnpq.br/5311796283730540The choice of a profession in the adolescences phase, when considered the especified of the developments cycle, the practical of several existing professions and still the present practical in vocational orientation, which try to promote the selection of a profession which one claims attention, considering the wide labor and scientific inquiries. In this study, through a bibliographical search based in the Freuds writings and contemporaries authors, as well as in the listening of teenagers like a psychologist acting as vocational orienting throughout 15 years of work, was reflected on the adolescents problematic of the necessity of the this taking of decision, setting out a practical listening in vocational orientation that can allow the comprehension of the adolescents objection in this task that and contributes the magnifying of this look, considering this choice as a multi-determined phenomenon, that must in such a way be realized from the citizen, as in relation the socio-cultural moment where it lives.Dissertação Acesso aberto (Open Access) Suicídio, da identificação com a mãe morta ao resgate narcísico: um estudo psicanalítico do personagem Richard Brown do filme As horas(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2007) FERREIRA, Maria Cristina da Silva; CHAVES, Ernani Pinheiro; http://lattes.cnpq.br/5741253213910825The theme of such Dissertation is suicide as a consequence of identification with the dead mother. It is a theoretical research based on the psycho-analytical theory which recurs to the analysis of the character Richard Brown, from the motion picture The Hours, in order to illustrate the theoretical argument that the identification revival with the dead mother may be an unlinking factor for the suicide of the melancholic patient in the adult life. Initially, it is tried to explicit the dead mother concept, characterized as a mother who, even when present, is quite absent as for the cares and love investment towards the child due to her depression. Thus, to the child, the maternal image shall be one of a lifeless mother, a dead mother. It shows identification with the dead mother as a psychic defense to the traumatic situation provoked by the maternal love underinvestment. The child, in the relationship with the mother, lives a psychic catastrophe which Green has called narcissist trauma, what will determine the fate of the libidinal, objective and narcissist investment of the individual. Hence, melancholy is considered a psycho-pathology, manifested at an adult age by the individual subjugated by the complex of the dead mother. The study of melancholy in the Mourning and Melancholy of Freud furnishes subsidies to the understanding of the inner world processes of those ones who want to terminate their own existence. Melancholy evidences the struggle between the I and the Super-I on the roles of accuser and accused ones. It shows that the Super-I becomes sadistic when asking for perfection to the masochist I narcissistically impoverished by the identification with the dead mother. When it gets to the sadistic borders, such struggle leads the I, identified with the dead mother, to desire to eliminate the object badly introduced to a part of the I, in order to rescue its idealized narcissist value. It points out suicide as the psychical exit found by the melancholic patient to get free from the identification with the dead mother. It is concluded that in the suicide, the unconscious conflicts manifested in the adult life are revivals of the psychic contents registered in childhood. In this paper, the revival of the identification with the dead mother would have been the unlinking factor of suicide of Richard Brown in his adult life.Dissertação Acesso aberto (Open Access) Processos identitários e suas vicissitudes em uma comunidade quilombola(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2007) SOUZA, Ercília Maria Soares; BARRETTO, André Maurício Lima; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3046718437592588Studies about the processes of identity construction have gained great attention in researches developed in other academic domains, such as psychology, anthropology, social sciences, and psychoanalysis. These studies investigated the relationships between members of a given community and they center their efforts on important themes, as the following: the mechanisms of identity construction, and the organization of the social relations. The present study investigates an extremely current event, which will shed a light on the antagonistic relations related to the processes of identity construction. With the new Constitution of 1988, some black rural communities were forced into a unique legal situation: in order to obtain the benefits prescribed in the Constitution – which affirms that the descendants of ancient Brazilian Maroons (Quilombolas) have the right of ownership of the land that they occupied – the descendants of the Brazilian Maroons must give proof of their Maroon identity. This situation brings up some issues: How to build up an “identity”? What are the consequences of it? Given this situation, this study will focus