Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Análise de documentos que compõem as noções acerca das práticas de "exploração de trabalhadores rurais": um estudo genealógico(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2011) GOMES, Geise do Socorro Lima; LEMOS, Flávia Cristina Silveira; http://lattes.cnpq.br/8132595498104759This paper presents a foucauldian genealogical analysis concerned discursive practices of power directed at workers, especially in rural areas, which constitute the object of "slave labor". We started from the different nomenclatures that are used to describe the practices of exploitation of workers in Brazil, to give visibility to the different fields struggle which materialize in objectification and subsequent subjectivity of these workers. We hypothesized that there is in this power-knowledge game disputes involving government control practices and biopolitical mechanisms operated by various segments that are called upon to arbitrate about people lives through the scope of work. Each nomenclature, thus, would occupy a strategic position in order to "defend", "represent" the field of knowledge which speaks about. These disputes culminate in the production of documents, some of whom were chosen to be analyzed in this work dissertational. These are documents of national and international level, so that these practices were problematized in two levels, as they realize they both interpolate and sometimes they are rivaled each other in creating strategies and tactics conducted for the care and management of workers. Thus, it was found, throughout cut series of documents over, that grows a demand for application of punishment of those found guilty of carrying out exploitative practices, and among others approached series, there is an extension of a tutelary complex, which begins to be encouraged to control and surveillance of workers, encouraged by international organizations like the International Labour Organization, and other movements and civil society groups, which help in producing public politics that often end up functioning as a form of control risks that possibly these workers are subordinate, using statistics to justify their interventions. Take notice, therefore, that a paradox of biopower pass over these practices, placing them in a field of management and control of life, where we ask ourselves: indeed are the human rights and dignity of these people taken into account or only occupy a place within the field of possible events to be controlled by practices of governmentality? We conclude by trying to articulate these issues to the production of names used to describe the practices of exploitation of workers by placing them in government strategies of the population.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Análise dos documentos utilizados na descredencialização das famílias de crianças em acolhimento institucional(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2012-03-14) NOBRE, Áurea Gianna de Sousa Azevedo; PEDROSO, Janari da Silva; http://lattes.cnpq.br/4096274367867186The present research aimed to examine ways in which families of children in shelters were evaluated for addition to the shelter as protective measure, it is also necessary to make the process of removal of family power, from the contents found in the documents (medical records) produced on children and their families. This discourse echoes between the systems of protection and child care, justifying the sheltering and removal of family power, which is frequently regarded as “family dysfunction” is nothing more than poverty. In this sense, the present work problematized the decredentialization of the families, who in turn, resulted in divesting of family power, since Brazilian legislation itself recognizes the family as the ideal place for the development of the child. For this work development, the research was classified, by its nature, as qualitative. Data were analyzed through content analysis of Bardian (1979), understood as a set of search technique whose goal is the search for meaning or meanings of a document. The method of content analysis is guided by two boundaries: on one side of the border, linguistic and traditional territory, and in the other, interpretation of the meaning of words (hermeneutics). It is on the border of hermeneutics that the data in this study were analyzed. As a result, it was established from the discourse of protecting children at social risk, that the practice of institutionalization and removal of family power sometimes is based on evaluation of absences that surround the family.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Uma análise genealógica da objetivação mulher em documentos do UNICEF(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2012-10-01) MIRANDA, Danielle Santos de; CHAVES, Ernani Pinheiro; http://lattes.cnpq.br/5741253213910825; LEMOS, Flávia Cristina Silveira; http://lattes.cnpq.br/8132595498104759International agencies such as the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF), connected to the United Nations (UN), aim to be guardians of children and young people in order to ensure compliance and to defend and promote the rights of these segments. Such practices are constituted by heterogeneous knowledge anchored in programmatic axes framed in the manner of concerns, such as the observance of gender objectification in policy to protect children and adolescents in Brazil. Thus, after reading the documents of UNICEF, we can verify the presence of an objective process of gender relations and in particular, the objectification of women as an eyeliner vector of public policies proposed by this body for the rights of children and youth. Thus, we built this master's thesis in psychology with the purpose of studying this problem, using clues from the genealogy of Michel Foucault to question the practices of objectification of woman object in reports of UNICEF, in Brazil, from 2007 to 2009.