(2013-06) FREIRE, Viviam Rafaela Barbosa Pinheiro; SILVA, Simone Souza da Costa; PONTES, Fernando Augusto Ramos; BORGES, Júlia de Almeida Roffé; MOURA, Maria Lucia Seidl de
This article aims to describe the routine related to academic life of children who participate in the Bolsa Família Program in an Amazon riverside community. A Sociodemographic and a Routine Inventory were administered to 30 children: 16 girls and 14 boys. The main results indicate attending school occupies 16% of their weekday, homework 3% and no reading activities take place outside the school. In the weekend, children do not make homework or develop reading activities. Parental participation in the routine of their sons and daughters is restricted. Actions to stimulate involvement and qualification of those riverside community families are necessary so they can participate and organize academic activities in the routine of their children.

(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2009) SOUZA, Priscilla Bellard Mendes; SILVA, Simone Souza da Costa; http://lattes.cnpq.br/9044423720257634
The relation between the parents and the teachers has been seen as a basic foundation for the good school performance, and development of the pupils. This study presents the data of a research about the analysis of the relations established between the parents and the teachers of children with disabilities that are registered in a public school in Belém of Pará. For such, four parents and five teachers had been interviewed preliminarily; later different focal groups for parents and teachers had been accomplished. The data had been analyzed qualitatively, searching to investigate the relation in function of three specific variables: the content, the quality and the frequency. Such variable can be understood in relation to the activities that the parents make together with the school, how they do such activities and in which frequency they do. The analysis of the data showed that the familiar participation in the school reality is still found sufficiently distant of what could be considered the ideal, mainly, when it is related to the school inclusion of children with disabilities, although it is contained in the pedagogical project of the school that the paper of the school is to stimulate the participation of the community. The data had also disclosed that the parents rarely go to the school, limiting themselves only to take and to pick up the pupils and rarely they talk with the teachers about other subjects, they only talk about some problems that the pupil has presented in the classroom. Although the results show a widely negative reality, the teachers and the parents believe that it must have been a continuous participation of the family in the school, however both do not develop activities to proportionate such approach. In only one of the cases, a teacher showed to develop activities that bring the family more closely to the children daily school. Specifically in relation to the parents of students with disabilities, the situation reveals sufficiently similar to the parents of “normal” children, however beyond the natural distance, still has barriers of preconception and discrimination with the children with disabilities, what consequently reflects in the relation with these families.

(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2011-10-27) OLIVEIRA, Claudia dos Santos; CAVALCANTE, Lília Iêda Chaves; http://lattes.cnpq.br/4743726124254735; PONTES, Fernando Augusto Ramos; http://lattes.cnpq.br/1225408485576678
This work focuses on the problem of inclusive education, investigating the inclusion of students with learning disabilities in the regular educational system of Brazil. Departing from the systematic revision of publications about the theme it was possible to present two studies. The first has a descriptive nature, revising the articles about inclusion to form a overview about it. The tool for this task was the virtual library of SciELO, in which 138 articles were selected. The results of this first study appointed that the researches about the theme advanced from 2005 on, mainly in the South-west and South regions of Brazil, with prevalence of empiric researches in various fields, especially in education. The second study analyzed scientific articles that deal with the inclusion of students with learning disabilities, according to the Bio-ecological Theory of Human Development. Using a systematic literature revision in addition to the use of the instrument CASP, 16 articles were selected to be analyzed withe bio-ecological. This investigation found that the studies or emphasized the influence of biological aspects , or on the other side, social, cultural and political context of the students, without making the necessary connection for the understanding multi-dimensional form of inclusive education.

(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2012-02-17) FACIOLA, Rosana Assef; SILVA, Simone Souza da Costa; http://lattes.cnpq.br/9044423720257634; PONTES, Fernando Augusto Ramos; http://lattes.cnpq.br/1225408485576678
The set of the involved researches in this work tried to investigate the inclusive school while a developmental context, through four studies. These studies had been directed to discuss the risk or protective factors present in the inclusive school environment. The first study investigated the interactions between a student with visual impairment and her colleagues in an inclusive classroom, with the objective to investigate how the relations of friendship are established in this context of development; the second study tried to understand the vision of students with disabilities on their social support network; the third study aimed to analyze the vision of teachers and educational technician about the educational inclusion of students with disabilities in common classrooms; and the fourth study achieved an investigation on the conception of mothers of students with disabilities concerning the inclusive school with the objective to analyze how the protective and risk factors are configured inside of the inclusive school context. The bioecological model of the human development proposed by Bronfenbrenner is presented as the theoretical basis of this research that was accomplished through the naturalistic observation and the ecological insertion of the researcher in the research environment. The results of the researches had disclosed important questions and controversies on the process of educational inclusion.