on a black rural community of Abacatal (PA), which has been identified as a Maroon community since 1999, with the goal of pointing out some harm involved in the processes of identity construction. Twelve community member were interviewed, 5 men and 7 women, with ages between 27 and 68 – year old. All interviewees had been living in the community for at least thirteen years, therefore, all of them experienced the process of acquiring land ownership through the process of establishing a Maroon identity. The results of the study revealed that: a) the identities constructed evoked slave ancestors and also myths of the community creation (the story of the union between and noble man and slaved woman); b) the establishment of a Maroon identity brough benefits for the members of this Brazilian Maroon community; c) there are several, sometimes conflicting, meanings related to the identity of being a Brazilian Maroon, as for instance the meaning of being a black out-law. The conclusion is that, these processes of identity construction, experienced by the members of the community studied, as well as for each one of us, give us the human status and they are, as says Costa (2000), what keep us alive and add pleasure in our lives.Dissertação Acesso aberto (Open Access) A produção de sentidos sobre incluir - excluir(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2007) LUNA, Carla Solange Azevedo de; MÉLLO, Ricardo Pimentel; http://lattes.cnpq.br/9026097374517495The School Inclusion is a teaching technique defined by the educational speech as the new approach in regular school – concerning the actions taken to benefit the social integration and the heterogeneous practices that attend the special education needs of the handicap. This study seeks to understand the circumstances of its constitution placing the inclusion movement as a social construction, negotiated amongst people’s relationships that make its accomplishment possible. The aim of the research – through the discursive practices – is to understand the notions of the inclusion that teachers of elementary schools from 02 (two) public institutions make them spread their promoting speeches of such pedagogic practices as well as their contradictions and ruptures on the public official documents speeches. For that reason, they adopt a critical questioning over the institutionalizations which becomes natural as the process is applied, aligned to the perspective of the Discursive Practices and the Production of Senses as a possibility for understanding how people apply certain notions, versions of how people explain the world and their position upon social relations – resulting in further daily consequences. Such investigation has been done in 02 (two) public elementary schools, and in each of them there was a Conversation Circle including 04 (four) teachers whose classrooms contained mentally handicapped people. The entire discursive content has been analyzed by the assistance of the Dialogical Maps strategy, which permits to visualize the dialogical inter-animation, the conversation flow/stream, the uniqueness in the production of meanings about inclusion/exclusion in the schools studied; evidencing the results of the process for implementing the inclusive education. Among teachers’ speeches – different from the official speeches explicit in documents which defines the school inclusion as a teaching technique that seeks academic advancements as well as acknowledgment of rights – was noted that, to include means to uphold the handicapped child socializing him/her along with the so-called ordinary children. The researchers establish another goal for those children at school, substituting it, prioritizing school education. Such action can be pointed as the last alternative upon the difficulties for assuring the academic competencies, inscribing as a repairing position by the teachers’ side, who seek “to expire” a historic debt by the damages caused by the social exclusion. For that, the school position is questioned, because if it does not develop necessary competencies and abilities for the development of handicapped children either maturerationally or academic, do not fulfill its social function to educate and do not achieve the so-called inclusion. The participants of the research say that is in life that those children improve learning, as if one hungry for knowledge was broken apart from school and viceversa. Therefore, by those arguments, they point out that schools are excluding more rather than including. Furthermore, this research highlights that inclusive education approaches may be understood as knowledge and power network trade, which makes public policies work and pedagogic proposals, as mechanisms of social control.Dissertação Acesso aberto (Open Access) Forjando-se imaginariamente mulher: um estudo sobre as representações de gênero das jovens no grupo de mulheres do Benguí(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2007-05-01) BRASIL, Roberta Gilet; BARRETTO, André Maurício Lima; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3046718437592588This work aimed the comprehension of the young gender representations, identifying