Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Uma abordagem heurística para os problemas de horários educacionais(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2020-12-15) REIS, Williams Sousa dos; QUARESMA, João Nazareno Nonato; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7826389991864785With each new school term, educational institutions have the hard work of allocating their class schedules, the problem implies in allocating time intervals and resources to activities, in such a way that they satisfy the restrictions imposed in the best possible way. This is a problem considered difficult to solve from the point of view of computational complexity theory. With this in mind, this work aims to develop a tool that can automate the time allocation process carried out by the Institute of Biodiversity and Forests (IBEF) at the Federal University of Western Pará (UFOPA), presenting a proposal based on the meta-heuristic known as genetic algorithm (AG). This proposal is submitted to several experiments with real data from that institution and the results are fully satisfactory, evidenced by overcoming the restrictions imposed by the problem in an acceptable computational time, bringing some advantages with the automation of the process, such as: reduction in time development of time allocation; and better reallocation and use of physical and human resources.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Adaptação da metodologia da integração contínua na estratégia de desenvolvimento de produtos de software em empresas de economia mista de tecnologia – estudo de caso(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2021-09-22) SOUZA, Renato Borges de; NASCIMENTO, Manoel Henrique Reis; http://lattes.cnpq.br/0850846128967798The continuous integration methodology is a broad field that deals with the availability and publication of system codes, which aims to help associations to accelerate their development and delivery of software resources, without compromising quality. A case study was proposed to illustrate an execution of this process. Where, first, the mapping and analysis of the system development process and current portfolio management in the company was carried out, identifying its problems, and then a future process design was proposed, promoting the integration between the parts. This process will help the company to deliver products that fit the organizational strategy.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Adequação de máquinas injetoras horizontais às normas regulamentadoras NR 17 e NR 35: estudo de caso(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2021-06-11) OLIVEIRA, Rick Rocha de; LEITE, Jandecy Cabral; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7279183940171317Safety risks with plastic injection machines represent a serious problem in the plastic production chain. Even with the implementation of NBR 13536/16 to establish the minimum safety requirements for injection machines and its subsequent inclusion in the NR 12 regulatory standard, there are risks related to work at heights and ergonomics that are not properly specified, especially during activities of maintenance of the feed hopper or resin change-over. To mitigate such risks, the present work developed two prototypes of safety adequacy of injection machines to NR 17 and NR 35 standards, based on their size and clamping force, the first being a prototype of access ladder and metallic support of the feed hopper and the second a prototype of platform on top of the injection molding machine. After the implementation of the prototypes, productivity improvements were observed, such as a decrease of approximately 45% in the duration of hopper maintenance time and a 33% reduction in the duration of time for resin change-over, in addition to meeting the safety and ergonomics requirements of the NR 17 and NR 35 standards. Through a satisfaction survey, the changes enabled by the prototypes were evaluated as extremely positive by 80% of the technical staff involved.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Alocação de religadores automáticos em uma subestação de energia elétrica(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2021-09-17) NASCIMENTO, Osório Ferreira do; VIEGAS, Bruno Marques; http://lattes.cnpq.br/1196600058247902This work aims to reduce the number of damaged reclosers and evaluate the electric power distribution process in a 69 kV substation in the city of Manaus. The technique used in this project was the artificial neural network (ANN) technique, which made it possible to construct the model well with the validation of the results obtained from comparisons of the reference results via computer simulation with results obtained through the neural model. Therefore, the dissertation presented and applied in practice with case studies of the actions for analysis of harmonic impacts in electrical energy distribution systems through the construction of mathematical models using the neural network, obtaining good results, thus validating the applied technique.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Análise do processo de conformidade das normas regulamentadoras em uma empresa de telecomunicações em Manaus(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2021-07-16) OLIVEIRA, Marcos Daniel Santos de; MAGNO, Rui Nelson Otoni; http://lattes.cnpq.br/9017163598972975With the globalization of markets, there has been a considerable increase in global competitiveness, which imposes on organizations the continuous search for new management tools, such as in the area of occupational health and safety. Regulatory Standards (NRs) can be defined as the set of technical provisions and procedures related to worker health and safety (OSH) in a given activity or function. These NRs, being well analyzed and used, allow companies to offer safe and healthy working environments and conditions to their employees. Based on the scientific point of view, it is necessary for companies to carry out an adequate study to assess how compliance with the NR`s is, because from them it is possible to adapt the organization to labor legislation. Therefore, the motivation for preparing this dissertation is explained due to the need to understand more about the NRs related to Safety and Health at Work (OSH) in a company in the telecommunications sector that is standardization. Due to this need, the objective of this paper is to analyze the compliance with regulatory standards related to Safety and Health at Work in a company in the telecommunications sector, in order to avoid possible fines by the Ministry of Labor. The research was classified as exploratory and a case study. The data sources needed to carry out the study were: field research, bibliography, and direct observational analysis. By carrying out the checklist of telecommunications company X, it was possible to identify and analyze the critical points found in the audit through the Pareto Diagram quality tool, in which the main irregularities and potential fines that the company can pay for non-compliance were verified. of