Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) A democratização da gestão escolar no município de Santa Bárbara do Pará a partir do PDE(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2007-04-26) CASTRO, Maria Rosana de Oliveira; SANTOS, Terezinha Fátima Andrade Monteiro dos; http://lattes.cnpq.br/9502681594591950This study is on schools management democratization in Santa Bárbara do Pará promoted by PDE. It intended to identify PDEs contributions to school management , based on analyses of actions done at Escola Municipal do Livramento. It presents a discussion on State reform and the new proposal of public management, wich is more flexible and able to adapt itself to the tecnological development and to the new global economy needs, that made the State reform to give more importance to values like effient and qualitative services as well as management culture in the organizations. This work shows the connections between educational system and capitalism, that demanded, because of the agrarian exportation crisis (1920) and the improvement of urban-industrial field, better access to schools, mainly to the cities population, relationing education to development and to economy to solve the crisis. It is possible to observe, trhough the research, that educational public policies, originated from international organizations created new forms of regulation and management in the country, in this context appear Fundescola/PDE proposal of management, that reforces the principals role as a leader. The study verified that educational attendance at Pará and at North Region is centred over the eight first years in school (period called fundamental teaching), revealing a great difference from infantile education (little children) and middle teaching (teenagers) that receive few economic attentions. The discussion, presented, on management modernization focus the importance of autonomy and of the participation in the public school as a way to achieve the desired quality in education. The study revels, too, the impositive character of PDEs proposal that ignores external and internal school community in its formulation, being different and contradictory with the proposal established by brasilian educational laws, despite the speech of people who idealized it to affirm it as a participative and democratic proposal.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) A formação continuada nos discursos de professores da educação superior: a experiência da UFPA e do CESUPA(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2007-03-29) FERNANDES, Roseane do Socorro da Silva Reis; BERTOLO, Sônia de Jesus Nunes; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7964798599222061This is a research developed in the field of the teacher's continuous formation and discusses about the meanings that the teachers which work in the superior education give to the continuous formation and it focalizes the opinions of the teachers that participate in the groups of formation in the Federal University of Pará (UFPa) and in the University Centre of the State of Pará (CESUPA). The empiric material produced based on the documental analysis and the interviews were analysed supported on the national and international bibliography which have a critical perspective about the teacher's work when the authors make a detailed exam about the teacher's profession. This study make reference to the comprehension about how the teachers faces the experience of formation in these two institutions, the effects that the models of the continuous teacher's formation have in their personal and professional development, emphasizing the senses and the interests announced by them. We have evidences that the teachers search for learning when they valorize the access to the formative courses, specially to the contents that can help them on their pedagogic practice. After this study, I could see that the continuous formation is a heterogeneous arena, not unified and have many purposes. We cannot give to the this formation a redemption ideia, imagining that with these courses the teachers will learn to make everything different and correctly, but as an intervention with a critical perspective about the pedagogic practices and that helps to re-construct permanently the personal and professional identity of the teachers in mutual interaction.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) A formação de professores no curso de história da Universidade Federal do Pará: uma análise do projeto político pedagógico(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2008-05-21) NASCIMENTO, Sérgio Bandeira do; SILVA, Josenilda Maria Maués da; http://lattes.cnpq.br/9246008698629513The present study presents as theme the teachers' formation and searches to investigate the following problem: which treatment is given to the teachers' formation to act in the basic education starting from the current political pedagogical project of the course of History at UFPA? We looked for understanding how is organized the curricular proposal of that course and how the formation is approached for the teaching in the referred PPP of this course. The investigation was constituted in a qualitative study with authors' of the history field theoretical subsidy, of the curriculum and of the educational formation. We adopted a documental analysis and we used official documents of NCE as NCG for the Degree courses in History and NCG for the courses of Formation of Teachers of the Basic and other Education levels with inclusion interns at UFPA to understand their influences on the PPP of the course investigated that carries the formative propositions for the professional of History in this ISE. In analysis to the PPP of the course of History verified that the formative perspective in the investigated course is anchored in the teacher-historian's formation, approaching the model of the teacher-researcher's formation extolled by NCG for Formation of Teachers. However, we didn't identify the ephistemolological and practical means for the execution of this purpose of educational formation in the configuration of the curricular structure, mainly for the development of researches on the education phenomenon. We also identified that the treatment of the pedagogic knowledge, indispensable in the educational formation to act in the Basic Education, appears in a secondary way in the curricular structure analyzed. Therefore, we inferred that the historical knowledge assumes the priority in the development of the investigated course stating that the importance of the formation concentrates on the historian, to the detriment of the teacher's formation.