Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Mapeamento de competências dos secretários de programas de Pós- Graduação, via análise de processos(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2016-05-30) ANDRADE, Maria do Socorro Sales de; COSTA, Thiago Dias; http://lattes.cnpq.br/1248194912228326The organizations have sought new management models to attend the demands increasingly intensified in the society. In this background, the process mapping and competencies arise as a tool necessary to the attendance of changes to be implement in the organizations that search the monitoring of these changes. However, there are few information in the literature about the importance of process mapping in the identification of competencies in a public management. Thus, the research had a goal to map the necessary competencies for secretaries of programs of post-graduation stricto sensu at UFPA, identifying if the competencies described in focal group attend all activities of servers. After collections and analysis of data, obtained in focal groups and with the application of questionnaire, competences was validated as necessary to this servers, close to institution which act, in case UFPA. The results demonstrated that to relate the process with competencies identified for a focal group, one new competency was added only. In this case, the process mapping was not consider as an efficient form to map competenciesItem Acesso aberto (Open Access) Mapeamento e análise dos processos secretariais das unidades acadêmicas da Universidade Federal do Pará, Campus Universitário Belém(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2017-11-22) PAES, Raul Vitor Oliveira; SIMONIAN, Ligia Terezinha Lopes; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6620574987436911In this Master Thesis, it´s intend to analyze the secretarial processes of Academic Departments of Para Federal University (UFPA), about the techniques of processes’ mapping. It stands out the present time when the Higher Federal Education Institution (HFEI) are in the adopt process the management technologies for the Federal Government, across the law and the experiences the adoption these technologies for the HFEI to optimize organizational and final processes. In contrast, with a globalization and a development of Communication and Information Technologies (CIT), beyond of own organizational technologies enables a development of actions linked a management and mapping processes in a public and private organizations. From this perspective, the following question is proposed: which processes can be improved in Executive Secretaries of University Campus of Belem in a Para Federal University? The theoretical context is substantiated in readings about a management and mapping processes and Secretariat, with focus in HFEI. Next, the methodologies’ procedure involved in an approach eminently qualitative, with exploratory and descriptive level, with case study classification. Already the collect data procedures are based in survey as of semi-structured focus group, applying questionnaires and structured interviews, in three moments, for attend objectives of identifying, prioritizing, mapping and improvement of secretarial processes, according proposal the research. And, in relation of analyze data techniques, were adopted combined techniques of content analysis and data triangulation, because of characteristics of interviews stages attend in a work, with representations through construction of processes’ maps by means of BPMN notation, own of mapping processes. The results pointed for an identification of nine secretarial processes developed for Executive Secretaries of Institutes and Centers of University Campus of Belem, with emphasis of prioritizing in three processes: General Direction Advisory, Documents’ Management and Public Service, with corresponding descriptions as of process maps and improvement proposal for each process. As conclusion, can infer there are own process of advisory area, with relation in a practice with other areas and exists differences between descriptions of processes, contrasting Departments, it demands special attention at the mapping moment. Because the differences, also is perceptive pointed the possibility more one proposal of process improvement, considering the particularity between the functional areas. Another conclusion pointed is a mapping processes contribute for an identification the workflows relations and products delivered intending permitting, thus, an effective diagnosis of activities and verifying points can be improved for achieve the support and organizational objectives, it permits ramifications for future studies and applications.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Proposta de metodologia de otimização para o controle de estoque de uma empresa do segmento eletrônico(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2020-10-14) OLIVEIRA, David Felipe Santos; LEITE, Jandecy Cabral; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7279183940171317Inventory control management is considered a fundamental tool for the management of a company, since it allows processes to be managed efficiently. With fewer resources and more savings. The present study aims to: identify and model the inventory control processes that already exist in the company, analyze the inventory that already exists in the company, describe the methodology for inventory control and propose actions of the methodology that allow the corrections of inventory activities already identified. Therefore, propose a methodology for optimizing stock control that is able to define how much and when to buy the products. Aiming at the development of this dissertation, the execution of the work was divided into the following four stages: data collection, process mapping, analysis of improvement opportunities and implementation of improvement proposals. The implementation of the methodology produced a decrease of 30% in the problems of non-attendance. Resulting in positive factors such as lean inventory, efficient customer service, increased capital turnover and increased company profits.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Uso do layout industrial como ferramenta de melhoria no processo de fabricação de carteiras escolares(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2020-09-14) REIS, Gilmara Cruz dos; CUNHA, Edinaldo José de Sousa; http://lattes.cnpq.br/8714515962963079One of the most common problems encountered in the manufacturing process, is the inadequate layout. About 30% of production time is wasted on transporting materials and products. The cause of this waste are problems in the disposition of stock and machines in production, that is, in the factory layout. In this context, the production line based on the cellular layout has been a powerful ally, since the cells of this layout are able to improve the use of available space, without increasing costs due to major renovations or constructions. To prove such improvements, through the implementation of the cell layout, the PSL method (Systematic Layout Planning) was used, which follows steps such as: data collection, analysis of the necessary and available space and factory limitations. With these stages of knowledge and analysis of the factory, it becomes possible to discard layouts that do not fit the characteristics of the company, whether related to financial resources, available space and factory culture. After choosing the cell layout, the statistical data was evaluated using the Chi Square test, with that, it became possible to validate that the production became more efficient with the use of the cell layout. The result found was that with the implementation of the cell layout, there was an increase in the number of wallets produced and a reduction in the waste of materials. It was concluded that the industrial layout is an efficient tool for improving the production process of school desks, because with the implementation of an adequate layout it broughtx numerous benefits to the factory under study, such as: increased productivity, greater organization and flexibility in the processes.
