Dissertação Acesso aberto (Open Access) Concepções de ciência dos professores da área da saúde e as dinâmicas curriculares de formação profissional da Universidade do Estado do Pará(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2015-06-26) RAIOL, Alessandra Nepomuceno; PAIXÃO, Carlos Jorge; http://lattes.cnpq.br/5926523492011056This paper investigates the concepts of science of the teachers and the curriculum dynamics of professional training in health of the University of Pará State. It is an epistemological study, i.e., it performs a critical study of science regarding it as product and process, in order to analyze critically the injunctions of scientific knowledge to society. The problem is summarized in the question: How do the professors' conceptions of science interfere with the new dynamics of vocational training curricula in health? It is a qualitative descriptive research, relies on Gamboa Paradigm, construction template of knowledge for educational research and is based on the materialist dialectic that guides their synthesis in the movement of the struggle of opposites in the context of society. The methodological procedures used were bibliographical and documentary research. To this end, we anchor our studies of science in theoretical as Bachelard (1996), Thomas Kuhn (1998), Japiassú (2006), Boaventura de Souza Santos (1998) and Edgar Morin (2002, 2010). Regarding the curriculum studies, we rely on the contributions of Thomas Tadeu (2005) and Goodson (2012), which point new outlets, advances and possibilities for the school and the curriculum, as these fields of knowledge are interwoven with epistemology and the historical-social context, besides Moreira; Silva (2006) and Sancristán (2000) students of curriculum theory and its relation to culture, politics and ideology. And we still use curricular authors who discuss the issue in health such as Maia (2014), Mattos (2004, 2011), among others. As a result, we identified that the Cartesian paradigm permeates the concept of science of the teachers. However they realize the existence of the new paradigm of complexity and completeness, both in the context of science as in the context of health education. This coexistence of paradigms hinders how teachers understand the concepts related to the profession restructuring, while providing recognize the new curriculum dynamics as possibility to contribute to training more in line with the needs of society, then a professional more critical of its performance and its context. An education that integrates science, culture and technology. Finally, as factors that may contribute to the understanding, and for the teachers involvement in these dynamics, we noted the continuous assessment, the continuing education guided by discussions of epistemology and the new science paradigms as essential elements to the teaching practice, the collective construction of Pedagogical Project, the institutional support, the overcoming of simplistic visions and the teaching individualism.Dissertação Acesso aberto (Open Access) O diálogo no horizonte de H. G. Gadamer e o conhecimento em educação(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2015-06-22) PUREZA, Aurizete Rodrigues; SEIBT, Cezar Luís; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7464213317216078This present study is a master’s degree thesis. It features itself as a qualitative bibliographical research, whereas the treatment and lens by which is seen the questions brought here are related to hermeneutic posture, in the form as it is defended and perceived by H. G. Gadamer. During the text a dialogue is done from contributions from Nadja Hermann and Flickinger, as authors with works that relate Hermeneutics with Education. When composing this work it is sought to understand the hermeneutical conception of Diologue in Gadamer and its relation with Education, to contribute with studies about the dialogic relation favorable to the search for new horizons in the construction of knowledge in education. The text initiates with the title: “Abrindo o Diálogo” (“Opening the Dialogue”), which reveals the genesis of this study. Emphasizes the anguish and gaps in the course of the route’s formulation. Also emerges in these opening lines professional experiences I lived in everyday school routine as a teacher, which always fueled the curious eyes, moved by so many questions, problematizing it and culminating in the theme presented here. Throughout the text it’s highlighted aspects that are put to test in the discussion of the construction of knowledge in education, among them: education as dialogue, the relationship between subjects in the process of teaching/learning and the formation of school by the moorings of modern science, problematizing the crescent difficulty of dialogue, preventing the crossing of horizons of the one that teaches, the one that learns and what it is learned. Concluding, without exhausting the theme, the reflections raised by the concept of Dialogue in Gadamer, points education as a happening which can be seen from different points of view, other possibilities, other rationalities. Which dialogue is the view from hermeneutics. In this way, the text presents itself as the possibility of looking through other cracks, making different readings about the world, where knowledge is always multiple possibilities of interpretation. Reveals a dynamic knowledge, inthe game of listening and speaking, the appreciation of the question in detriment of the answer. An education that makes the search for knowledge not an end, as a product to be received, but a dialogue that takes place in the meeting with the other.Dissertação Acesso aberto (Open Access) “Me jogaram aqui porque eu fiz 15 Anos” - biopolítica da juvenilização da Educação de Jovens e Adultos em Belém-PA (2010- 2013)(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2014-08-08) CONCEIÇÃO, Letícia Carneiro da; NAKAYAMA, Luiza; http://lattes.cnpq.br/377189675920900This study aims to undertake an analysis of the constitution of the Youth and Adult Education as a public policy in Brazil in the state of Pará and the city of Belém; understand how to set up the game modeler forces the current juvenization above and the presence of intergenerational groups in adult education; analyze