The application of Lean Six Sigma methodology has shown good results obtained in companies when techniques and tools are used continuously with the objective of obtaining improvements by reducing waste and reducing variability. In this context, this case study apply the this methodology and tools to improve the process management in a company in the electronics sector and how it obtained good results through the application of the monthly measurement and analysis methodology of Lean maturity, creation of the Lean committee, application of tools, value stream mapping, improvement of the 5S program, improvement of visual management and application of the ideas program. The study shows the gains obtained in the company achieved in improving Lean maturity, which went from 44.20% (phase bronze) to 63% (phase silver) with gain of around 42.5% and a 29% improvement in the manufacturing cost by the end of this case study. In addition, we can highlight the change in the company's cultural mindset regarding thinking about continuous improvement and structured process management.