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Atenção à saúde e modos de andar a vida: a produção de conhecimentos em psicologia e os subsídios para um cuidado que pretenda produzir saúde para crianças e famílias nos contextos de pobreza(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2012-09-18) RIBEIRO, Andrea Cristina Lovatto; FERLA, Alcindo Antônio; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6938715472729668A health care that aims integrality in its actions and proposals must take into account the population’s singular life contexts as well as the life contexts of each specific individual, which can be observed in a specialized bibliography. It is well known that Brazil is a country that presents serious social inequality and the knowledge of cultural diversity among different social groups that co-exist in our country is fundamental to achieve an integral health care. The objective of this study is to understand if and in which ways the elements that are considered important to provide health in this context are present in scientific production in the psychology field. For this purpose, several texts present in the BVS (Virtual Health Library) were analyzed; in a total of 37 texts, which deal with the relationship between psychology and SUS (Brazilian Unified Health System). The importance of a contextualized practice was mentioned, however, none of the texts showed the description of specific contexts of families in poverty, indicating that this knowledge is not available in the psychology field and therefore showing the importance of considering the information available in other areas for an integral health care. Integral health care, team work, prevention and health promotion are major elements that are present in the academic production of knowledge; nevertheless we notice that these guidelines are still in the level of reflection and verbalizations, usually not taking place in practice. The challenges that set apart professional psychologist’s practice and SUS guidelines can be summarized in a professional training which emphasizes individual clinical practices resulting in decontextualized practices. Other challenges indentified were the way the health system itself was organized, and the way psychologists are not considered as generalist professionals in health policies. The concept of resilience in general is not present in the studies; however, the presence of other important elements to promote the autonomy of individuals was taken into consideration. Strategies of education: Academic and Permanent Education in Health (EPS) were also analyzed. It was observed that the discussion about professional training is present in most texts and that small changes have been made in order to bring the psychology field closer to the SUS system. Permanent Education in Health is not a significant factor in the studies, and its potential has not yet been explored in relation to psychology.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Cartografias do Diário do Pará: um estudo genealógico do acontecimento homicídio contra jovens em um caderno policial(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2012) FRANCO, Ana Carolina Farias; OLIVEIRA, Paulo de Tarso Ribeiro de; http://lattes.cnpq.br/9266787581530443; LEMOS, Flávia Cristina Silveira; http://lattes.cnpq.br/8132595498104759This thesis aims to analyze how to approach of murder of young in the police part of the Diário do Pará, newspaper of great circulation in the state. The Diário do Pará as a vehicle of mass communication, produces knowledge, circulates certain values, establishing regimes of truth and forging subjectivities, which are consistent with the project's political and economic (neo) liberalism. Thus, we undertook a brief analysis mapping of contemporary political and economic forces that govern the plots juveniles and other population segments that, in our analysis, underlying the rationales of the Journal of Pará in the production of news about the juvenil homicide. With the arquegenealógico method, give visibility to the network listed and non-discursive practices of newspaper, who design the place of youth, especially the poor and non-educated, to the territories of violence and criminality. Notice that in newspaper articles analyzed the death of young is produced as an occurrence at the same time impressive, because of the sensasionalist resources used in the construction of news, and justified by being inteded as a result of an juvenile trajectory who insisted on diverting the model of the good citizen (sweet and productive), to embark on the path of crime and vice. We also conclude that the practices of this paper connect to security-obsessed who have invested the whole social body and has organized from the demand for law and order.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Crianças que se revelam agressivas: um estudo fenomenológico sobre o reconhecimento da agressividade em escolares(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2008-05-12) RIBEIRO, Elizabete Cristina Monteiro; PIMENTEL, Adelma do Socorro Gonçalves; http://lattes.cnpq.br/4534230240595626The aggressiveness in childhood has been presented as a recurrent complaint by parents and teachers, which introduces a worrying scenario in that the identification of the child and his family as primary responsibility is still sharp. This study present a childhood aggression initial understanding from the Person-Centered Approach, as like the education proposed in this reference articulating with some complexity theory principles. Considering that the child recognized as aggressive has been made in a subjectivity process which significant