Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Análise de documentos que compõem as noções acerca das práticas de "exploração de trabalhadores rurais": um estudo genealógico(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2011) GOMES, Geise do Socorro Lima; LEMOS, Flávia Cristina Silveira; http://lattes.cnpq.br/8132595498104759This paper presents a foucauldian genealogical analysis concerned discursive practices of power directed at workers, especially in rural areas, which constitute the object of "slave labor". We started from the different nomenclatures that are used to describe the practices of exploitation of workers in Brazil, to give visibility to the different fields struggle which materialize in objectification and subsequent subjectivity of these workers. We hypothesized that there is in this power-knowledge game disputes involving government control practices and biopolitical mechanisms operated by various segments that are called upon to arbitrate about people lives through the scope of work. Each nomenclature, thus, would occupy a strategic position in order to "defend", "represent" the field of knowledge which speaks about. These disputes culminate in the production of documents, some of whom were chosen to be analyzed in this work dissertational. These are documents of national and international level, so that these practices were problematized in two levels, as they realize they both interpolate and sometimes they are rivaled each other in creating strategies and tactics conducted for the care and management of workers. Thus, it was found, throughout cut series of documents over, that grows a demand for application of punishment of those found guilty of carrying out exploitative practices, and among others approached series, there is an extension of a tutelary complex, which begins to be encouraged to control and surveillance of workers, encouraged by international organizations like the International Labour Organization, and other movements and civil society groups, which help in producing public politics that often end up functioning as a form of control risks that possibly these workers are subordinate, using statistics to justify their interventions. Take notice, therefore, that a paradox of biopower pass over these practices, placing them in a field of management and control of life, where we ask ourselves: indeed are the human rights and dignity of these people taken into account or only occupy a place within the field of possible events to be controlled by practices of governmentality? We conclude by trying to articulate these issues to the production of names used to describe the practices of exploitation of workers by placing them in government strategies of the population.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Análise dos documentos utilizados na descredencialização das famílias de crianças em acolhimento institucional(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2012-03-14) NOBRE, Áurea Gianna de Sousa Azevedo; PEDROSO, Janari da Silva; http://lattes.cnpq.br/4096274367867186The present research aimed to examine ways in which families of children in shelters were evaluated for addition to the shelter as protective measure, it is also necessary to make the process of removal of family power, from the contents found in the documents (medical records) produced on children and their families. This discourse echoes between the systems of protection and child care, justifying the sheltering and removal of family power, which is frequently regarded as “family dysfunction” is nothing more than poverty. In this sense, the present work problematized the decredentialization of the families, who in turn, resulted in divesting of family power, since Brazilian legislation itself recognizes the family as the ideal place for the development of the child. For this work development, the research was classified, by its nature, as qualitative. Data were analyzed through content analysis of Bardian (1979), understood as a set of search technique whose goal is the search for meaning or meanings of a document. The method of content analysis is guided by two boundaries: on one side of the border, linguistic and traditional territory, and in the other, interpretation of the meaning of words (hermeneutics). It is on the border of hermeneutics that the data in this study were analyzed. As a result, it was established from the discourse of protecting children at social risk, that the practice of institutionalization and removal of family power sometimes is based on evaluation of absences that surround the family.