the social meanings and trying to understand the imaginary positions about being women subjectively. A qualitative methodology was adopted and a participative observation was realized with semi-guided interview in order to obtain the necessary data. Young women from 14 to 18 years living in Benguí (a section of the capital Belem) were interviewed. In a primary socialization, results indicated that the younger internalized some patriarchal values although there were patriarchal and equalitarian meanings of gender coexisting in their representations which were internalized during the secondary socialization with a group of friends and some Jepiara/GMB components. It was reported an empowering social context which contests the patriarchal rules but also being restrictive about women in privacy considering the socio-economic contingencies; a net of subjective and social factors in which the teenagers pretend to be women (adults), singularly reproducing social speech formed during their lives, sketching autonomy on the heteronomy that constitute them as individuals.Dissertação Acesso aberto (Open Access) Um estudo crítico das psicoterapias fenomenológico - existenciais: terapia centrada na pessoa e gestalt-terapia(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2007-06-01) BEZERRA, Márcia Elena Soares; PIMENTEL, Adelma do Socorro Gonçalves; http://lattes.cnpq.br/4534230240595626This study consists on a theoretical research which aims to develop critical reflections on the epistemological bases of the person centered therapy and of the gestalttherapy configured in the conceptual matrices elaborated by Carl Rogers and by Frederick Perls. It analyzes some psychotherapies' theoretical new configurations proposed by Brazilian authors, starting from the articulation with Martin Heidegger's certain phenomenology concepts. The psychotherapeutic theories, in general, still maintain a conception of abstract existence out of the historical context. The world today puts us before great challenges, so it is necessary new ways of understanding the human existence and a clinical labor which gives support to the contemporary man's sufferings. The methodological path used in the study consists of: 1. Selection of classic texts to compose the epistemological matrices of the person centered therapy and gestalt; 2. selection of material produced by authors that present critical analysis regarding the theme; 3. systemization of conceptual categories of the matrix of the respective psychotherapies; 4. analysis and discussion of some present themes in national publications which indicate points of new configurations of the matrices. Among the indicatives pointed by the investigated authors, it was possible to highlight: the need to include the stranger, the lack, in the person centered therapy as condition of possibility of the existence; overcoming the essence concept in the gestalt therapy; Heidegger's anguish concept resonances for the clinical practice, since that is not understood as a psychopathological symptom to be extinct or a functional disturbance; the opening and care concepts as well which make possible to think the therapeutic function as an aid to the customer to interpret himself, returning to his own care in a free and responsible way. We have come to the conclusion that although more studies regarding the theme are needed, there is already, at the present time, a movement on the part of some psychologists in throwing a contemporary glance on the person centered therapy and gestalt, standing away from an essencialist conception of subject and of a cloistered subjectivity.Dissertação Acesso aberto (Open Access) A compreensão do sofrimento no escalpelamento: um estudo utilizando o grafismo e o teste das fábulas(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2007-06-29) VALE, Jesiane Calderaro Costa; SOUZA, Airle Miranda de; http://lattes.cnpq.br/5311796283730540Studies on scalpel events have been very scant. Very few are to be found in the areas of medicine, occupational therapy and physiotherapy. The existing studies give priority to the physical, organic and corporal aspects of the event. In this paper, we study the scalpel event under the perspective of Psychology; focusing, on the psychological suffering and its expression. For this purpose we have used clinically qualitative methods. We have elected two projective instruments as well: The Fables Test according to Düss, and drawings of the human body. The research took place in the Santa Casa de Misericórdia Foundation in the city of Belém, Pará in Brazil. Two patients, victims of scalpel events, were contacted as participants. The criteria for their selection, was the following: that the event occurred more than six months ago; that they be no longer in the hospital; that they presented physical and psychological conditions to take part; and that their parents authorized their participation in this study. We concluded, that the psychological suffering manifested by the victims, cannot be denied. They suffered a tragedy, but the impact of this scalpel event proved to be an unprecedented experience, unquestionably subjective and markedly