This article aims to contribute to the identification, mapping and analysis of spaces of socio environmental vulnerability in the insular area of the Municipality of Belém do Pará, in order to contribute to the elaboration of the map of the territory assigned to Primary Health Care, with a
view to contributing to the policies and health actions to make service to the population operational
and meaningful.