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Avaliação do desenvolvimento de crianças em acolhimento institucional(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2012-10-10) DIAS, Greicyani Brarymi; PEDROSO, Janari da Silva; http://lattes.cnpq.br/4096274367867186This study discusses the development of children in child care institution (shelter) through the use of evaluative scales. It is noteworthy to understand the child development, with a focus on aspects related to communication, fine and gross motor skills, problem solving and personalsocial behavior. The participants of the study were six children aged in the ranges of 4, 6, 7,8 and 9 months. For this, we used data collected from the assessment of children from two different scales: Ages and Stages Questionnaires third edition (ASQ-3) and Bayley Scales of Infant Development second edition. The children selected for the study were also observed through a Systematic Observation Guide, previously inspired structured into three scales of development for children aged 1 to 12 months. Data relating to the history of all the children involved in the study were also considered and obtained through informal reports of staff of the host institution and through documents (records) along the way. The evaluation showed that five of the six children assessed by the ASQ-3, their results were ratified by the Bayley II scale and of these, four are at risk for development and would require further evaluation, particularly in the areas of motor coordination and resolution of broad problem. The results of this study and contribute to understanding the development of children in these institutions, mainly in order to prevent damage from the lack of early attention, demonstrate further that the educators present at these sites may be able to predict changes in course of development of the children under their responsibility. Finally, it is proposed that future studies can recognize the importance of educators in this process.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Avaliação e intervenção de bebês em instituição de acolhimento infantil(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2013-01-18) LOPES, Andreza Mourão; PEDROSO, Janari da Silva; http://lattes.cnpq.br/4096274367867186This study addresses the assessment and intervention with infants in a child care institution in the city of Bethlehem Pa, through the application of Scale Development Child Behavior - EDCC and a program of activities prepared by the researcher for the early stimulation / essential motor skills, cognitive, and affective language. Data relating to the history of all the children involved in the study were also considered and obtained through informal reports of staff of the host institution and through documents (records) along the way. The study included four babies aged six to eleven months, who had no neurological dysfunction and the increased length of stay in the institution. The methodological approach was qualitative, with characteristic descriptive and interventional research. The evaluation with the use of CBDS in the pre-intervention showed that all babies survey participants had to score "4" for the rating "good" range, and initially had difficulties in performing behaviors that involve language and interaction social. At reassessment, most babies participants kept score "4" with only one progressing to "5" (excellent), as had significant improvement in behaviors that required interaction with another person. Just as through stimulation program, children have evolved in the acquisition of motor skills and social-emotional. The babies began to demonstrate behaviors such as eye contact, smiles, face recognition of adult vocalizations, among others. This showed that the host environment can be a protective factor for children who find themselves in vulnerable situations. Finally, it is proposed that future studies can recognize the importance of assessing child development in institutional contexts and proposals of stimulation that can be incorporated into the daily lives of these environments.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Cartografias do Diário do Pará: um estudo genealógico do acontecimento homicídio contra jovens em um caderno policial(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2012) FRANCO, Ana Carolina Farias; OLIVEIRA, Paulo de Tarso Ribeiro de; http://lattes.cnpq.br/9266787581530443; LEMOS, Flávia Cristina Silveira; http://lattes.cnpq.br/8132595498104759This thesis aims to analyze how to approach of murder of young in the police part of the Diário do Pará, newspaper of great circulation in the state. The Diário do Pará as a vehicle of mass communication, produces knowledge, circulates certain values, establishing regimes of truth and forging subjectivities, which are consistent with the project's political and economic (neo) liberalism. Thus, we undertook a brief analysis mapping of contemporary political and economic forces that govern the plots juveniles and other population segments that, in our analysis, underlying the rationales of the Journal of Pará in the production of news about the juvenil homicide. With the arquegenealógico method, give visibility to the network listed and non-discursive practices of newspaper, who design the place of youth, especially the poor and non-educated, to the territories of violence and criminality. Notice that in newspaper articles analyzed the death of young is produced as an occurrence at the same time impressive, because of the sensasionalist resources used in the construction of news, and justified by being inteded as a result of an juvenile trajectory who insisted on diverting the model of the good citizen (sweet and productive), to embark on the path of crime and vice. We also conclude that the practices of this paper connect to security-obsessed who have invested the whole social body and has organized from the demand for law and order.