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) A formação do professor de educação física no Pará: o que revela a história do currículo do curso de educação física da Universidade Estadual do Pará?(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2008-08-07) TREPTOW, Anahy Garcia; ROCHA, Genylton Odilon Rêgo da; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3735617515418666This research has the aim of analyzing the history of the curriculum of the teachers graduation course on Physical Education at the Federal University in Pará, from 1970 to 2007. It was used, as a method of work, the documentary research based on the analysis of the regiments, curricular matrices, and Pedagogical Political Project (PPP) of the Federal University of Pará, and the resolutions of the Federal Council of Education n 69/1969, that determined the minimum curriculum, created the Physical Education‟s Major, and kept the sporting technician; the Resolution CFE n 3/87, that preconized the Major degree and/or BA; the Resolution CNE/CES n 7/2004, that instituted the Curricular Policies for the Graduation Courses in Physical Education; the Resolution n1/2002, that deals with the Curricular Policies for the courses of Elementary School Teachers (superior level, major degree); the Resolution n 2/2002, that institutes the length of the Major Courses in Elementary School Teaching. It was verified that the course, by its curriculum, can be conceived in two different moments: the first one, before the PPP of 1999, was a sportive conception course and build a professional profile similar to the profile of a sportive technician, non-critical, non-historical; and the second moment, just after the PPP of 1999, the course acquired a brand new conception, directly connected to teaching, expressed in the pedagogical work of different fields, enhancing a professional profile that is broad, generalist, humanist, critical and reflexive, based on ethical, political, and pedagogical principles, on the basis of the scientific rigour.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) A formação inicial de professores e a educação inclusiva: analisando as propostas de formação dos cursos de licenciatura da UFPA(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2007-04-30) MESQUITA, Amélia Maria Araújo; ROCHA, Genylton Odilon Rêgo da; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3735617515418666The objective of this study is to analyze new proposals in the formal preparation of teachers, developed by the education licensure programs at UFPA, Guamá campus. These proposals were created in the context of adherence to the educational policies of inclusion and their subsequent legislation, adopted by the Brazilian government. To accomplish this objective, I sought in official documents (looking specifically for theoretical references to inclusion and the formation of teachers) indicators that presented themselves as means to analyze the political educational projects in licensure programs which have been reformulated after, or contemporaneously with, the creation of the DCN for the formation of basic education teachers. The goal was also to discover indicators which could perceive whether or not these licensure programs adhered to the official prescriptions and orientation for dealing with question of diversity. 1) Achieving the requisite amount of topics in formal preparation; 2) the re-defining of pedagogic disciplines and; 3) the inclusion of content or disciplines related to the education of people with special educational needs in the curriculum of licensure programs were the indicators found within the educational policies that could be used as indices in the new proposals for preparing basic education teachers in the licensure programs at UFPA to work in inclusive schools. In the analysis of the projects, I identified that the seven programs studiedGeography, History, Letters, Chemistry, Biology, Math, and Physical Educationmet the first two prescriptions. However, in respect to the inclusion of people with special educational needs (NEE), the paths taken were different. Geography and Physical Education included teaching methods; Letters, Biology and History included some topics; while Math and Chemistry did not meet this requirement. Using these data I sought, using a semi-structured interview, to analyze the arguments made by the programs to justify their decisions. These interviews were conducted only with the Letters, Chemistry, and Physical Education programs. The interviews allowed me to discover that inclusion was not the impetus that oriented the curricular reformation process and, that despite finding methods and topics present in the majority of education programs, they have not redirected the formation process of teachers. The absent presence of inclusion in a large part of education programs at UFPA, demonstrates that the official policy at the university seems to be merely an attempt to meet the basic official requirements set by the Brazilian legislature.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) A inclusão de crianças com necessidades educacionais especiais na educação infantil: uma análise do currículo moldado pelas práticas pedagógicas de professoras da rede municipal de ensino de Belém(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2006-09-26) AMARAL, Míriam Matos; ROCHA, Genylton Odilon Rêgo da; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3735617515418666The research makes an analysis of moulded curriculum by pedagogical practices developed by teachers from Belém-Pará municipal net begining from education inclusion in the pre-school of kids with special education necessities (NEES) proposed in Cabana School pedagogical politic project. So, our issue-questions, to point aiming to investigate as if gave the education inclusion of kids with Special Education Necessities after the introdution of Cabana School Project; wich pedagogical practices were adopted by teachers that attended kids with NEES included in preschools of teach net of Belém municipal district begining of "People's