singular in nature. In sight of this problem, we verified that it was not only ones body that suffered the pain, but their psychological being as well. We highlight the use of the referred instruments as favorable resources of expressing this pain.Dissertação Acesso aberto (Open Access) Hermenêutica gestáltica do abuso sexual para uma adolescente(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2007-06-29) ARAÚJO, Lucivaldo da Silva; PIMENTEL, Adelma do Socorro Gonçalves; http://lattes.cnpq.br/4534230240595626This qualitative research of orientation Phenomenology, existential gestalt, tries to reveal some meanings attributed to the phenomenon of the abuse sexual inside family, through a case study in that the informer, of the 9 to the 11 years, were been victim for the father and still today, in her existential field, she is influenced by the existence of that experience. The violence against the child, in their several modalities, is a problem of public health and of relationships between family and who takes care the child. In if treating of the sexual abuse, in that the aggressor is the responsible for the primary cares, usually, there is denial for the victim, aggressor and the family, and almost always, it happens, involving more than a violence modality. Same not having a consensus among the authors, it is puts in prominence the noxious effects of those events on the health psychic, occupational, physics and the victims' of the development. The data were collected in ONG Republica of Emaús including reading of documents, informal reports, participant observation and interview with the adolescent, being this last one, the main appreciation source. The analysis of the interview conjugated, insofar as possible, the theory of the interpretation of Ricoeur, some concepts of the gestalt-therapy as the one of contact, illustration-bottom, and psychological nutrition and of the Occupational Therapy, as areas, components and the performance contexts. Of the interview were created units of significance that orientated the reflections concerning the meanings of the adolescent's speech. Some results are: presentation of the weight of the existence of the sexual abuse some times as evidence sometimes as bottom; repercussions owncontact without functionality and contact with the other; in the own-image, selfesteem and in some acting areas: learning and socialization. The creative adjustment can be identified in the opening in revealing the experience, what suggests expansion of their contact borders. A conclusion that the study reach, was about the adolescent's relationship with the father that still, she stands out while an open gestalt.Dissertação Acesso aberto (Open Access) Tecendo saberes: fenomenologia do tratamento da dependência química(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2007-06-29) OLIVEIRA, Ingrid Bergma da Silva; PIMENTEL, Adelma do Socorro Gonçalves; http://lattes.cnpq.br/4534230240595626This research looked for to know the work developed by the Center of Cares to Chemical Dependents – C.C.D.Q., located in the municipal district of Belem, state of Para, only public service in Brazil inside of the Unique system of Health destined to offer specific treatment for chemical dependence of alcohol and drugs in internment regime in long duration, following by attendance ambulatory. The shortage of researches in this area in the local context foments the importance of the discussion about the use of drugs and the existent treatment forms. This new treatment originating from the social demands of the municipal district, through data compiled by several researches, that took the state government to implement the center, it had for objective to respect the personal desires, to motivate the construction of a humanized atmosphere, ruled in the logic of the Psychiatric Reform, in what it concerns to the participation of the family and practices re - socialization. We examined some contributions of the gestalt-therapy, Psychology of base phenomenological – existential, it guides my research line and of the Occupational therapy, my area of performance, correlating them as sciences and interventions that dialogue in the field of the interdisciplinary, with purpose of the treatment of drugs. The collection of data happened through questionnaires with open subjects, answered by representative of the coordination of the center, of the team psychosocial and users of the service. The perspective phenomenological existential gestalt configured the theoretical foundation in the transport of that study, where we tried to collaborate with this investigation field, revealing some senses contained in the actors different speeches that work or are treated in the CCDQ and that they collaborated to configure this report. We observed to leave of those speeches, transformed in units of significance, that so much the work returned to the families, as the activities re - socialization are deficient, being also pointed the need of training of the team and the absence of support of the net of services of health among other subjects. For the specificity of the results, intending to contribute with the