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Crise do masculino e ascenção de discursos autoritários: possíveis afinidades entre o ideal viril e a personalidade autoritária(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2024-09-13) SATO, Yukimi Mori Mesquita; CORRÊA, Hevellyn Ciely da Silva; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7758199768776827; SOUZA, Mauricio Rodrigues de; http://lattes.cnpq.br/4730551301673902; https://orcid.org/0000-0002-6290-000XIn an attempt to define masculinity, we are generally faced with an inflexible set of attributes necessary for the identification of the subject as a man and which, at least apparently, would confirm a certain universality, being supported especially in the opposition and distancing of identifiers considered feminine. Considering that the characteristics from which men seek to distance themselves are not exclusive to feminine subjectivity, but comprise part of the human experience, the attempt by men to suppress certain emotions may be at the origin of a malaise resulting from this internal conflict which, when projected outwards, has violence as one of its possible expressions. At this point, we evidence the existence of a link between characteristics attributed to the masculine and the ideal constantly reenacted by authoritarian subjects. Thus, we seek to question masculinity sustained by the exercise of virility and established as an invariable standard and, with this, we aim to understand: how does the construction of male subjectivity based on specific ideals such as virility, strength and rationality relate to the growing naturalization of authoritarian manifestations directed at external groups – or out-groups? Does the exercise of a masculinity supported by virile ideals necessarily culminate in an authoritarian character? How may the social changes related to gender that have occurred in recent decades have impacted the male position in society and its attempt to guarantee the security of identity by returning to a virility that remains through time? In view of the aforementioned questions, we undertook a theoretical and bibliographical research, approaching the theories of Sigmund Freud, Jacques Lacan and Theodor Adorno, from which it was possible to infer that both the attempts to homogenize masculinity and the authoritarian massification objectives follow the same unconscious trajectories: they start from the presumption of the possibility of achieving total enjoyment, an imaginary completeness, even if it has to be conquered and maintained by force. It is in this direction that the governing ideals of both spheres are supported by the emphasis on the semblance, on the ritualistic character, since the symbolic would constitute the only sphere capable of sustaining an appearance of completeness. In this way, the search for hegemony, an unquestionable totality, results from the predominance of the phallic signifier as the organizer of social ties, resulting in the categorization and hierarchization of subjects taken as objects of satisfaction of some others who are allocated in positions of dominance.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Cultura de paz e UNESCO: uma analítica documental da gestão de corpos no Brasil(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2012-10-02) CRUZ, Franco Farias da; CHAVES, Ernani Pinheiro; http://lattes.cnpq.br/5741253213910825; LEMOS, Flávia Cristina Silveira; http://lattes.cnpq.br/8132595498104759This study aimed to perform an analyses of the power in the document "Declaration and Program of Action on a Culture of Peace", which was legitimized in 1999 by a United Nations General Assembly, establishing it self as the priority directive of the practices in the agency UNESCO (United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization). It will be use as tools of analysis, methodological guides linked to many operators taked from the referential theoretical and methodological produced by Michel Foucault, walking in the direction of to think, to question and to produce knowledge based in this movement for dismantling monumental documents, having as primary axis the concept of “culture of peace”, this that possess its existence tied to the history of the United Nations and its agencies, and was produced and systematize from a group of beliefs, practices and associations, that allowed visibility and power, popularizing it and making it one of the most significant productions of our time. Going diagonal, necessarily, through the themes: UNESCO, Governmentality e Production of Subjectivity.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Demandas quando da perda de um ente querido: uma compreensão sobre o pedido de ajuda e o processo de luto(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2009-06-22) MOURA, Danielle do Socorro Castro; SOUZA, Airle Miranda de; http://lattes.cnpq.br/5311796283730540Mourning can be understood as an expected process of adaptation when a significant loss occurs. It consists of an unavoidable and continuous experience, taking into account the diversity of events which impose a cycle of rupture and reconstruction along the existence. However, the mourning of a beloved one has been considered a potential agent to weaken health conditions and quality of life. Due to the importance of the theme, this research aims to understand the demands of individuals who experienced this kind of loss, considering specifically the “request of