Government" (1997-2004) and yet, wich curriculum was moulded begining of pedagogical practices of teachers after inclusion. We have as objectives of research, to analysis the education inclusion process in net, to identify the pedagogical practices adopted by teachers and analysis the curriculum that were moulded after the inclusion in the Infantile Education of kids with NEES. In the realization of study adopted a qualitative approach, making use of semi structured interviews and document analysis in process of data collect. The results of research reveal that the process of educational inclusion executed in the schools and unitys of Infantile Education of municipal net if gave with big structural difficulty, mainly in the introdution of adaptations in access in the curriculum of Infantile Education. For the teachers, the kids inclusion with NEES was a big challenge in your pedagogical practices. The access in the school knowledge for this kids if gave, so, with the moulded curriculum by practices of teachers thah experienced the education inclusion movement in Cabana School.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) A política de municipalização do ensino fundamental no estado do Pará e suas relações com a reforma do Estado(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2005-06-07) GUTIERRES, Dalva Valente Guimarães; SANTOS, Terezinha Fátima Andrade Monteiro dos; http://lattes.cnpq.br/9502681594591950The study focus the politics of Municipalização of Primary Schools in the state of Pará and their relations with the State Reform starting from an analysis of the proposal of Municipalização of Primary Schools in the state, which is understood as part of the decentralization politics of educational management, which started during the 90s. The main objective of this study was to try to establish possible connections between the politics of Municipalização of schools and the proposal of management project rendered by the State Reform. The methodology used during this study was helped by the documental analysis, the collecting of the theoretical production of this subject, as well as the analysis of the statistical results of basic education offer between 1996 and 2004. The study shows that the politics of decentralization and management modernization defended by the State Reform have guided the politics of decentralization and that of focusing on the financing of education, such as the one created by the Fundo de Manutenção e Desenvolvimento do Ensino Fundamental e Valorização do Magistério FUNDEF, which has influenced the Municipalização of primary schools in Brazil because of its characteristics, specially in the state of Pará. The proposal of Municipalização of the state government has today the participation of 61,1% of the towns and has as its objective to universalize this process through all the one hundred and forty three towns until the year 2007. The concern which makes the state government come up with this politics is based more on the economical-financing scenario, typical of the management proposed by the State Reform, then the improvement of the democratic management of the public politics made possible by the proximity of the local authorities, demands which were required by the social manifestation of the 80s. The participation of the local governments itself, once this participation mainly happened in 97 and 98 (the years when the FUNDEF was implanted in Pará), shows the little time given to planning by these authorities who overloaded themselves with a lot of responsibilities without an accurate assessment of the educational management conditions for the new demands. If, at one side, there is, on the proposal, an extreme concern with the aspects that envolve the rationalization of the resource uses, one of the main aspects of the management, at another side there is a huge fragility not only regarding the social control of these resources shown by the denounces of FUNDEV resources deviation, but also by the non-existence of a Local Education Council in more than 90% of the towns, which makes it difficult the feasibility of a democratic management in these places. The efficiency of the educational management, one of the basic principles of the management and the proposal of Municipalização of the teaching in Pará is, furthermore, compromised by the SEDUC conclusion; that towns, with rare exceptions, act, in general, managing only the present.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) A política de participação na educação de jovens e adultos no município de Belém (1997 - 2004)(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2006-12-27) ARAÚJO, José Carlos Ferreira; HAGE, Salomão Antonio Mufarrej; http://lattes.cnpq.br/1723722364556016This work analyzes the Politics of participation in the Education of Youths and Adults (EJA) in the context of Brazilian capitalist development, focalizing the programs and the experiences implemented in the municipal district of Belém, State of Pará, during the period from 1997 to 2004. In the analysis we will privilege the relationships among the level macro (Calculation Partition and Congress of the City) and the level micron (PROALFA and MOVE) implemented by the City hall of Belém, that are known as patterns of instances characterized by the participation of the population in the discussion and elaboration of politics and development projects and the historical ransom of the experiences and programs executed in that teaching modality. It is still our intention to identify like SEMEC and other municipal organs were restructured, to create and to strengthen responsible sections for that teaching modality. In the investigative process we will use the research, of qualitative character. This way, to trace a panorama concerning the thematic the following procedures we used: bibliographical researches, documental researches. We will be using the conceptual categories of power-participation and of the controlled participation. To level macro, in spite of the progresses observed in the popular participation in Belém, one cannot affirm that the civil society has assumed the control about the municipal planning. It can be inferred that this happened in shared way between the municipal power and the civil society in which the organization and the dynamics of operation of the Calculation Partition and the Congress of the