foundation of local strategies of preventive and therapeutic actions in drugs, besides making possible the knowledge that it has already been built in this field of performance, tends in view although new therapeutic actions can be built starting from the evaluation of the services already existent rendered the population, as well as to raise reflections on the politics, the actions and the human beings.Dissertação Acesso aberto (Open Access) Estresse ocupacional: contribuições das pirâmides coloridas de Pfister no contexto policial militar(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2007-08-01) AGUIAR, Flora Luiza Silva de; SOUZA, Ana Maria Digna Rodrigues de; http://lattes.cnpq.br/9067932961924386Dissertação Acesso aberto (Open Access) Agressividade e o adolescente em conflito com a lei: um estudo psicanalítico(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2007-10-20) CRUZ, Alexandre Théo de Almeida; MOREIRA, Ana Cleide Guedes; http://lattes.cnpq.br/9245673017553186This masters degree course conclusion work is a theoretical research based on the psychoanalysis and the fundamental psychopathology, and it presents a study on aggressiveness and the adolescent in conflict with the law. First of all, it is shown how the aggressiveness is part of the subjectivity, that is, it exists inside all the human beings, according to the analysis made by Freud in his book Civilization and its Discontents (1930); after that, the aggressiveness is studied on Winnicott (2002), who also affirms that this [the aggressiveness] is part of the subjectivity and emphasizes the importance of understanding this concept with its relationship with the antisocial tendency and the delinquency. Then, a reflection is brought up about the antisocial behavior and the delinquency, where the thought of Vilhena (2002) is underlined. This author differentiates aggressiveness and violence and at the same time, articulates the concepts of emotional privation with contemporary aspects; showing that the family is the support of those adolescents in conflict with the law, but as well, the failure of the parents regarding their children, which is a fact that should be taken into account in the study of the aggressiveness, the antisocial tendency and the delinquency. Finally, Marta Gerez-Ambertín's theory (2004) is presented on the "subject of the action". In this authors opinion, the subject should have a subjective compromise with his actions and speech. Working hypothetically, its said that the adolescents in conflict with the law try to find answers to their conflicts and unconscious desires. Yet, to the adolescent in conflict with the law, it is necessarily offered the possibility to talk about his action and assume the responsibilities for his behavior.Dissertação Acesso aberto (Open Access) Entre o belo e o feio: das Unheimliche como princípio estético em Freud(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2008) MAGALHÃES, Alex Wagner Leal; CHAVES, Ernani Pinheiro; http://lattes.cnpq.br/5741253213910825The present work aimed study the Freud’s esthetic considerations present in the text “The Uncanny” (1919), how such positions promote a real discontinuity in the western esthetic thought. In this way, at least show how all the artistic production has in the unconscious material it’s main engine and source of inspiration, Freud inserts it in the group of the other productions of unconscious, (dreams, jokes, neurosis, etc). Nevertheless, in the context of “The Stranger”, Freud starts to understand the art not anymore as a production of the psycho apparatus moved by the principle of pleasure, therefore in this text Freud advances the matter of the death pulsing and the eternal return of undesirable feelings as the functioning of a subjectivity guided beyond the principle of pleasure, in this meaning, the death as the last stop of the existence starts being the great keynote of the new Freudian’s researches, and the beauty of the art would be like that hopelessly involved in the anguish and helpless provoked by the comeback of undesirable feelings. In this way the unheimlich while haunt and uneasiness feeling provoked by the devil’s pulsing that insists in being present, starts being faced by Freud as an important esthetic principle.Dissertação Acesso aberto (Open Access) As representações imaginárias do médico de família acerca de sua prática profissional(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2008) LINS, Ana Carolina Araújo de Almeida; BARRETTO, André Maurício Lima; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3046718437592588The objective of the present study was to understand the imaginary representations of the doctors who work with families in the Brazilian Family Health Program in Belém, in Mosqueiro district, about their professional performance. Based on qualitative methodology, it aimed to analyze the discourses of the doctors composed by family doctors who are in groups of the Family Health Program and worked in Family Health Care Units in Belém, more specifically in Mosqueiro disctrict. Semi structured interviews were used guided by a script. The data were analyzed by the discourse