Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Contribuições da arteterapia no cuidado com mulheres em tratamento do câncer de mama(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2008-04-23) SIMÕES, Érica de Nazaré Marçal Elmescany; PIMENTEL, Adelma do Socorro Gonçalves; http://lattes.cnpq.br/4534230240595626This thesis, the fruit of a personal and professional experience with art and of the interest in studies and actions in the field of oncology, was a search-intervention based on phenomenology and gestalt art therapy grounds, which had the purpose of identifying the art therapy care contributions to women in breast cancer treatment, from the meanings given by the participants to the experience with the creative doing. The importance of this study was related to the need for expansion of therapeutic strategies, focused on health promotion of individuals on cancer treatment. Therefore, it was taken into account the existence of psychosocial factors leading to conflict and suffering for women during the cancer diagnosis and treatment, and the female condition of submission and confrontation of breast cancer throw history. The work has also referred to the therapeutic functions of art and the importance of art therapy in oncology. The research was realized on the Núcleo de Acolhimento do Enfermo Egresso- NAEE, where the methodology called Creative Workshop was applied, consisting on the following stages: awareness, free expression, speech drafting, language transpose and evaluation. For collecting data, the patients speech and the women’s creations were used. Seven women in treatment for breast cancer participated the 8 sessions of art therapy, where they underwent experiences on the body and expressive activities. The qualitative type analyses established itself on the basis of expressions by informants, manifest through verbal and plastic language during the creation. The atmosphere of listening and reception, favored during the workshops, permeated the therapeutic process of this search-intervention, contributing to the response of women about the experience on workshops. It was possible to identify many art therapy contributions on the care of women with breast cancer, related to the possibility of interaction with the other, the improvement of the expression capacity the meaning and re-meaning the lived through the contact with creative potential of themselves and the participants acquisition of a more active posture for facing the difficulties of life.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Psicoterapia breve gestaltica para homens com HIV/AIDS em contexto de clinica ampliada(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2013) LOBO, Warlington Luz; PIMENTEL, Adelma do Socorro Gonçalves; http://lattes.cnpq.br/4534230240595626The present study aimed to investigate what is the importance of psychotherapy in men with aids marked by the proximity to the death or the existential finitude interned in a hospital ward. Psychological intervention in the area of health and psychological clinic, was imaginatively procedure which allowed effect socially engaged listening to overcome the premise about the disease while treatment center, passed along the story and conveying the idea of a pathological subject. In this perspective, the objective of this work was to encourage participants to experience research attention to own health recognizing it as a basic citizenship rights to all men. About gestalt psychotherapy procedures and palliative care were the strategies used in the consultations carried out at the University Hospital Barros Barreto in Belém do Pará-Brazil. Survey respondents were four adult men, with track is 18 and 49 years of age. The selection started with documentary research reports and documents drawn up by professionals who meet in the infirmary of the infectious parasitic clinic (DIP) as identification cards, medical records of identification of cases, where it was described the diagnosis, health history. It was a clinical-qualitative research, which used the phenomenological and Existentialist concepts, method and theoretical framework of Gestalt Therapy. For the analysis of the discourse of informants if it was proposed in language Hermeneutics of Paul Ricouer, which proposes the understanding of linguistic dimension (sense) and extralinguística dimension (reference), starting from the grammatical analysis of the sentence of the announcer, bypassing the semantic analysis of speech, with attention to the functions and acts of language. In the analysis we pay attention only to the assimilation of Expressive or Emotional function, in which the subject that stood out was the I, and the acts of speech: locutionary (Act say; verbal expression), illocutionary (what we do to say; non-verbal features accompanying the speech) and perlocutionary acts by Austin (reflection of the language in the other). The results showed that men are responsible for their own abilities, and that can expand the possibilities in their lives, even in situations of fragility and without possibility of cure, identifying the means at your disposal, which allowed to deal with a difficult situation. With regard to psychotherapy she was a facilitator, and provided the opportunity to understand some modes of subjectivation, linkage and relationship of the men met at the hospital.