socially people are involved, this research through a phenomenological research aimed to check the recognition configuration from the participants testimonies analysis: the child identified as aggressive, a colleague, the mother and teacher. The study was done in a selected school from the mapping by the Centre of Violence in Schools Core-Pa. The results point to: a subjectivity vision subsidizing the linear link form, the distance used as a teaching resource to avoid the conflict, the previous manifested aggression denouncing the student stories and current experience, a relationship between the child condition to react label and family history, the repercussions of how it is recognized at school in their learning process. The participants experienced feelings allow us to pay attention to the condition involvement that includes then, reaffirming the need to seek ways to promote changes in the student and the school seeing way. This changes must be introduced from a complex interactive subjectivity human vision, enabling understand the aggressiveness subjectivity from a scenario that may reveal multiple meanings.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Cultura de paz e UNESCO: uma analítica documental da gestão de corpos no Brasil(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2012-10-02) CRUZ, Franco Farias da; CHAVES, Ernani Pinheiro; http://lattes.cnpq.br/5741253213910825; LEMOS, Flávia Cristina Silveira; http://lattes.cnpq.br/8132595498104759This study aimed to perform an analyses of the power in the document "Declaration and Program of Action on a Culture of Peace", which was legitimized in 1999 by a United Nations General Assembly, establishing it self as the priority directive of the practices in the agency UNESCO (United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization). It will be use as tools of analysis, methodological guides linked to many operators taked from the referential theoretical and methodological produced by Michel Foucault, walking in the direction of to think, to question and to produce knowledge based in this movement for dismantling monumental documents, having as primary axis the concept of “culture of peace”, this that possess its existence tied to the history of the United Nations and its agencies, and was produced and systematize from a group of beliefs, practices and associations, that allowed visibility and power, popularizing it and making it one of the most significant productions of our time. Going diagonal, necessarily, through the themes: UNESCO, Governmentality e Production of Subjectivity.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Entre o belo e o feio: das Unheimliche como princípio estético em Freud(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2008) MAGALHÃES, Alex Wagner Leal; CHAVES, Ernani Pinheiro; http://lattes.cnpq.br/5741253213910825The present work aimed study the Freud’s esthetic considerations present in the text “The Uncanny” (1919), how such positions promote a real discontinuity in the western esthetic thought. In this way, at least show how all the artistic production has in the unconscious material it’s main engine and source of inspiration, Freud inserts it in the group of the other productions of unconscious, (dreams, jokes, neurosis, etc). Nevertheless, in the context of “The Stranger”, Freud starts to understand the art not anymore as a production of the psycho apparatus moved by the principle of pleasure, therefore in this text Freud advances the matter of the death pulsing and the eternal return of undesirable feelings as the functioning of a subjectivity guided beyond the principle of pleasure, in this meaning, the death as the last stop of the existence starts being the great keynote of the new Freudian’s researches, and the beauty of the art would be like that hopelessly involved in the anguish and helpless provoked by the comeback of undesirable feelings. In this way the unheimlich while haunt and uneasiness feeling provoked by the devil’s pulsing that insists in being present, starts being faced by Freud as an important esthetic principle.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Estudo psicanalítico sobre a feminização da epidemia do HIV/AIDS com usuários do Hospital Universitário João de Barros Barreto(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2008-09-12) LEBREGO, Arina Marques; MOREIRA, Ana Cleide Guedes; http://lattes.cnpq.br/9245673017553186This study aimed to investigate the processes of subjectivation of women having no steady partners and their exposition to HIV/AIDS in order to identify overdetermination factors of vulnerability. As method, we used a case study, aiming at a in-depth analysis which allowed the identification of a greater number of subjective determinants related to the problem considered. The study presents fragments of clinical cases of women living with AIDS, hospitalized in the wards of the João de Barros Barreto University Hospital (HUJBB) in the State of Pará, Brazil. Based on the analysis of transference and countertransference, we showed as results what each case, in its singularity, reveals from the therapeutic encounter. In clinical case I, we found that the patient, whom we called Dinah, had a female masochistic mode of psychopathological subjectivation, what caused her to show some satisfaction when exposed to suffering, and to position herself as a victim in her emotional and sexual relationships. Those relationships were overdetermined by a imaginary identification with cultural ideals about the woman human being, conceiving images of men and women, and therefore of herself and her partners, as antithetical pairs of strength/weakness, active/passive, power/submission. This ideal of composite person of a virgin woman and a man only, caused Dinah to deny her fears of contamination, and