help” moment. The study, considering a qualitative investigation regarding the method of content analysis, was developed at a public hospital in the city of Belém, State of Pará, at the Psycological Emergence Service. Collaborators were five women who looked for the psychological service from May to August 2008. Collected data was based on interviews structured according to three basic questions: What has leaded you to look for this service? What were you looking for in this psychological support? How was your experience in this psychological atendment? Four categories were also highlighted: 1) Who has arrived? Socioeconomic profile of collaborators; 2) About the dead person and the mourning process; 3) The “request of help” act; 4) The experience of psychological service. Findings have suggested that the initial demand for the service can concentrate “requests of help” and permeate the collaborators personal movement to the attention and care related to their suffering due to the mourning, once it has corresponded to request of shelter; the death certification; the acceptance of the event and the reduction of the sense of responsibility or guilty feeling, within others. It was also highlighted the importance of offering psyciological support to the ones who are experiencing mourning process as a possibility for help in the sense of crying and expressing pain, death fear, as a possible way to face the loss of a beloved one.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Discurso moderno e psiquiatria reformada: considerações sobre um Centro de Atenção Psicossocial (CAPS)(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2011) QUEBRA, Sâmea Carolina Ferreira; CHAVES, Ernani Pinheiro; http://lattes.cnpq.br/5741253213910825This dissertation aims to discuss the relation between the new madness care and intervention service which is the Center for Psychosocial Care (CAPS), and the psychiatric view that was built throughout the XIX century. The CAPS that is supported by the precepts of the Brazilian Psychiatric Reform, purpose to combat the asylum assistance for madness model that last long over the centuries, especially supported by the modern period through the psychiatric discourse that look the madness as the object of its knowledge, transforming it into mental illness. The method of research was participant observation which passed through the direct presence oh the researcher on the study field, describing the elements that define the research object, such as: therapeutic workshops, group and family psychology, hospitality, collective or individual meetings and other activities which are part of the investigated service. It begins with a description of the object CAPS II: Santa Izabel, since its inception in Santa Izabel of Pará, in 2001 to its current settings. Then, the underlying precepts of the Psychiatric Reform ideologically governing this service, placing historical references leading to this reform movement, from Foucault‟s theoretical contributions on the transformation of psychiatric power and madness in disease, as well as other authors who seized of this issue within the Europe, Brazil and Pará were referenced. Psychoanalysis is taken in this dissertation as an opportunity to bet on a possible subject tha can succeed and exist, highlighting the Freud and Lacan‟s contributions about psychoanalytic theory of psychosis. Ends with data collected analysis, joined with bibliographic references, demonstrating that despite the CAPS propose a break with the asylum model established by psychiatric knowledge throughout that century, several actions that are supported on that objective update asylum practices that instead of giving a new place to madness, reissuing the imposed confinement on individuals who experienced this subjective experience. It concludes that the CAPS needs to make problematic and relative the regulated requirements by the Reformation and its law, to guarantee against the medicalization knowledge that is as present as before, and then get reinvent practices, concepts and ways of madness.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Estudo psicanalítico sobre a feminização da epidemia do HIV/AIDS com usuários do Hospital Universitário João de Barros Barreto(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2008-09-12) LEBREGO, Arina Marques; MOREIRA, Ana Cleide Guedes; http://lattes.cnpq.br/9245673017553186This study aimed to investigate the processes of subjectivation of women having no steady partners and their exposition to HIV/AIDS in order to identify overdetermination factors of vulnerability. As method, we used a case study, aiming at a in-depth analysis which allowed the identification of a greater number of subjective determinants related to the problem considered. The study presents fragments of clinical cases of women living with AIDS, hospitalized in the wards of the João de Barros Barreto University Hospital (HUJBB) in the State of Pará, Brazil. Based on the analysis of transference and countertransference, we showed as results what each case, in its singularity, reveals from the therapeutic encounter. In clinical case I, we found that the patient, whom we called Dinah, had a female masochistic mode of psychopathological subjectivation, what caused her to show some satisfaction when exposed to suffering, and to position herself