In this way, at least show how all the artistic production has in the unconscious material it’s main engine and source of inspiration, Freud inserts it in the group of the other productions of unconscious, (dreams, jokes, neurosis, etc). Nevertheless, in the context of “The Stranger”, Freud starts to understand the art not anymore as a production of the psycho apparatus moved by the principle of pleasure, therefore in this text Freud advances the matter of the death pulsing and the eternal return of undesirable feelings as the functioning of a subjectivity guided beyond the principle of pleasure, in this meaning, the death as the last stop of the existence starts being the great keynote of the new Freudian’s researches, and the beauty of the art would be like that hopelessly involved in the anguish and helpless provoked by the comeback of undesirable feelings. In this way the unheimlich while haunt and uneasiness feeling provoked by the devil’s pulsing that insists in being present, starts being faced by Freud as an important esthetic principle.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Para quem não sabe amar, fica esperando alguém, que caiba no seu sonho: uma leitura psicanalítica da obra musical de Cazuza(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2010-08-26) ELIAS JUNIOR, Agis Bechir; CHAVES, Ernani Pinheiro; http://lattes.cnpq.br/5741253213910825This work consisted of an exercise of psychoanalytic interpretation of the Cazuza’s musical work. Divided in three periods: Barão Vermelho Band, single career and single career under the sign of the AIDS. One was looked for it listens, which the interpreter is implicated in the production of a new sense. It gave way, the methodological proposal of the psychoanalysis was used implicated, being looked for approaches between the psychoanalysis and the art poetic, exploring in that interlacement, the dimension of the abandonment (Hilflosigkeit), of the excess as solutions that repair the effects of the castration, as if it was treated of a defect in the narcissus constitution and, finally, the finitude, that Cazuza previous announce to himself, imposing him a new way of to think and to work with the end. It was taken in it counts that Freud, in his texts about art, admits that the art, just as the dreams and jokes, it is projection of the unconscious and that later the arte becomes conceived inside of the limits of the compulsion to the repetition of his eternal return as a subjectivity governed for besides from the principle of the pleasure. Brazil has become a model country since it has a health care program that has presented good results towards epidemic control. In November 1996, the Brazilian National Health Care System announced a law which established the mandatory nature of free access to antiretroviral medicat ion for all those who needed it. The obtained results with treatment – that is, progressive reduction of viral load and maintenance and/or reestablishment of immune system functioning – have been associated to outstanding benefits on physical health of HIV-positive patients which allow these people to resume and materialize their life projects. However, universal access to medication that enables free-of-cost treatment for HIV carriers still faces adherence issues. Considering a more restricted understanding, adherence may be defined as a person’s behavior – such as taking medicine, following guidelines of a diet or adopting changes in life style – that relates to recommendations established by the health care team. In this context, this study proposes to analyzing HIV-positive subjects´ social representations of antiretroviral treatment and its implications on their adherence process to it, therefore featuring images and meanings these HIV-positive individuals who have adhered or not adhered to antiretroviral therapy have about this kind of treatment and its consequences on their lives as well as standing out the objectifications and anchorages that form their social representations. Methodology was based on theoretical formulations about qualitative research, prioritizing interviews focused on Explicitness Method of Underlying Speech. These interviews were held at Parasite and Infectious Diseases Special Reference Unit – this unit belongs to the network of Pará State Health Secretariat health care units – and at João de Barros Barreto University Hospital, more specifically at Parasite and Infectious Diseases Clinical Unit.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Suicídio, da identificação com a mãe morta ao resgate narcísico: um estudo psicanalítico do personagem Richard Brown do filme As horas(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2007) FERREIRA, Maria Cristina da Silva; CHAVES, Ernani Pinheiro; http://lattes.cnpq.br/5741253213910825The theme of such Dissertation is suicide as a consequence of identification with the dead mother. It is a theoretical research based on the psycho-analytical theory which recurs to the analysis of the character Richard Brown, from the motion picture The Hours, in order to illustrate the theoretical argument that the identification revival with the dead mother may be an unlinking factor for the suicide of the melancholic patient in the adult life. Initially, it is tried to explicit the dead mother concept, characterized as a mother who, even when present, is quite absent as for the cares and love investment towards the child due to her depression. Thus, to the child, the maternal image shall be one of a lifeless mother, a dead mother. It shows identification with the dead mother as a psychic defense to the traumatic situation provoked by the maternal love underinvestment. The child, in the relationship with the mother, lives a psychic catastrophe which Green has called narcissist trauma, what will determine the fate of the libidinal, objective and narcissist investment of the individual. Hence, melancholy is considered a psycho-pathology, manifested at an adult age by the individual subjugated by the complex of the dead mother. The study of melancholy in the Mourning and Melancholy of Freud furnishes subsidies to the understanding of the inner world processes of those ones who want to terminate their own existence. Melancholy evidences the struggle between the I and the Super-I on the roles of accuser and accused ones. It shows that the Super-I becomes sadistic when asking for perfection to the masochist I narcissistically impoverished by the identification with the dead mother. When it gets to the sadistic borders, such struggle leads the I, identified with the dead mother, to desire to eliminate the object badly introduced to a part of the I, in order to rescue its idealized narcissist value. It points out suicide as the psychical exit found by the melancholic patient to get free from the identification with the dead mother. It is concluded that in the suicide, the unconscious conflicts manifested in the adult life are revivals of the psychic contents registered in childhood. In this paper, the revival of the identification with the dead mother would have been the unlinking factor of suicide of Richard Brown in his adult life.