to passively accept unprotected sexual relations, leaving the sexual initiative to her partner, and, thereby, becoming vulnerable to HIV infection. In clinical case II, Alice, which has a melancholic, self-destructive mode of subjectivation, positioned herself in her emotional and sexual relationships by incessantly searching for her self-destruction through an unconscious vulnerability to HIV. Having contracted AIDS and infected her husband and other partners, even after knowing her diagnosis, Alice remained trapped in a deadly silence, and prevented herd]self from taking care of her health and seeking continuous medical care, making herself vulnerable to re-infection. In clinical Case III, Ana Laura, is a woman who has gone through violence several times since childhood, for instance, she underwent child sexual abuse, was exploited as a domestic worker, was abandoned by her parents. After having her first baby, the child was taken from her without her consent by a maternal aunt who gave her to others. Ana Laura used that as a reason to prostitute herself on quay of Belém Port, where she worked until she was hospitalized. That was where negotiation for more expensive unprotected sex was a common practice, and so Ana Laura negotiated her life, selling unprotected sex and ended up getting infected by HIV. The helplessness and the violence that this patient went through are therefore the overdetermination factors of her vulnerability to HIV infection. As conclusions, we highlight that the women looked after without steady partners, did not care to protect themselves, and are not in accordance with the studies showing that those women negotiate the use of condom more freely and are less vulnerable to HIV. This demonstrates the importance of studies addressing the psychic, social, political and cultural aspects, so as to reveal the modes of production of subjectivity of the subjects in their singularity, beyond data measurement, in order to establish strategies for more effective health prevention.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Hermenêutica gestáltica do abuso sexual para uma adolescente(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2007-06-29) ARAÚJO, Lucivaldo da Silva; PIMENTEL, Adelma do Socorro Gonçalves; http://lattes.cnpq.br/4534230240595626This qualitative research of orientation Phenomenology, existential gestalt, tries to reveal some meanings attributed to the phenomenon of the abuse sexual inside family, through a case study in that the informer, of the 9 to the 11 years, were been victim for the father and still today, in her existential field, she is influenced by the existence of that experience. The violence against the child, in their several modalities, is a problem of public health and of relationships between family and who takes care the child. In if treating of the sexual abuse, in that the aggressor is the responsible for the primary cares, usually, there is denial for the victim, aggressor and the family, and almost always, it happens, involving more than a violence modality. Same not having a consensus among the authors, it is puts in prominence the noxious effects of those events on the health psychic, occupational, physics and the victims' of the development. The data were collected in ONG Republica of Emaús including reading of documents, informal reports, participant observation and interview with the adolescent, being this last one, the main appreciation source. The analysis of the interview conjugated, insofar as possible, the theory of the interpretation of Ricoeur, some concepts of the gestalt-therapy as the one of contact, illustration-bottom, and psychological nutrition and of the Occupational Therapy, as areas, components and the performance contexts. Of the interview were created units of significance that orientated the reflections concerning the meanings of the adolescent's speech. Some results are: presentation of the weight of the existence of the sexual abuse some times as evidence sometimes as bottom; repercussions owncontact without functionality and contact with the other; in the own-image, selfesteem and in some acting areas: learning and socialization. The creative adjustment can be identified in the opening in revealing the experience, what suggests expansion of their contact borders. A conclusion that the study reach, was about the adolescent's relationship with the father that still, she stands out while an open gestalt.Item Desconhecido Homens no cenário da Lei Maria da Penha: entre (des)naturalizações, punições e subversões(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2008) LIMA, Maria Lúcia Chaves; MÉLLO, Ricardo Pimentel; http://lattes.cnpq.br/9026097374517495This work intended to study the place occupied by men in the context of violence against women - more precisely on nowadays scene placed by Maria da Penha law. This law brings several modifications concerning the strategies to “combat” violence against women. The most commented one is the severity when punishing those considered “aggressors”. In order to do that, learning the possible conceptions about men that circulate in this recent context, two fundamental steps were taken. The first one consisted of making a list of all the services provided in cases of violence against women at the city of Belém, Brazil. That was a moment on which we noticed the lacking of any service concerning the men involved in violence situation. Once Women's Police Station has presented itself as the most important reference about the subject at Belém, we began the second part of this research, which was divided on three methodological strategies: observation of its everyday life and interviews with its employees and people that used to go there. The information obtained showed that although Women's Police Station is a place