as a victim in her emotional and sexual relationships. Those relationships were overdetermined by a imaginary identification with cultural ideals about the woman human being, conceiving images of men and women, and therefore of herself and her partners, as antithetical pairs of strength/weakness, active/passive, power/submission. This ideal of composite person of a virgin woman and a man only, caused Dinah to deny her fears of contamination, and to passively accept unprotected sexual relations, leaving the sexual initiative to her partner, and, thereby, becoming vulnerable to HIV infection. In clinical case II, Alice, which has a melancholic, self-destructive mode of subjectivation, positioned herself in her emotional and sexual relationships by incessantly searching for her self-destruction through an unconscious vulnerability to HIV. Having contracted AIDS and infected her husband and other partners, even after knowing her diagnosis, Alice remained trapped in a deadly silence, and prevented herd]self from taking care of her health and seeking continuous medical care, making herself vulnerable to re-infection. In clinical Case III, Ana Laura, is a woman who has gone through violence several times since childhood, for instance, she underwent child sexual abuse, was exploited as a domestic worker, was abandoned by her parents. After having her first baby, the child was taken from her without her consent by a maternal aunt who gave her to others. Ana Laura used that as a reason to prostitute herself on quay of Belém Port, where she worked until she was hospitalized. That was where negotiation for more expensive unprotected sex was a common practice, and so Ana Laura negotiated her life, selling unprotected sex and ended up getting infected by HIV. The helplessness and the violence that this patient went through are therefore the overdetermination factors of her vulnerability to HIV infection. As conclusions, we highlight that the women looked after without steady partners, did not care to protect themselves, and are not in accordance with the studies showing that those women negotiate the use of condom more freely and are less vulnerable to HIV. This demonstrates the importance of studies addressing the psychic, social, political and cultural aspects, so as to reveal the modes of production of subjectivity of the subjects in their singularity, beyond data measurement, in order to establish strategies for more effective health prevention.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Eu não sou agente, eu sou polícia: representação social do policial penal(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2024-01-19) BARROS, Andressa Regina Sandres Guimarães de; MOREIRA, Hélio Luiz Fonseca; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3977870273059388This dissertation aims to analyze the social representations of criminal police officers who work in one of the prison units of the Santa Izabel do Pará Penitentiary Complex, located in the Metropolitan Region of Belém. Based on the Theory of Social Representations - SRT -, it is based on questions about the representations of the identity and work of criminal police officers after Constitutional Amendment No. 104, of 12/04/2019 (EC Nº 104/2019). In the research, a qualitative approach was carried out, with a literature review and the application of semi-structured interviews in loco. After EC Nº 104/2019, the legal changes have repercussions on several factors, such as the identity of the criminal police officer, generating paradoxical sensations, such as empowerment due to the use of firearms and, at the same time, the feeling of insecurity outside the prison context. In addition, they reflect on the relationship with work by maintaining perceptions related to prison officers, such as exhausting and tiring work. Thus, it is concluded that the meanings constructed on identity are different, although the meaning of the work is the same.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Interrogando práticas do UNICEF para os adolescentes no Brasil(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2011-06-17) SILVA, Ana Lúcia Santos da; LEMOS, Flávia Cristina Silveira; http://lattes.cnpq.br/8132595498104759This assignment intended to investigate and to interrogate the speech practice of UNICEF directed to the Brazilian “adolescents”. The foucaultian theory appeared in the historic genealogical method to question the “Brazilian Adolescent Situation” report (2002), which is a privileged source of this research. Thus, the questions that moved this study were: which UNICEF practices took place over the adolescent bodies, at begins of XXI century? Which subjectivities these practices produce? How do them objective the adolescence? Which power relations set before these bodies? What are the effects they do? The history of the false and the truth was not the aim of these problematic issues, once it does not have political matters, but to put in doubt the production of the truth system in respect to these subjects and its effects nowadays. So, to mark the singularity of the events that forged this object as an issue to human science, as a question to the UNICEF and to the System for Safeguarding Human Rights. This way, the aim of this study was the analysis of speech practices of power and subjectiveness that object and