City allowed the decentralization of the decisions on the public politics that they started to happen inside of the Council of the City, maximum organ of decision in the Congress of the City. That was the way found by the Municipal Power of legitimating the participation of the civil society. PROALFA and MOVA were it part of the educational politics of the Government of the People and their political and cultural action is affirmed, getting important the partnership concept and dialogue among being able to public and civil society. The first paper of the Government of the People in relation to PROALFA and MOVA was to be placed as propeller of the creation and of the implement of the Movement, what was constituted as controlled participation, therefore it had origin in the government's concession. Those instances as the Calculation Partition and the Congress of the City and PROALFA and MOVA had their limitations, in the same way that is recognized that they are still very far away from a participation full massive – powerparticipation, because of its complex construction. But it is necessary to recognize that there was advance in the democratization process and decentralization in Belém, existing an enormous progress in the construction of public politics for that teaching modality.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) A reestruturação produtiva e suas repercussões na qualificação e na formação profissional do trabalhador dos supermercados(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2007-09-14) PADILHA, Raimundo Wanderley Corrêa; ARAÚJO, Ronaldo Marcos de Lima; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7901626430586502Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) A temática gênero nas produções provenientes dos grupos de pesquisa da Universidade Federal do Pará(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2007-06-11) MAUÉS, Marilene Silva; CORRÊA, Paulo Sérgio de Almeida; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7102416953096612This paper aimed to carry out a mapping that would show the researchers scientific productions linked to groups of research in the Federal University of Pará (UFPA), it also aims to analyze how the gender theme gained evidence in researches carried out in the academic-scientific scenario of that institution, in the period of 1995-2006. Thus, the following questions had been raised: 1) What have they have been arguing about in the academic field, around the questions of gender? 2) How the scientific production generated in the data basis of research groups registered in the CNPq during the period of 1995-2006 is evidenced? 3) How the production generated by the researchers, in the research group is presented, taking into account the statistical figures in the UFPA campus in Belém? The data had been analyzed considering its quantity and quality by crossing the figures of scientific productivity - available in the site of the National Council of Scientific and Technological Development (http://www.cnpq.br) - with the theoretical references which delimitates the gender theme - Louro (2001) and Rosemberg (2001) -, aspects that allowed to make an x-ray of the production generated in the national scenario for posterior verticalization with the production research of the UFPA. Evidenced that great part of the research around the gender theme has approached allusive questions related to women and that those researches refute the explanations of biological basis in the composition of female and male, as well as they assume that culturally there is a relationship of power between opposite sexes. Moreover, the study showed that in the national panorama the genre found its place in the research group in the Human Sciences area; regarding to female participation in Science it was observed an androcentric parameter in the structure of scientific deeds, this aspect resounds in the quantitative process of academic productions of female authorship, considering that they still need to conciliate the professional career with the requirements of the private world; but, despite the male domain in the scientific productions, the studies on gender have been gaining praise in the research developed by women, not only in the national level but also in the local one. Regarding the figures of the UFPA, the gender have gained a place of prominence in the paraense production and these professionals have performed with care in that field showing a frequent production in a period of 11 years, even so they had to take on an incommensurable addition of work in consequence of the majority to be part of the teaching stuff of Post Graduation Programs in the UFPA. Thus, it is reassured that the research groups of the Institution mentioned here, even though with lesser quantitative expression in relation to the national scenario, they are of great relevance for the spread of the studies on this theme in the North region and for the projection of this university as an institutional place where the research produced guarantees national highlight.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) A valorização do profissional da educação e a carreira docente: a experiência do Governo de Frente Popular em Belém do Pará(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2008-03-28) LUZ, Sílvia Letícia D'Oliveira da; MAUÉS, Olgaíses CabralThe Statute of the Education Profession which rules the career, and therefore the functional life of Education professionals, is the theme of this research intended to analyze policies on teacherscareer as well as their implications in the development of teacherswork, in the municipality of Belém (State of Pará, Brazil), from 1997 through 2004. This time period is relevant to the research for the city of Belém was under the administration of a self-nominated peoples government which will be called Popular Front government for the purposes of this study. The Popular Front government program brought forward the valorization of Education professionals, stressed the guarantees established in the Statute; at the same it time was pressured by those professionals demanding the government to enforce the Statute, specially teacherss rights therein stated. In order to analyze the policies issued by such government within the mentioned timeframe, we should understand, on the one side, the macro context within which the