that intends to give support to those that look for help, it reveals itself a violent ambient, something exemplified either by its architecture and by the kind of service provided there. Besides, it was possible to apprehend some suggestive conceptions of those men (and women) usually presented there. The main point of our discussion refers to a new naturalization of men that commit violence against woman: from a violent “essence” to a violent socialization. Here, although the people interviewed consider these men as products of a “sexist education”, they indicate prison as the adequate punishments in those cases. On the other hand, once prison is recognized as incapable of promoting “positive” changes, it is recommended to add some psychological treatment. It is possible to realize that there is a “treatment” speech about these men that tries to “regenerate” them and lately give them “back to society”. Nevertheless, we consider that this approach only increases the intolerance against men that commit violence, once it stigmatizes them as the part of society that must be cured, formatted and lately “given back”. In conclusion, more than a “treatment” we propose the creation of a space of listening that can put in check the certainties about the type of gender relations that produce and maintain situations of violence against women.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Investigação da impulsividade pela Prova de Rorschach em policiais militares do Comando de Missões Especiais da Polícia Militar do Pará(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2009) GUEDES, Catia de Farias; SOUZA, Ana Maria Digna Rodrigues de; http://lattes.cnpq.br/9067932961924386; MOREIRA, Ana Cleide Guedes; http://lattes.cnpq.br/9245673017553186This dissertation arose from the desire to understand the presence of the variable of impulsiveness. The research project had led to the hypothesis that uniformed police personnel in the Special Missions Command would show responses of impulsiveness, based on findings in previous research using other testing instruments, such as the Palographic Test and the Wartegg Test. The characteristic of impulsiveness intrigued us because it is one of the criteria for rejecting candidates for the exercise of police functions. The purpose of using the Rorschach Test as an instrument of investigation was due to its adequacy for appraising the dynamics of the personality and because it is a projective technique. The method chosen was delineated quantitatively and qualitatively, and factors relevant to an investigation on impulsiveness carried special weight on the instrument. The subjects corresponded to 20% of the total members of the troop studied and were chosen on the basis of the function they exercised and the length of time they had been in the unit, as well as other criteria. The findings led us to refute the initial hypothesis; it was seen that the impulsiveness detected in the earlier study could be better classified as readiness and immediatism of attitudes. Even with a high Imp rate, the group showed capacity for satisfactory interior control to prevent impulsiveness from becoming prejudicial or interfering in their operational functions. The possibility of investigating a specific score for the type of police activity carried out by this group or by others in similar operations is discussed. In the case at hand, even though 80% of the group did not correspond to the expected results in the formula on impulsiveness, other factors related to the responses of Color and Shape failed to confirm the formula in any of the subjects. This leads to the conclusion that impulsiveness is present in the group but it does not appear as prejudicial, but rather, contained.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Medida socioeducativa de privação de liberdade em uma unidade de internação em Belém/PA(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2013) ARRUDA, André Benassuly; CHAVES, Ernani Pinheiro; http://lattes.cnpq.br/5741253213910825; LEMOS, Flávia Cristina Silveira; http://lattes.cnpq.br/8132595498104759This dissertation aimed to perform an analytic of power over some care practices in effect Socioducativo Female Center of Pará - CESEF. Were used as the main tools for the analysis of these practices problematizations made by Michel Foucault on power-knowledge relationships forged on the Modern States and several national and international authors who dialogue with the research undertaken by this thinker, in a perspective of the New History. Through documentary analysis and field observations, we seek shooting questions related to singular events of the technologies of disciplinary power and biopolitics crossing discursive and non-discursive operationalized during the fulfillment of educational measures of detention of young women considered authors of offense on the drive socio-researched and political effects that these events are fired whenever a level of analysis of knowledge and power. It was possible to identify, describe and analyze how the cartography of power in modernity, described by Foucault have effects current practices in technical service, activities considered teaching and schooling, in workshops, spatial arrangements, producing punishments and attempts at regulation and standardization bodies.