subject the Brazilian adolescence. With this device, we demounted the document, chopped the series, disarticulated the continuities, rewrote and reinvented the adolescence object, lifting up the certainty and the truth that crossed them and that intended to constitute them as an natural object, immerse on solidness and homogenizations. As results we have identified dichotomies in the document, for instance, such as potentiality/risk and positive/negative phases that tried to neutralize the subject as something took a priori. A subject that has an essence and he was objectified and a subjectified by straight perspective of the human development, for instance, adaptation/unadaptation, normal/abnormal, maturity/immaturity and a straight sequence of phases that also responds to economical-developmental neoliberal conceptions concerned with the cost-benefit equation. We tried with an aware look to the power nonentity to destroy certain and evidences, attempting not only to intentionality of the power games but also to the struggle chances.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) “João e Maria”: uma observação psicanalítica sobre a experiência de crianças em situação de abrigamento(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2009-08-28) BARROS, Ana Cláudia Borba Gonçalves; PEDROSO, Janari da Silva; http://lattes.cnpq.br/4096274367867186This research aims at comprehending children behaviour living in shelter, taking into account the importance of the environment/place, the affective relations and the negative effects of maternal deprivation in the first years for the child development. In order to develop the study, two children were observed (23 and 31 months old), receiving the fictional names João and Maria, once their history of life has allowed a comparison to the “Hansel and Gretel” tale (“João and Maria” in Portuguese), by the Grimm Brothers. Observations were conducted in a shelter owned by the State of Pará, which receives children from zero to six years old, in the city of Belém. They were performed twice a week, lasting one hour each, during 5 months. It was considered the Bick Method for Observing Babies, based on three distinct moments: observation, annotation and group supervision. Results were organised in three categories: 1) the care environment for João and Maria, 2) João and Maria revealed by their ludic plays and games, and 3) meetings with the observer-narrator, whose actions were based in the perspective of the Winnicottian concept. In the first category, fragments of the history of life from João and Maria were presented, as well as aspects referred to the cares they have received in this context, which were permeated by the lack of affection and absence in the prioritisation of real demands according to the time and rhythm of the children, related mainly to the institutional dynamic. In the second category, children plays were investigated in association with body contact, involvement with other children and the observer – in the last case, interaction was more often during the meals. In the third and last category, feelings, difficulties and learning from the observer were discussed, as well as the narrator particular relation to the history of life of the two children and the particularities of the place. Therefore, it was realised that João and Maria were looking for a care relation based on body and affection contact; they have showed themselves as available in the contact one with the other, allowing the creation of affective links, which are positive and healthy aspects for children development. Finally, there is no doubt that applying the Winnicottian concept and the use of the Bick Method have contributed for a better understanding of the João and Maria experience, collaborating significantly for the apprehension of the reality of such children and their context of development.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Missão principal: mulheres desenvolvedoras de jogos eletrônicos e o combate à violência de gênero(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2024-02-29) MELO, Renata Christine da Silva; ALVARENGA, Eric Campos; http://lattes.cnpq.br/5734378044087055; https://orcid.org/0000-0002-1803-2356This work aimed to explore Brazilian women game developers, the hostile experiences at work and the coping strategies used by them to deal with gender violence in this environment. The methodology is based on the qualitative research approach, exploratory type, with survey through individual online interview with 10 participants and the analysis was based on the proposals of the discursive practices and production of meanings of Spink (2010). The results showed that women gamedevs of this study follow a profile according to the industry panorama, they are mostly white, inhabit mainly the southeastern region of Brazil and most of them are from the production or arts sectors. All of them experienced gender violence in some way - discrimination, harassment, micro aggressions - during their career, coming from bosses or co-workers. To face and adjust to this adverse scenario, they use survival strategies linked to the effort to normalize violence or protection (mute, refuse and avoid, adapt the work, support network...) and other strategies are more related to resistance and change (speak and impose, wear turban