of the participants, in which coincident subjects reported by all the participants interviewed were grouped in thematic nucleus, always related with the objective of the study, analyzing the consensus and the differences of each theme. It was observed that, for these professionals, the Family Health Program represents only a pathway or a laboratory for those who are starting in the Medicine, giving them a possibility to acquire knowledge and experience, while they don’t get what they really wish, that is, a specialty (which is not in Family Health Care Medicine).Dissertação Acesso aberto (Open Access) Homens no cenário da Lei Maria da Penha: entre (des)naturalizações, punições e subversões(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2008) LIMA, Maria Lúcia Chaves; MÉLLO, Ricardo Pimentel; http://lattes.cnpq.br/9026097374517495This work intended to study the place occupied by men in the context of violence against women - more precisely on nowadays scene placed by Maria da Penha law. This law brings several modifications concerning the strategies to “combat” violence against women. The most commented one is the severity when punishing those considered “aggressors”. In order to do that, learning the possible conceptions about men that circulate in this recent context, two fundamental steps were taken. The first one consisted of making a list of all the services provided in cases of violence against women at the city of Belém, Brazil. That was a moment on which we noticed the lacking of any service concerning the men involved in violence situation. Once Women's Police Station has presented itself as the most important reference about the subject at Belém, we began the second part of this research, which was divided on three methodological strategies: observation of its everyday life and interviews with its employees and people that used to go there. The information obtained showed that although Women's Police Station is a place that intends to give support to those that look for help, it reveals itself a violent ambient, something exemplified either by its architecture and by the kind of service provided there. Besides, it was possible to apprehend some suggestive conceptions of those men (and women) usually presented there. The main point of our discussion refers to a new naturalization of men that commit violence against woman: from a violent “essence” to a violent socialization. Here, although the people interviewed consider these men as products of a “sexist education”, they indicate prison as the adequate punishments in those cases. On the other hand, once prison is recognized as incapable of promoting “positive” changes, it is recommended to add some psychological treatment. It is possible to realize that there is a “treatment” speech about these men that tries to “regenerate” them and lately give them “back to society”. Nevertheless, we consider that this approach only increases the intolerance against men that commit violence, once it stigmatizes them as the part of society that must be cured, formatted and lately “given back”. In conclusion, more than a “treatment” we propose the creation of a space of listening that can put in check the certainties about the type of gender relations that produce and maintain situations of violence against women.Dissertação Acesso aberto (Open Access) Contribuições da arteterapia no cuidado com mulheres em tratamento do câncer de mama(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2008-04-23) SIMÕES, Érica de Nazaré Marçal Elmescany; PIMENTEL, Adelma do Socorro Gonçalves; http://lattes.cnpq.br/4534230240595626This thesis, the fruit of a personal and professional experience with art and of the interest in studies and actions in the field of oncology, was a search-intervention based on phenomenology and gestalt art therapy grounds, which had the purpose of identifying the art therapy care contributions to women in breast cancer treatment, from the meanings given by the participants to the experience with the creative doing. The importance of this study was related to the need for expansion of therapeutic strategies, focused on health promotion of individuals on cancer treatment. Therefore, it was taken into account the existence of psychosocial factors leading to conflict and suffering for women during the cancer diagnosis and treatment, and the female condition of submission and confrontation of breast cancer throw history. The work has also referred to the therapeutic functions of art and the importance of art therapy in oncology. The research was realized on the Núcleo de Acolhimento do Enfermo Egresso- NAEE, where the methodology called Creative Workshop was applied, consisting on the following stages: awareness, free expression, speech drafting, language transpose and evaluation. For collecting data, the patients speech and the women’s creations were used. Seven women in treatment for breast cancer participated the 8 sessions of art therapy, where they underwent experiences on the body and expressive activities. The qualitative type analyses established itself on the basis of expressions by informants, manifest through verbal and plastic