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Modos de subjetivação e estratégias de governamentalidade: a constituição de um "sujeito infrator" nas tramas de um dispositivo jurídico(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2009) SILVA, Alyne Alvarez; MÉLLO, Ricardo Pimentel; http://lattes.cnpq.br/9026097374517495This work had as the goal to glimmer the modes of subjectivation, present on the complex relationship of know-can of a legal contrivance, able to create a specific category of person: the subject infringer. According to Foucault (1997), the modes of subjectivation are the processes through which we become subject, that is, the means by which we are caught by the relationship of forces involved in the process of production of subjectivities. Therefore, certain knowledge and techniques present in several contrivances to which we connect or are connected - are considered modes that subjective us, causing-in and constituting-in as they act like normative types and way to be. To understand part of the speeches about the "subject infringer" and practices that act on it, as part of the forces that is, can be a way to provoke any type of cleft in the legal contrivance that insists in justify its action on behalf of a speech "protection" and "recovery" .If it is not possible to think in modes of subjectivation without linking them to the government issue, we ask from a genealogical study, practices of know-can-subjectivation present in the dossier of an adolescent in fulfillment of Socio-Educational Measure Hospitalization. To understand the modes of subjectivation as governmental strategies, confront a set of techniques - disciplinary, regulations and practices of themselves - and some of knowledge considered legitimate that gives a fundamental structure. The binary divisions produced by disciplinary instruments constitute the "abnormal" – in this case, the "subject infringer" –, to the detriment of what is considered to be "normal" – the "subject citizen", in which they wish to make-so. Thus, we seek through several techniques that adolescents hospitalized, separated of the desired "normality" and "identified" to the speeches that focus on the "infringer", become easy targets of the government techniques formed especially to deal with this category of people. Finally we see that, to justify the imprisonment of young people, the supposed function to recover the "deviations" conceals the tone punitive measure Socio-Educational of internment and lift a supposed corrective-educational character, which still exist as the main against "criminals" that the is legal contrivance constitutes.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Nas trincheiras de combate, o abatimento: adicção e AIDS(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2011) MIRANDA, Alex Nazareno Ferreira de; VILHENA, Junia de; http://lattes.cnpq.br/5162153387744785; MOREIRA, Ana Cleide Guedes; http://lattes.cnpq.br/9245673017553186After three decades of the emergence of AIDS in the world, we are still speechless in the face of a dreaded disease to be pronounced by the weight of his name brings death. The disease, which emerged as a curse for sexual minorities, sex workers and drug users, printed on their bodies and their souls the symbol of immediate death, shameful and painful. Throughout this journey, his body had viral "imaged" by medical science that could not be removed from the mathematization that AIDS equals death, which would reduce the status of "a disease". This dissertation intends to provide an overview of AIDS, pointing out their appearance, the identification of the virus and the metaphors used for positioning of the disease in biological and moral locus of the modern world. We used metaphors of stigmatizing diseases, passed on places of care, to present the University Hospital João de Barros Barreto as a space marked by the stigma of TB and AIDS, which gives the image of horror to the people of Para . In this space, we met people whose helplessness and dependency relationships to an object/act external to the ego can have them brought to exposure to HIV. Of these, it was pointed to a case study of this phenomenon. In an attempt to understand the relationship with the object of addiction, were sought mainly Winnicottian the concepts of "environment maternante good enough", "transitional object" beyond "addiction", worked by Joyce McDougall. With the work done, it was observed that the gap reported in psychotherapy, very present in patients, is surrounded by addictive relationships, as a defense mode which lets you take the object as a replacement external breast vital. To listen to these dependences, we used the clinical perspective of Winnicott, with the possibility of repositioning the patient to modify their internal and external reality from a creative act.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) A objetivação da saúde da criança pelo UNICEF: problematizando tecnologias de biopoder na Amazônia(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2011) MEDEIROS, Larissa Gonçalves; LEMOS, Flávia Cristina Silveira; http://lattes.cnpq.br/8132595498104759This study intends to problematize the conception of child health propagated by UNICEF, specifically analyzing the regimes of truth and practices of power, which are operated by this agency on the health conditions of the children that lives in the Amazon. Therefore it’s made a documentary research that has its source analysis the report "Being a Child in Amazonia: an analysis of the conditions for child development in the northern region of Brazil”, published by UNICEF in 2004. As analysis tools, are used Michel Foucault's genealogical history, and his analytics of power, especially in relation to biopower. In the context of United Nations policy, the UNICEF's performance in the care of children is understood as part of a liberal governmentality that acts in promoting social progress and economic development of countries, for safety's sake. In this sense, this research try to give visibility to how the practices of UNICEF, articulated with surrounding practices, engender a device of government that operates through disciplinary and biopolitical strategies to control the population of the Amazon as function of risk management. According to the UNICEF analysis, the child