to be seen, therapy, support network among women, conscious management...). They also emphasized the need for individual (people, men) and collective (educational institutions, companies, media/social networks) modifying actions that should be taken by the industry with a focus on incentive, reception and permanence of girls and women in technologies and development, as well as in increasing their participation in decision-making (CEO) positions and in the education of men and dev community towards awareness of privileges and prejudices. Finally, it is expected that this work will contribute to expand our knowledge about gender, work, game development and coping strategies, but mainly to encourage future research, projects and actions that focus on solutions so that this scenario becomes more inclusive and suitable for underrepresented groups.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) A objetivação da violência a partir da noção de ciclo de vida: interrogando as práticas de saber/poder do UNICEF(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2013) NOGUEIRA, Juliana de Castro; PIANI, Pedro Paulo Freire; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6434100473666705; LEMOS, Flávia Cristina Silveira; http://lattes.cnpq.br/8132595498104759This dissertation aims at analysing the objectifying of violence for UNICEF from problematizing the life circle notion, which represents a strategy adopted by such agency in order to face violence. A historicaland documental research of the book published in 2005, “Analise da violência contra a criança e o adolescente, segundo o ciclo de vida no Brasil - conceitos, dados e proposições”, was performed. The analyses were based on the archeogenealogic methodology as proposed by Michel Foucault. It was observed that the production of violence in this document considered its range and specificity of manifest in each life phase. Thus, UNICEF intended to operate a biopolitical management of the bodies of impoverished children and adolescents in Brazil through a neoliberal and calculated perspective. It was concluded that the knowledge/power practices implekented by this agency objectives risk control through individualising the matter of violence, which in our analysis contributes to stigmatising underpriviledged families considered to be the main actors in reproducing violence.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Perdas significativas, luto e atividade sexual após a lesão medular: uma revisão de escopo(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2024-02-08) MOREIRA, Paula Silva; CORRÊA, Victor Augusto Cavaleiro; http://lattes.cnpq.br/1910742195880054Objective: To describe what the studies have said about significant losses, bereavement and sexual activity after spinal cord injury. Method: This is a scoping review conducted in accordance with the recommendations of the Joanna Briggs Institute, described according to the indications of the latest version of the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic reviews and Meta-Analyses extension for Scoping Reviews (PRISMA-ScR) checklist and registered with the Open Science Framework (OSF), with access available at: https://osf.io/x6d4n. The research question was based on the acronym PCC: Population (spinal cord injury), Concept (significant losses, bereavement and sexual activity) and Context (studies published in the literature). Five scientific databases were used: APA-PsycInfo, Web of Science, Scopus, Cochrane Library and BVS Portal. We included studies in any language that addressed significant losses, bereavement and the sexual activity of people after spinal cord injury, without limiting the year of publication. Data was collected blindly by two independent reviewers using Google spreadsheets® and Rayyan® software, meeting the eligibility criteria. A descriptive qualitative analysis of the data was carried out and the results were presented in figures, tables, flowcharts and discursive writing. Results: 6 studies were included, which presented accounts of experiences after spinal cord injury. The data show that one of the main losses that leads to grief associated with sexual activity is bodily changes and loss/alterations in genital sensations significantly affect the sexual experience of people with spinal cord injury, and this factor was associated with feelings of loss of sexually attractive appearance, especially for women and impacted self-esteem and identity, both female and male and the process of grief elaboration was not strongly investigated and described in the studies included. Discussion: It has been shown that sexual activity is a major concern for people who have suffered a spinal cord injury and the impact of this loss can be reflected in the experience of mourning as a possibility of elaboration, whether or not it is perceived by the mourners. However, further research is needed to identify and classify the losses and grief associated or not with sexual activity, making it possible to cope better. Final considerations: There are few studies that address the losses associated with the sexual activity of people with spinal cord injuries and identify the development of grief in the face of such loss, although studies have been identified that point to this relationship.