crisis of the capitalist system occurs and shapes reality; the insertion of Brazil in this reality and context; and the counter-reforms carried out in the Brazilian State designed, oriented to help overcome that crisis. On the other side, to understand the conceptual framework, and the role of a Popular Front government; the influence of the counter-reforms upon its policies; its political and economic stands concerning management. In this way, we expected to construe the effects upon teacherswork from the dynamics of those factors, in Belém. Therefore, specific research objectives were defined, namely: (1) to identify the consequences of the systemic crisis of capitalism, and those of the States role upon teacherslabor; (2) to analyze the counter-reforms of the Brazilian State from 1990 on, and its effects upon teacherswork; (3) to identify some characteristics of the Popular Front government, in Belém, as well as its program prospects regarding valorization of Education professionals; (4) to assess both the policies made by such government, and the outcomes of its implementation related to the teacherscareer in Belém. We departed from a historical analysis of the phenomenon under investigation based upon the theoretical support of selected authors, mostly Antunes (1995; 1999; 2004), Brzezinski (2007), Chesnais (1996), Engels (1977), Enguita (1991), Lênin (1986; 1986a), Marx (1980), Maués (2003; 2005; 2006), Moreno (2003; 2003a), Oliveira (2003), among others. Besides, we resorted to a number of legal and governmental documents, as well as to pertinent publications issued by two labor unions, namely the National Confederation of Workers in Education (CNTE) and the Union of Workers in Public Education of [the State of] Pará (SINTEPP), that helped to analyze the chosen categories career, remuneration, teachers education, and working conditions in the schools environment. Data and information were obtained also from empirical research, in order to sense, within a contradictory set of relations, the policies affecting teachers career, the popular front government, and the teachers organized movement. For this purpose some Education professionals were selected for semi-structured interviews, on the grounds of functional as well as political criterea; as for the functional ones, seven professionals were selected, one of them having a coordination position in the Municipal Department of Education; as for the political criteria two Education professionals participated in the research who held leadership positions in the SINTEPP. The literature review, and the methodological procedures mentioned above allowed for the conclusion that the enforcement of the Statute of the Education Profession, specally the teachers rights stated in it, and due, assured by law, would make it possible career development and valorization, mainly with respect to salary, education, and working conditions. The period of time examined was marked by effervescence in both labor and political terms as Education professionals chose to struggle for their rights boldly challenging a progressist government.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) As abordagens da morte no currículo de formação inicial de professores de ensino religioso no Pará(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2014-08-22) SANTOS, Rodrigo Oliveira dos; SEIBT, Cezar Luís; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7464213317216078The present study aims to identify the approach of the death on the beginning of the curriculum formation of the Religious study teacher in Pará, starting from the methodological conceptions qualitative research, of hermeneutic-phenomenological tradition, applying to a philosophical hermeneutic approach of Has George Gadamer (1900-2002), treated on the work Truth and method (2011), to whom the comprehension is a dialog between question and answer, whose aim is to establish a compromise about the subject discussed. Thus, the discussed subject consists of identify these approach and the dialog established in a more specific way with the curriculum of the beginning formation of these teachers. The dialog between the text (curriculum) and reader (researcher) permit, by the language, to identify several prejudices that according to Gadamer are inherited by the tradition. The hermeneutical task, in this aspect, consists in finding the legitimate prejudice being fundamental for comprehension. After saying that, and besides the study done, the resurrection is being kept as a the approach of the death remarkable comparing to the others that still happen, due to the presence of the strong presence of catholic Judeo-Christian tradition on Brazilian society, serving as a basis and maintenance of several legitimate concepts of illegitimate reaching Science of Religion and Religious Study, restricting the importance of other approach as in the beginning studies as in the practice of the curricular compound, implying in the dialogue and in the comprehension itself of the being, that can be understood as language.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) A ação pedagógica de professores ribeirinhos da Amazônia e sua relação com a concepção freireana de educação: um estudo do Projeto Escola Açaí em Igarapé-Miri/PA(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2012-05-31) GERONE JUNIOR, Acyr; HAGE, Salomão Antonio Mufarrej; http://lattes.cnpq.br/1723722364556016The current research investigated the way how river people teachers, who work with the Açaí School Project, in Igarapé-Miri/PA, develop their pedagogical performance, and if these practices are related to Freire’s assumptions of education. The methodological option is based on qualitative research, configured in a case study with questionnaire application, documentation analysis and interviews for data collection with river people teachers. In the study, theoretical productions which focus on pedagogical practices from Paulo Freire’s ideas were used, along with other references that search the Amazon River people context in relation to socio-educational and cultural aspects. The results of this work showed that the pedagogical performance developed by the Açaí School teachers is grounded in Freire’s conceptions, in such a way that these performances are close and adequate to the river people reality, pointing out the knowledge, the culture and the experiences of these populations, restoring and assuring the cultural values of these subjects who live in the Amazon Region. It also proved that the pedagogical performance allow socio-educational inclusion of river people students’ families to take place into several community activity projects, through cultural elements related to Amazon river people context.