    Marx e o imperativo da mais-valia
(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2010-02-26) SILVA, Christiane Pimentel e; NASCIMENTO, Nádia Socorro Fialho; http://lattes.cnpq.br/0757907626776627
The work of Karl Marx is an organic complex whose central category iswork. The study founds and establishes a social mediations that refer beyond itself, in a continuous development that drives humanity to a omnilateral development, that is, in all its dimensions, a development that covers all the real needs of human beings. The development of the complex of relations generated by the work, known as the productive forces, was exponentially amplified by the method of production of capital, however, the capital decouples the worker of his means of production, so that the development of productive forces does not reflect the development of the properties are truly human. This is because the capital has as sociometabolic need to accumulate and expand uninterrupted, a phenomenon only reached with the extraction of surplus labor of workers, which is the extension of the duration of the journey of a single work process, an excessive expenditure workforce, a farm worker, called surplus value. It is this movement that generates a surplus on the original amount invested by the capitalist amending the sphere of circulation the greatness of its value. The surplus labor and surplus labor which produces surplus value is an imperative or an imposition objective of capital, without which there is continuity in the capitalist cycle of production. The production of wealth, under the regime of capital, always reveals its pair, the production of absolute misery for the overwhelming majority of humanity. While the relations of production are mediated by the imperative of extraction of surplus value, capital resists and contradicts all the arguments about a "humane capitalism", because the added value is the essence of exploitation, domination and opulence of capital at the expense of the worker. So there will only be a real satisfaction of human needs to overcome the added value that ensures the recovery of capital, this means that if the capital is imperative for the constant appropriation of surplus value, it is imperative for humanity's emancipation capital, this means a radical transcendence of the hierarchical division of labor and complete overcoming of all relations of capital.

Studies on syntactic communication has revealed that both the verbal repertoire as non-verbal produce significant changes in social interaction, and therefore human development. The talks, for example, has been seen as socially communicative modality required for building relationships in different contexts and cultures. However, this mode is not always the most available resource especially for those who have changes in their development. Given this, it is common through facial expressions, eye movement and / or wink of the intentional movements as point, people with disabilities try to seek compensation for ways to express their desires, thoughts and frustrations. In this sense, resources and alternative communication strategies have been used as useful tools for the individual to achieve greater social participation in the various contexts in which it presents itself. However, in the school environment literature has highlighted that the barriers of communication between teacher and student with disabilities can do harm in the process of teaching and learning. Therefore, this research aimed to analyze the teacher-student with cerebral palsy before and after the introduction of these tools. To this end, we carried out a qualitative study, the type of case study research with action. The main steps of this study were: no filming of the interactive features of alternative communication, training of teachers in school and filming of the episodes related to the alternative communication. The data were analyzed qualitatively, considering the four dimensions of human development bioecological model proposed by Bronfenbrenner (1998): Case, Person, Context and Time. Among the results of this research include: greater mutual engagement in the development of the episodes, with increase in the extent of communicative links, better perception of the teacher about the student's communication skills and tendency of educators to use these tools for teaching . From this, it was concluded that these resources boosted the interactions the teacher and the student with cerebral palsy, however its implementation in daily school life requires positive interdependence of various factors, among which the personal attributes generators and developmentally largest base of regular time using these tools.

This study investigated the meaning of play‟s groups at street like a peer culture context, noticing them not only as forms of expression and reproduction of this culture but, principally as reconstruction and co-construction context of: sex roles, gender identity and sex role ideology. The study has included 689 people among 0 and 18 years old (440 boys – 249 girls), who played together and they were resident or visitant of three streets around there in a district of Belém/Pará, during one year. The data were collected through three procedures: description from the social and demographic aspects from the area through a formulate; the number of the groups activities of play using scan sampling and the quality of these activities done through the recording of episodes. The results reveal gender differences between the participation in the street and the variety of the play subculture. It was observed a predominance of boys in the street, segregation in plays and different strategies of interaction between two groups of gender. There were major approach girls to the male subculture, doing subversion strategies of ideologies and gender roles. As of three explicative models of human being development (Hinde, 1979, 1987 e 1997; Bronfenbrenner, 1977, 1994 e 1999 e Rossetti-Ferreira, Amorin, Silva & Carvalho, 2003), trying to discuss about the relation between macro and micro determination in the culture formation of gender in play groups. The data about groups composition, segregation, preferences, content and quality of sharing the gender groups sex/ gender, confirm the relation of gender formation and take to a proposition of a unilateral approach among these groups which the girls are the first.

Currently, various localities throughout Brazil are working to become cities, but since 1996 the Law 15/96 suspended the process of emancipation which had been resumed with the 1988 Constitution. The new constitution allowed the legislatures the power to regulate the Act and establish minimum rules of feasibility for the creation of a new municipality .As this period there was an outbreak of emancipating the federal government through the Congress passed a constitutional amendment, which, returning to the Congress itself the prerogative to regulate the field, as well as to determine rules for the preparation of the Feasibility Study. In 2008 the Senate approved a proposed regulation of Law and has submitted the attached rules for the preparation of Feasibility Studies which includes the financial economic, Political and Administrative Feasibility Feasibility and Socio-Environmental Urban. Thus, the purpose of this study is to analyze economic and financial situation of the City of Santa Barbara, in the period 2004 to 2009 and demonstrate the economic and financial situation of this Municipality during the period analyzed, showing the positive and negative factors occurring in these exercises and making sure the city, which was installed in 1993, fits the requirements of current law also had with reference to the data analysis of the HDI, tracing a parallel between the financial results and quality of life for citizens of Santa Barbara Pará Through documentary research on balance budgets, financial data are extracted and applies to quotients to obtain the results, evaluated in this study. This work was carried out through a descriptive research with a quantitative and qualitative approach. In the analysis of financial data it appears that the economic and financial situation the City could hardly be emancipated today.