NRs. The irregularities evidenced the existence of several non-compliances in the company, through the infractions stipulated in NR-28, the potential risk of a fine was calculated at R$816,338.66, converting this result into a Pareto chart, within the four infractions, it appears that only infraction 3 is responsible for most of the items in non-compliance, which represents a potential risk of a fine of R$ 464,466.94. Based on percentage calculations, it is pointed out that infraction 3 represents 57.90% of the total that the company can pay for non-compliance. In other words, the violation of this infraction should be the priority because it represents the greatest potential risk of a fine for telecommunications company X. Considering the need to mitigate the non-compliant items of the 21 NRs applicable to telecommunications companies, actions to be taken were proposed, which was presented by the SW2H tool, for the standards (NR-7, NR-9, NR-10, NR-15, NR-17, NR-33, NR-35) that most influence the results of the aforementioned company. Therefore, with the analysis of the NRs in telecommunications company X, proposed solutions were carried out through an action plan, presented in full in Appendix B, to regularize and adjust the NRs that are shown in the result of this work.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Análise dos impactos financeiros dos serviços de impressão por outsourcing em compras governamentais(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2022-06-24) XAVIER, Sandra Maria Lima; VIEGAS, Bruno Marques; http://lattes.cnpq.br/1196600058247902This work aims to evaluate the financial impacts in the provision of printing service comparing the traditional methods, managed by the institution itself, and by outsourcing of printing. The print outsourcing service model has replaced the traditional model with own resources in many public and private agencies. For this study, data from a project for the acquisition of outsourcing services were used to replace the services provided by the government institution itself, so that it was possible to make a comparison between the two models: the traditional one, with the entity's own resources, and the print outsourcing. Comparisons were made through the economic analysis of the costs presented by the bidding companies, as well as the costs of the public institution. Tools were used to analyze the cost/volume/profit from the contribution margin, break-even point and operating leverage, which led to a single decision-making model, the contribution margin. After analyzing the documents related to the costs of printing services by the traditional method and by outsourcing, this study found that the outsourcing of printing is a more economical service than the traditional model, as it ensures an advantage of 130% in relation to the offer.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Análise estrutural de concretos produzidos com resíduos de beneficiamento de placas de mármore e granito(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2019-05-06) BANDEIRA, Sandy Rebelo; MAGALHÃES, Edilson Marques; http://lattes.cnpq.br/1570353513360972The present work shows the feasibility of the use of cutting residues of marble and granite slabs in concrete production. The research was carried out in a series of stages, which comprised the collection of waste in the beneficiary companies, through the process of crushing, sieving of waste and production and breaking of specimens. The chemical analysis performed by x-ray fluorescence shows that the material meets the requirements of NBR 12653: 2015 for the concentration of aluminum, silicon and iron oxides, qualifying it as pozzolanic material. The results of axial compression showed that the mixtures produced with the substitution of aggregates meet the minimum requirements of NBR 6118: 2014 for application in structural elements subjected to moderate environmental aggression, class II. The traces were dosed following the instructions of the IPT / USP dosing method. 195 samples were produced, which were ruptured at 3, 7 and 28 days. Concrete was expected to reach at least 30 MPa at 28 days. The traces produced with the substitution of the aggregates presented smaller values than the reference trait. Regarding the absorption, it was observed that the traces with substitution of aggregates presented a slight increase in water consumption, which may explain the reduction in the indices of compressive strength.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Aplicabilidade da ferramenta PDCA no transporte logístico fluvial de hortifruti tomate(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2021-04-26) PEREIRA, Fabrício Souza; MAGALHÃES, Edilson Marques; http://lattes.cnpq.br/1570353513360972This work aims to apply the PDCA tool in the logistic process and storage of tomato hortifrúti, to investigate the main causes that affect the quality of the hortifrúti. The search for its correct disposal and sustainability has become an important aspect adopted not only by the private sector, but also by the public. Thus, this study sought to propose the application of Reverse Logistics in the final destination of computer equipment, after the process of disposing of assets at IFAM / CMDI. This research is of a qualitative nature and was used to recognize opinions about this theme, as it gives the respondent freedom to respond and give their own opinion. After analyzing the processes, it was noticed that, when the electronic materials are exchanged, the old ones are placed in a room, with the objective of analyzing which ones can be recovered by the computer team, and then a percentage of 20% a 25% is sent to Campi inland, and the rest is sent to a container and remains there until the entire process of disposing of goods is carried out. Thus, even with the evolution in the use of reverse logistics and consequently in the adaptation of Law No. 12,305 (PNRS), it is concluded that such growth is still not enough in view of the constant evolution of consumption and generation of waste by the Brazilian population.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Aplicação da análise de viabilidade econômica e financeira para venda de casas em um condomínio residencial no interior do Amazonas(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2021-08-18) SILVA, Aline Souza da; BATISTA, Clauderino da Silva; http://lattes.cnpq.br/1345689043203622Civil Construction was one of the sectors that had the greatest negative impact since the last economic crisis in 2014, in which it closed more than 100 thousand jobs, and consequently, the situation was much more alarming, as there was a worsening in the following three years; however, there was a slight hike in 2018, with the help of the reduction in the Selic rate, in which people withdrew their money from investments that did not have as much income and invested in residential or commercial properties. In this way, new investments will be made possible, be they commercial or residential projects, creation of construction sites, hiring of personnel, machinery and material.