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Acessibilidade física e inclusão no ensino superior: um estudo de caso na Universidade Federal do Pará(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2014-03-28) LIMEIRA, Carolline Septimio; ROCHA, Genylton Odilon Rêgo da; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3735617515418666This research aims to study the physical accessibility in the Federal University of Pará (UFPA) by the years 2009 until 2013. In these terms, we did a case study to understand the context of that university as representing the access problem in higher education for people with disabilities. The purpose is to provide an analysis of physical accessibility conditions in the UFPA campus, according to the assessment of students with disabilities. Therefore, we looked for identifying how to distinguish a place with physical accessibility, through the view from the UFPA’s students with disabilities, as well as understand the implications in their academic life brought by the current physical accessibility conditions in the UFPA, and check the structural works that must be done to ensure the entry and stay of these students, according to their view. It is a qualitative research. Data was collected using semi-structured interviews with five students with disabilities from that university, a non-directive interview with the architect from the Department of Physical Structure (DIESF) of the UFPA’s prefecture, and documents reports and photos from the structural works already done in the campus. The data analysis was based within the content analysis method. Through the testimonies from the interviewees, we got that physical accessibility is not a universal concept; meanwhile, in a subject-environment comprehension, it is understood as access for all. We realize that accessibility in the campus is an essential step for knowledge sharing between the students. However, facing the physical structure’s barriers found in UFPA, the students suggest the sequel and expansion of the current structural accessibility works that are in course, while fostering researches about physical accessibility in higher education.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) O acesso à educação superior pelas populações do campo, na universidade pública: um estudo do PRONERA, PROCAMPO e PARFOR, na Universidade Federal do Pará(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2013-06-20) BRITO, Márcia Mariana Bittencourt; HAGE, Salomão Antonio Mufarrej; http://lattes.cnpq.br/1723722364556016The present studies have focus in the thematic of the populations of the field accessing at public university, with base in the analysis of PRONERA – which is The National Education Program in the Agrarian Reform, from PROCAMPO - Program of Support to the Superior Formation in Peasant Education Licentiate and PARFOR -National Formation of Teachers from the Basic Education Plan, from Federal University of Pará. The research analyzes the scenery of the Superior Education and the modifications in the access system to the university, it presents a panorama about the initiatives of access of the peasants, analyzing courses, financial resources, statistical data and presenting a cartography of the programs in Brazil and in the State of Pará. In the intention of reaching the general objective, which was to analyze the access forms to peasants to the Superior Education, in the period after Law 9.394/96, we opted for a methodology of dialectic approaching, we analyze social, political, and economic relationships established in the context of people's access to higher education rural. It must be clear that we do not take the dialectical method par excellence, because we believe that there are many elements that it cannot be applied by us in the time that research suggests due to only that perspective would allow us the analysis of the reality in subject, looking for the support in the exploration of bibliographies and in the technique of analyses of documents, for subsequent systematic, organization and analysis of the statistical data and of the collected information along the research. The results of the investigation lead to a new axis of analysis of the Superior Education thematic - the Peasant Superior Education, once the access of the peasants, with differentiated methodologies and ruled in the referential of the Peasant Education, became a reality in Brazil. The research points to the amplification of the access to the public universities, with base in the principle conquered by the fight of the social movements and of the peasant education movement, as well as it was identified other particularities that don't match, at first, with what it would be an educational politics leads to the peasant, as it is the case of PARFOR, that, although it is not created properly to assist the peasant students, it has, in Pará, contemplated a significant portion of students/teachers who work in peasant schools.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Acolhendo corporeidades: o sentido do corpo para crianças de um abrigo institucional do município de Belém(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2011-01-20) AZEVEDO, Ildilene Leal de; MOREIRA, Wagner Wey; http://lattes.cnpq.br/5798244047692726The dissertation deals with the sense of body for children in a shelter. Firstly, we present the conceptual basis of the embodiment focused on existentialism, unveiling its educative dimension. Following, we present the measure of institutional care for children in shelter in a historicized perspective, addressing it as space-timelived care and education. This makes it possible to put in perspective a sheltered child living these dimensions of being-body in a context of institutional care and education, based on different rules and customs from those familiar and today has been characterized now as a flexible model disciplinary. This work is a field research with a qualitative approach, carried out with authorization from