language during the creation. The atmosphere of listening and reception, favored during the workshops, permeated the therapeutic process of this search-intervention, contributing to the response of women about the experience on workshops. It was possible to identify many art therapy contributions on the care of women with breast cancer, related to the possibility of interaction with the other, the improvement of the expression capacity the meaning and re-meaning the lived through the contact with creative potential of themselves and the participants acquisition of a more active posture for facing the difficulties of life.Dissertação Acesso aberto (Open Access) Crianças que se revelam agressivas: um estudo fenomenológico sobre o reconhecimento da agressividade em escolares(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2008-05-12) RIBEIRO, Elizabete Cristina Monteiro; PIMENTEL, Adelma do Socorro Gonçalves; http://lattes.cnpq.br/4534230240595626The aggressiveness in childhood has been presented as a recurrent complaint by parents and teachers, which introduces a worrying scenario in that the identification of the child and his family as primary responsibility is still sharp. This study present a childhood aggression initial understanding from the Person-Centered Approach, as like the education proposed in this reference articulating with some complexity theory principles. Considering that the child recognized as aggressive has been made in a subjectivity process which significant socially people are involved, this research through a phenomenological research aimed to check the recognition configuration from the participants testimonies analysis: the child identified as aggressive, a colleague, the mother and teacher. The study was done in a selected school from the mapping by the Centre of Violence in Schools Core-Pa. The results point to: a subjectivity vision subsidizing the linear link form, the distance used as a teaching resource to avoid the conflict, the previous manifested aggression denouncing the student stories and current experience, a relationship between the child condition to react label and family history, the repercussions of how it is recognized at school in their learning process. The participants experienced feelings allow us to pay attention to the condition involvement that includes then, reaffirming the need to seek ways to promote changes in the student and the school seeing way. This changes must be introduced from a complex interactive subjectivity human vision, enabling understand the aggressiveness subjectivity from a scenario that may reveal multiple meanings.Dissertação Acesso aberto (Open Access) Desamparo, transferência e hospitalização em Centro de Terapia Intensiva(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2008-06-26) LEVY, Elizabeth Samuel; MOREIRA, Ana Cleide Guedes; http://lattes.cnpq.br/9245673017553186The primary purpose of this dissertation is to investigate the concept of helplessness in the Freudian theory, articulating it with three clinical case studies. The patients were admitted at the Intensive Care Unit (UTI) of the Barros Barreto University Hospital, in the city of Belem - Pará, in the Northern part of Brazil. Transference between patients ant therapist allowed us to identify and work the intense feeling of helplessness when faced with so much suffering during their hospitalization. We believe that, by listening to their suffering, being it spoken by words or by any possible language in face of the reality derived from the actual use of devices and probes we could aid them to symbolize those painful experiences. As far as counter transference is concerned the hospital environment led us to search a broader literature more useful when working in a strictly medical environment. In such cases, we support the idea that, although we are not working in the classical psychoanalytical setting, transference and a good holding and handling of the patients, allow them to act creatively on their internal and external world, and seek to overcome, though never definitively, their helplessness, giving new meanings to their illness, their hospitalization and even in their lives.Dissertação Acesso aberto (Open Access) Relacionamentos humanos mediados pelo computador: as experiências de intermautas cadastros no site de comunidades UOL K(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2008-09-02) DINIZ, Caetano da Providência Santos; BARRETTO, André Maurício Lima; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3046718437592588The community web sites have attracted a great number of people. They relate in distance to each other using resources such as the sending of mails and messages. These people also change information among themselves through the auto-description (profile) and the use of images, both free to the internet users public. The experience of having a personal web page in this kind of environment and the opportunity of relating with people through that result on the objective of this research which has been realized based on a qualitative methodology .There have been interviewed 16 internet users of UOL K network that