Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Atividades físicas coletivas para a terceira idade: o uso dos três momentos pedagógicos em contextos ambientais(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2024-05-28) SILVA, José Augusto Baeta e; SILVA, Ronaldo Adriano Ribeiro da; http://lattes.cnpq.br/2020211060475648; https://orcid.org/0000-0002-4974-4620According to data from the World Health Organization (WHO), the number of people over the age of 60 will reach 2 billion in 2050. As a preventive measure against the ills that affect elderly people, including those caused by environmental factors, find-physical activity, defined by the WHO as any bodily movement produced by skeletal muscles that requires energy expenditure. This research aimed to investigate the perceptions of elderly people about the relationships that exist in quality of life, health promotion and environmental conditions. The study was developed with 17 elderly people enrolled and participating in the Extension Program of the University of the Elderly – UNITERCI, on the Campus of the Federal University of Pará, in Belém. As a data collection instrument, a semi-structured questionnaire was used, containing approaches to health, style of life and environment. The work was developed through a Didactic Sequence, using the Three Pedagogical Moments Methodology. The study supported the development of a technical educational product, called “Pedagogical Notebook: didactic sequence of collective physical activities for seniors in environmental contexts”. The results showed that the elderly use their free time in search of activities that bring them personal satisfaction and that they are recognized as practice when seeking quality of life. Another relevant aspect was the recognition of UNITERCI as a welcoming and necessary institution for the lives of elderly people and the importance of outdoor activities as a contribution to health and the preservation of natural resources. Therefore, it is necessary to urgently carry out studies and public policies that can minimize the harmful effects of climate change that interfere with the quality of life of elderly people.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) A metodologia da problematização: uma sequência didática acerca da temática dengue.(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2023-02-28) RIBEIRO, Elivaldete Baía; SILVA, Ronaldo Adriano Ribeiro da; http://lattes.cnpq.br/2020211060475648; https://orcid.org/0000-0002-4974-4620This research aimed to present studies about dengue, a disease transmitted by the Aedes aegypti mosquito, as well as interdisciplinary activities to foster debate on this topic in all sectors of society and, especially, within school spaces. To instrument the data collection, a didactic sequence was applied, whose objective was to verify the contributions that this methodology can bring to the teaching and learning process, stimulating the formation of knowledge multipliers in the school environment and in other spaces of coexistence. The experiences of the didactic sequence were carried out at the Municipal School Palmira Lins de Carvalho, in Belém - PA, with students of the 5th year of Elementary School and generated the final product of this research. During data analysis, bibliographical, exploratory and qualitative research was used, focusing on the Problematization Methodology, using Maguerez's Arch as a basis, with collection techniques and analysis of participant observation. The data collection instruments were obtained from the field work with the application of the didactic sequence, which was developed in six meetings of two class hours each. The educational product generated was called: ―The Problematization Methodology: a didactic sequence about the dengue theme‖. The development of all the work and the validation stage of the educational product showed that the didactic sequence effectively contributed to the construction of knowledge in Environmental Sciences and enhancing the development of socio-discursive skills, for the interaction and instrumentalization of the students, motivating them to take decision-making and involvement in collective issues, as well as providing more dynamic, interactive and contextualized classes, providing meaningful and relevant learning moments for students and educators.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) O uso da língua brasileira de sinais para o ensino de Ciências Ambientais e promoção da inclusão em museus.(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2023-09-29) CARDOSO, Janille de Fátima Aguiar de Almeida; VASCONCELOS, Natália Almeida Braga; http://lattes.cnpq.br/4147570504598344; https://orcid.org/0000-0001-8668-0243; SILVA, Ronaldo Adriano Ribeiro da; ttp://lattes.cnpq.br/2020211060475648; https://orcid.org/0000-0002-4974-4620The present study deals with the use of Brazilian sign language for teaching environmental sciences and promoting inclusion in museums, with the aim of addressing what are the possible contributions to the learning process that a Bilingual Illustrative Guide brings to deaf visitors to the museum. Jari Museum in Pará. In teaching the deaf community there are a multitude of challenges, among which the scarcity of teaching materials available for use in the teaching and learning process on local environmental issues stands out. The objective of this dissertation was the construction of the Bilingual Illustrative Guide with concepts of Environmental Sciences present in the Jari Museum located in the district of Monte Dourado, Pará. The research took place in a non-formal space of knowledge, the production of the material is based on a conception of bilingual literacy. The methodological procedures included the literature review and production of knowledge in the area; knowledge of the museum space; lexical survey of non-existent or unknown terms in Libras; filming, editing and production of the guide with bilingual video guide and validation of the final product. In this work, forty-two illustrations were generated, created from discussions with experts in the field and students, twelve of which were new illustrations. Therefore, we hope that this guide promotes inclusion and equity, the conservation of historical heritage and awareness among the population about the preservation of the natural space and the Jari Museum.