health is understood as an effect of certain social and economic conditions considered essential for their survival and well-being. The lack of social infrastructure and the precarious conditions of existence are pointed as factors that may cause illness and damage to children's development. In addition the report emphasizes the role of woman as mother, placing her as the main responsible for the survival an education of children, and the importance of family performance in guarantee a complete child development. Notions of health and childhooh, respectively, as a multidimensional field, and a life stage that needs to be protected and controlled, from this point of view, are used by UNICEF in the government of the poor population of the region, captured in hygienic speeches that disqualify families because of their survival conditions and their care practices in relation to children. These speeches sets up a demand for an endless network of protections for families that promotes health and ensure life, but imply controls that put in check their autonomy.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) A objetivação da violência a partir da noção de ciclo de vida: interrogando as práticas de saber/poder do UNICEF(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2013) NOGUEIRA, Juliana de Castro; PIANI, Pedro Paulo Freire; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6434100473666705; LEMOS, Flávia Cristina Silveira; http://lattes.cnpq.br/8132595498104759This dissertation aims at analysing the objectifying of violence for UNICEF from problematizing the life circle notion, which represents a strategy adopted by such agency in order to face violence. A historicaland documental research of the book published in 2005, “Analise da violência contra a criança e o adolescente, segundo o ciclo de vida no Brasil - conceitos, dados e proposições”, was performed. The analyses were based on the archeogenealogic methodology as proposed by Michel Foucault. It was observed that the production of violence in this document considered its range and specificity of manifest in each life phase. Thus, UNICEF intended to operate a biopolitical management of the bodies of impoverished children and adolescents in Brazil through a neoliberal and calculated perspective. It was concluded that the knowledge/power practices implekented by this agency objectives risk control through individualising the matter of violence, which in our analysis contributes to stigmatising underpriviledged families considered to be the main actors in reproducing violence.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) O outro artificial e a alteridade na cultura pós-moderna(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2011) MONTEIRO, Henrique Moura; SOUZA, Maurício Rodrigues de; http://lattes.cnpq.br/4730551301673902This research grew out of unease before a phenomenon that shows the fascination of men who relate to Real Dolls. The dolls, however, are not mere sex toys, as often acquire the function of date, which putting into question the very dimension of otherness. This relationship constructed artificially, therefore, works as thrower of questions about the other and the present. Thus, the objective of this study was to propose a theoretical discussion of psychoanalytic slant, about the notion of otherness in contemporary culture. To do this, I followed the line of key questions: Who are the other and otherness? What is its place in today's culture? Would be otherness threatened by simulacrum? How to think about “denial of otherness” through the prism of Postmodernity? Following the conductive direction, put into focus the complexities of “other” at the same time familiar and strange, configured from a “stranger to me” and a “estranger in me” – referring to the radical otherness that constitutes the self, the unconscious. The reference to the present starts from the clash between modern and postmodern, where it emphasizes the concern of a society that is governed by the spectacle of a narcissistic and a person extremely individualistic, hedonistic and consumerist. Acquire space in this context the figure of "artificial other" which follows the perverse logic of predation that sets the primacy of the self at the expense of otherness. Thus, the other reveals an artifice of otherness artifice and a presence or absence that plays with the appearances of the present and conceals its "body" in an apparent familiarity. Though, the otherness persists and moves, supporting the other as an element that disrupts and eliminate the structure of the person, giving to the contemporary malaise a special place to the otherness. Then, the other is on the one hand, disposable, because the logic narcissistic proclaims the self-sufficiency of the self-ideal, while on the other hand, is a key part of the show. It is important to consider, therefore, that the place of otherness is guaranteed, though camouflaged by the indifference, contrary to the impression transmitted by panorama that makes you understand our extinction.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) As ouvidorias de saúde pública no Estado do Pará: uma relação dialógica entre governo, medicina e sociedade?(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2012) MORAES, Diana Coeli Paes de; OLIVEIRA, Paulo de Tarso Ribeiro de; http://lattes.cnpq.br/9266787581530443; FERLA, Alcindo Antônio; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6938715472729668That paper emphasizes about the Public Health's Offices as an area of citizen participation in administrative management inquiring if it happens a Dialogic Dynamics Relationship between Government, Medicine and Society in the perspective of harmonization of management and services provided by public health in accordance with the policy of Humanization by SUS.