the institution and FUNPAPA locus of research. The subjects studied were four male children, aged between eight and eleven, institutionally accepted more than three months. We applied forms to haracterize the subjects and the institution, and to contemplate the phenomenon we used systematic observation, registered in film version in the field diary. Data were analyzed using the method of phenomenological interpretation in a view of the phenomenon, which uses the units of meaning to achieve generalizations about the researched phenomenon. Our results indicated that although the research institution born in the wind of change coming to the ECA, it retains elements of the pedagogy of the old institutions, as though infants have some flexibility to choose "what" "where" and "whom" doing activities in their free time, it does not mean lack of control over their behavior and conduct. The lack of free “how-to-do”, which ultimately affects the other possible choices (body-option). The free time is considered idle and occurs within the institution (body-con). Imagination is the formula found by infants to escape the monotony (body-imagination). The body is experienced as an instrument of power (among the contemporaries and with adults) and also to demarcate property (bodyfield). But it is the link with the other, for it allows seeing and being seen as existence (body-presence), being tried as a way to be with you and the other (bodyidentity). But the infants continuously experience limited body by the collectivity (body-discipline) and in the search for affectionate interactions or before frustrating situations, the body extravasates feelings (body-cuddle). The body-child is objectified by the adult (body-discipline), and that’s why it is devoid of purpose by the last (body-translucent). But it does not mean that the subject is subdued, as if in a veiled way or explicit against this control (body-resistance). The meaning of the education the shelter does not encourage the individuality and autonomy, unable to satisfy affective, emotional and social demands. This pedagogy still separates them in body and mind and also seeks the control of the body to submission of the will. Then the body lived in the refuge is subjectivity arrested in the body-object, but rebelled against this model.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Adaptações curriculares e a inclusão educacional da pessoa em situação de deficiência: um estudo de caso em escolas públicas localizadas no município de Belém/PA(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2016-06-21) PAULA, Hulda Iza Gonçalves de; ROCHA, Genylton Odilon Rêgo da; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3735617515418666This work is part of the theme of Educational Inclusion of the person's disability status. It is case study results conducted in two public schools in the municipality of Belém do Pará in which we analyze how these have promoted large curriculum adaptations to meet the demands of educational inclusion of people in disability situation. We had as objectives in this study to analyze the large curriculum adaptations implementation process promotes educational inclusion, access and permanence of the person in a situation of disability in public schools in the city of Belém / PA and discuss on actions that schools surveyed they have made effective to ensure access to the curriculum and the educational inclusion of these people. We also seek to analyze on how to position the educators working in public schools studied regarding the need to promote curricular adaptations for educational inclusion of people in disability situation. In this study the methodological procedures used during the research were qualitative approach through desk research, observation and semi-structured interviews with teachers, coordinators and managers of the surveyed schools. The collected data were analyzed using content analysis method. As theoretical assumptions we orient ourselves from the social model of disability, also making an analysis of documents from the National Curriculum Standards for the Curricular Adaptations strategies for the education of students with special educational needs. While results of this study we list the schools surveyed have implemented palliative settings within the adequacy of its physical spaces, structural and resources to promote educational inclusion, the adjustments, however, do not meet the demand of the needs of students in a situation of disabilities enrolled in them, especially in the categories spaces, affordable furniture and accessibility features. In this regard, public investment factor emerged as crucial for schools to develop the necessary adjustments to promote access and inclusion of all students. In factor access to the curriculum the curricular adaptation actions carried out in the schools surveyed are focused on evidence adaptations, reviews and content directed to students in deficiency situation, measures, however, that are not shielded and not provided for in the pedagogical proposal of both schools which does not guarantee its implementation and does not define how to give them the process. Educators of the schools surveyed consider that the curricular adaptation actions are associated with the process of teaching and learning, therefore, it is the responsibility of teachers to implement them. Large curricular adaptations constitute as adopted measures to enable the educational inclusion in the surveyed schools, although whatsoever in these schools differently Brazilian official view.