belongs to UOL (online universe) that is considered the main vestibule of content and an access paid-supplier of internet in Brazil as well. The results analysis has pointed the following features: The web site makes possible the establishment of new contacts as well as the maintenance of old contacts. There is a trend to make new contacts. The written language is used such for communication as for a reflection about yourself. The anonymity is favored by the distant communication but it causes distrust of disappointing someone. The exercises are seen as real even they happen in a virtual atmosphere. “Being online” can be pleasant but it does not mean that we have to come off from the offline world. The communities’ membership is frequent and it is based on its common objectives. Thanks to the web sites tools, the use of photo is a link between the synchronous communication (chat) and the asynchronous communication (UOL K).There is an emphasis given to the sexuality and, consequently, the internet users find themselves needed to see and relativize their concepts like close and far, public and private, offline and online. It´s concluded that, even the users don’t use to set face - to –face dates, they are able to relate virtually to each other as a real situation, change affection, state links and keep an online life which communication finds its own way that maybe there will be not another goal except being online.Dissertação Acesso aberto (Open Access) Estudo psicanalítico sobre a feminização da epidemia do HIV/AIDS com usuários do Hospital Universitário João de Barros Barreto(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2008-09-12) LEBREGO, Arina Marques; MOREIRA, Ana Cleide Guedes; http://lattes.cnpq.br/9245673017553186This study aimed to investigate the processes of subjectivation of women having no steady partners and their exposition to HIV/AIDS in order to identify overdetermination factors of vulnerability. As method, we used a case study, aiming at a in-depth analysis which allowed the identification of a greater number of subjective determinants related to the problem considered. The study presents fragments of clinical cases of women living with AIDS, hospitalized in the wards of the João de Barros Barreto University Hospital (HUJBB) in the State of Pará, Brazil. Based on the analysis of transference and countertransference, we showed as results what each case, in its singularity, reveals from the therapeutic encounter. In clinical case I, we found that the patient, whom we called Dinah, had a female masochistic mode of psychopathological subjectivation, what caused her to show some satisfaction when exposed to suffering, and to position herself as a victim in her emotional and sexual relationships. Those relationships were overdetermined by a imaginary identification with cultural ideals about the woman human being, conceiving images of men and women, and therefore of herself and her partners, as antithetical pairs of strength/weakness, active/passive, power/submission. This ideal of composite person of a virgin woman and a man only, caused Dinah to deny her fears of contamination, and to passively accept unprotected sexual relations, leaving the sexual initiative to her partner, and, thereby, becoming vulnerable to HIV infection. In clinical case II, Alice, which has a melancholic, self-destructive mode of subjectivation, positioned herself in her emotional and sexual relationships by incessantly searching for her self-destruction through an unconscious vulnerability to HIV. Having contracted AIDS and infected her husband and other partners, even after knowing her diagnosis, Alice remained trapped in a deadly silence, and prevented herd]self from taking care of her health and seeking continuous medical care, making herself vulnerable to re-infection. In clinical Case III, Ana Laura, is a woman who has gone through violence several times since childhood, for instance, she underwent child sexual abuse, was exploited as a domestic worker, was abandoned by her parents. After having her first baby, the child was taken from her without her consent by a maternal aunt who gave her to others. Ana Laura used that as a reason to prostitute herself on quay of Belém Port, where she worked until she was hospitalized. That was where negotiation for more expensive unprotected sex was a common practice, and so Ana Laura negotiated her life, selling unprotected sex and ended up getting infected by HIV. The helplessness and the violence that this patient went through are therefore the overdetermination factors of her vulnerability to HIV infection. As conclusions, we highlight that the women looked after without steady partners, did not care to protect themselves, and are not in accordance with the studies showing that those women negotiate the use of condom more freely and are less vulnerable to HIV. This demonstrates the importance of studies addressing the psychic, social, political and cultural aspects, so as to reveal the modes of production of subjectivity of the subjects in their singularity, beyond data measurement, in order to establish strategies for more effective health prevention.