the way in which the biopower and disciplinary measures are presented in the spaces of adult education in a municipal school in Belém. The main question: How to configure public biopolitics the EJA in the city of Belém in the period 2010 to 2013? The guiding questions were: How historically developed the establishment of adult education as a public policy in Brazil in the state of Pará and the city of Belém? How to setup the biopolitics of the game modeler forces the current juvenization above and the presence of intergenerational groups in adult education? How the biopower and disciplinary measures are presented in the space of adult education classes in a municipal school in Belém? This is a bibliographical study, empirical and documentary. In addition to referring to adult education literature, we use research on the younger players and the productions of the GT 18 "Education Youth and Adult" at the National Association of Graduate Studies and Research in Education (Anped), from its incorporation until the Annual Meeting 2013. We used the texts of the Laws of Education Guidelines and Bases 5692 1971 and 9394 1996 and the Reports of the National Council of Education / CEB 15/1998, 11/2000, 36/2004, 29/2006, 23 / 2008 and 06/2010, 01/2000 and 03/2010 Resolutions of the same institutions and Resolution 48/2002 of the Board of the National Education Development Fund (ENDF). Were part of the analysis, too, speaks of representatives of bodies responsible for adult education at the three levels (federal, state and local) public power, as well as the speech of students in the classes of 3rd and 4th EJA grade of a municipal school Belém-PA. The work focuses on the historical time from 1940 to the present, focusing the analysis from 1996 to the present, where there is the phenomenon of younger players and, more specifically, in sampling the years 2010-2013, in which the research focuses. The theoretical basis comes from the philosopher Michel Foucault studies, which used the analytical tools and concepts of biopolitics and genealogy of power. From the analysis, we see a discontinuity of public policies on adult education, marked by the rupture, with special emphasis on production gaps about the state of Pará and the city of Belém. A complex web of disciplinary measures, standardization processes and regulations sets the juvenization of AYE in Bethlehem. in the educational legislation stresses up and we seek solutions to the problem provided by the interpretation of the very legislation about the ages of EJA. This biopolitics materializes at school, showing subjective processes of students, as reflected in the analytical of talks. The subjects, however, are not simply victims of actions of official power but an active part of a sophisticated network in constant reconfiguration within which shuffle concepts and traditions, even redefining the notion of age itself.Dissertação Acesso aberto (Open Access) Práticas curriculares de formação continuada de técnicos da Fundação de Atendimento Socioeducativo do Estado do Pará (FASEPA): um diagnóstico histórico-genealógico (2011-2015)(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2016-04-04) FERREIRA, Michel de Vilhena; PAIXÃO, Carlos Jorge; http://lattes.cnpq.br/5926523492011056; LEMOS, Flávia Cristina Silveira; http://lattes.cnpq.br/8132595498104759This work of Master's dissertation research in Education of the mainstreaming of the object and interdisciplinarity in Human and Social Sciences (CHS).Using arqueogenealogic method has the objective to problematize the curriculum practices of continuing education Educators, Psychologists and Social Workers, interdisciplinary technical staff members operating the Sistema Nacional de Atendimento Socioeducativo (SINASE) of the Fundação de Atendimento Socioeducativo do Estado do Pará (FASEPA); prescribed in the historical period 2011-2015. The epistemological demarcation theorizes the discursive practices of objectification and subjectivity, the enunciation of meaning in the formation of knowledge for the production of the writing contained in biopolitics documentation, with the purpose of disciplinary power and governmentality. From the workup methods and archaeological and genealogical collection techniques and treatment objectivations contained in discursive and enunciative series cut of the selected documents, we problematize events that narrate the historical, social production and childhood policy and youth in conflict with the law, in the constitution of human rights and juvenile justice in Brazil in order to make the change of the offender liable to the image rights of the subject image. The observations and data collection were made throughout 2017. The aim of the research was to identify the conceptions and the educational and reading practices specified in the official documents of the Municipal Secretariat of Education and materialized by the subjects involved in the “Projeto Sala de Leitura”. The used methodology was based on qualitative research, case study and content analysis. The subjects of the research were the teachers of the “Projeto Sala de leitura”, the pedagogical coordinators who accompany the project and the board of the school Escola Liceu. We used as a procedure for data collection the recording of interviews and the analysis and reading of the selected documents, both in the Municipal Secretariat of Education and in the researched school. Concerning the analytical procedures, we made a cross-reference among the sources and the speech of the various subjects involved in the research. For this purpose, we searched a theoretical dialogue with works by authors such as Durkheim (2011), Contreras (1983), Freire (1987, 2003), Cambi (1999), Trilla (2008), Brandão (2016), Kato (1985), Leffa (1996), Perrotti (1999), Colomer (2007), Petit (2008), Costa-Übes (2010), Jouve (2013), among others. The results of this study point out contradictions between the official documents of the Municipal Secretariat of Education and the official documents of the school. These contradictions are also perceived in the pedagogical channelings about reading, which aim to meet the requirements determined by the National Evaluation of School Performance (ANRESC, the Brazilian abbreviation), of the National Government