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Adoecimento de docentes na educação básica: uma revisão sistemática da literatura(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2018-01-31) COUTO, Andrea Lobato; RAMOS, Maely Ferreira Holanda; http://lattes.cnpq.br/8174411008021957The illness on Basic Education teachers has been object of researches in the academy, and a survey of the main national and foreign researches on the subject is essential to obtain an overview of what has been investigated. This study aims to build a panorama of national and international research published between 2006 and 2017 on the subject of sickness in elementary education. It uses the Systematic Review of Literature (SRL) technique, of exploratory and descriptive character, with searches at SciELO, Eric, Lilacs and CAPES databases. The following inclusion criteria were considered: only articles; of the last 11 years; only full texts; only free; only peer reviewed; that deal with Basic Education teachers; that have the main descriptors in the title or keywords. The Content Analysis technique was done using NodeXL software. After the initial search, the criteria were applied, obtaining 45 articles. The results showed a higher frequency (35 = 77.8%) of studies investigating working conditions, health and suffering, as well as coping strategies, revealing that research has been directed in the search for the relation between work and illness of the teacher. A total of 3 (6.6%) articles used the Cognitive Social Theory to investigate related concepts. The technique of graph analysis and semantic networks allowed us to verify the connections between the most important variables present in the articles, such as Teachers Illness and Teachers Health, which reached a greater degree of centrality in the presented graphs, denoting their importance in the discussions that are being undertaken on the subject under investigation. Other revisions may be undertaken to assist in the search for studies that contribute to the research on teacher malaise. Despite the findings of this review, it is understood that other investigations may contribute with new data to corroborate or deny the relation between work and illness in teachers. Emphasis should be placed on the low frequency of studies from the perspective of Cognitive Social Theory.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) O adoecimento dos trabalhadores docentes na rede pública de ensino de Belém-Pará(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2014-06-16) REIS, Maria Izabel Alves dos; MAUÉS, Olgaíses Cabral; http://lattes.cnpq.br/0118802077232494This thesis investigates the illness of teachers working in elementary education from Public Education Network in Belém - RME in Pará State, from the educational reforms implemented in the period 2005-2012. The survey was conducted in two stages: the first stage was the realization of literature to better understand the topic. To understand the concept of Work, World of Work, Work, Work and Education Market studies were performed in authors such as Marx (2006), Alves (2010); Antunes (2006), Frigotto (2003), who bring a deep understanding of the subject matter, why are references for analysis in historical-dialectical perspective. On Educational Policy and Teacher Labor, has been taken based on studies of Oliveira (2003); Maués (2006); Shiroma et al. (2007) and others. The authors used to discuss health and illness in general and school were: Bravo (2010, 2011), Codo (2006, 2010), Was (1999), Benevides-Pereira (2006), Minayo (1998) and others. The second stage of construction of this thesis was to field research that served to supplement and clarify questions and doubts about the object of study, structured and semi-structured interview questionnaire being used and the third stage is configured in the definition of categories, from research field. This phase has been characterized by decomposing texts into units, reclassifying them for reunification and was performed in three steps: a preliminary analysis, which consisted of the organization of the material, the exploratory analysis, consisting of coding and classification, and finally the treatment of the results and interpretation, which focused on tabulation and application of descriptive and analytical techniques of data. The survey results indicated that the causes of illnesses in RME are related to: a) working conditions in its broad sense, indicating the existence of processes of intensification and casualization of teaching; b) policies for continuing education requirements with steep grades rating in the Index of Basic Education Development - IDEB; c) the existence of teacher malaise, corroborating the wear and low job satisfaction.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Adolescentes em conflito com a lei: memórias e trajetórias de vivências na escola(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2010-09-03) MONTEIRO, Regina Fernandes; ALVES, Laura Maria Silva Araújo; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6009592378453661This study aims to uncover the memory of school adolescents in conflict with the law and measures that meet the Foundation for Children and Adolescents of Pará in Internment Unit Socio-Val-de-Dogs. The intention is to trace through the discursive statements of these subjects, their inroads into the educational environment and thereby identify what made them leave school early and / or submit their curricula in a high rate of repetition. The questions guiding this study are: What factors contributed to these teens leave the educational environment so early? To what extent the school and social exclusion were factors relevant to the involvement of adolescents with violence and crime? How committed to the training of school adolescents in conflict with the law, taking into account the school's role in the formation of the subject? Using the guiding questions that the study is to identify network Meanings are involved in these questions. The sample included the participation of 18 adolescents aged 12-17 years old in high school first grade of primary education up to 8th grade of elementary school, born in Para State, fulfilling socio-educational measures for the infraction that will damage to public property (Art. 163) the robbery followed by death (Art.121 / c Art. 14). The corpus of research has been analyzed by the following issues-issues: School, Family, Violence and Crime, Interpersonal Relations and Future Prospects. The theoretical basis for data analysis follows the design of Bakhtin on the network of meanings and authors that discuss aspects related to the themes. Used for such authors as ROSSETTI and Ferreira (2004); ARROYO (1997); BOSSA (2002); CORDIO (1996) and Vygotsky (2000); PINTO (2002), among others. In this perspective, the goal was to find correspondence with the principles and criteria that could contribute to the foundation of this analysis, promoting interaction between different forms of knowledge production, especially from the data presented to the process of schooling of these subjects, once that contributed to failures, school failures, gaps, and often for truancy.