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Representações imaginárias sociais da infidelidade conjugal feminina em Belém-PA(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2009) RANDEL, Igor de Mesquita; BARRETTO, André Maurício Lima; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3046718437592588The aim of his work was to identify and understand the social imaginary representations about the female extramarital relationship that are present into the speech of married women who keep extramarital relacionships. Cornelius Castoriadis’ theory supported the realization of this study. The utilized methodology was the qualitative methodology and semi-oriented interviews were achieved to obtain informations of the participants. Nine married women were interviewed, between 30 and 48 years-old, who belong to the urban middle class. These women were said to have at least one extramarital relationship. The data was analysed through “Método de Explicitação do Discurso Subjacente” (MEDS). The analysis of the results demonstrated that women justify their treasons due to the husband’s treason, as a revenge, or because their husband’s do not satisfy them affectively and/or sexually. The explored themes were: the various meanings that the interviewed women attributed to infidelity; the manner how these women live the feeling of guilt produced by existent conflicts between the introjected social rules and the desire to live an extramarital relationship. The matrimonial infidelity remits the happy moments that aren’t experienced daily, propiciated by moments of leisure. Therefore the imaginary dimension leads the human action, assuming a fundamental role in materialization of infidelity concerning the desire of these women to maintain another relationship outside their marriage. Therefore it is evident that only the knowledge of the socially established rules are not enough, even they are indispensable, to produce actions and thinking manners that are compatible with the social standards and values.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Tecendo saberes: fenomenologia do tratamento da dependência química(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2007-06-29) OLIVEIRA, Ingrid Bergma da Silva; PIMENTEL, Adelma do Socorro Gonçalves; http://lattes.cnpq.br/4534230240595626This research looked for to know the work developed by the Center of Cares to Chemical Dependents – C.C.D.Q., located in the municipal district of Belem, state of Para, only public service in Brazil inside of the Unique system of Health destined to offer specific treatment for chemical dependence of alcohol and drugs in internment regime in long duration, following by attendance ambulatory. In writings later, between the psychoanalytical technique texts, the transfer is presented as repetition of childish cliches that are the motor of the analysis and the via thought the resistances emerge as opposition to the analytical treatment. In the Lacan’s teaching, the concept of transfer is developed theoretically mainly about the relation of the supposed to know and the analyst desire as clinicals management operators. So, this master’s research goes from the premise present in the academic psychoanalytical literature, that what makes possible the psychoanalytical work on the hospital is the transfer. The objective of the study was to investigate possibles implications on the manifestation and the management of the transfer on the HIV/AIDS hospitalization context, considering the socio-historical particularities of this clinical. Methodologically, it´s psychoanalytical clinical research realized from psychoanalytical listen on the Infectious Parasitic Diseases nursery of the João de Barros Barreto University Hospital (DIP/HUJBB), at Belém of Pará. From this, it was chosen clinicals cases to illustrate and discuss about the thematic. Between the possibles implications, six points presented throughout the dissertation stood out: 1. Transference is what enables the psychoanalyst's work in health institutions, from clinical and institutional aspects; 2. The work in question, in the clinical aspect, is limited to carrying out preliminary interviews, however, some aspects of its classic conception need to be expanded; 3. The institution has specificities in its dynamics and also occupies a place in the subject's psyche; 4. The public health context has specificities that the analyst needs to take into account; 5. The history of HIV/AIDS is marked by stigmas that are agents of psychological suffering for hospitalized subjects and also producers of resistance to psychoanalytic treatment. Regarding the management of the transference, the psychoanalyst operates to enable the opening of the unconscious, leading the hospitalized subject to continue associating, in addition, the management of the transference includes the patient, the team and the hospitalized subject's companions. This can promote openness to the production of some knowledge about the case, even if in a different context from the classical analysis itself, since this moment of psychic work corresponds to a period prior to entry into analysis, in the case of preliminary interviews in psychoanalysis. As a result, it also addresses the role of the psychoanalyst in public health, supporting the importance of listening to the unique aspects of each case, which speaks to the ethics of psychoanalysis.
