From the presupposition that the language activities in that environment have a symbolic dimension, oriented to generate positive and strategic results, we elect to investigate in this study the discursive practice functioning materialized in the bulletin of news Bertillon and the symbolic implicatures of this practice to the work routine of the company.That informative, as well as the company, are part of the ideological context from the Total Quality Discourse, which institutes and justifies what we nowdays call as modern management. For the analysis of the bulletin discursive practice, we observe the production activities, difusion and consumption, trying to understand the discourses and the subjects representations involved in these activities. The investigation is part of the French Discourse Analysis filed and it is developed according to the theoretical notions of the Discursive Practice and the Scenography, proposed by Maingueneau (2008a).Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Melhoria de processo de produção através da aplicação de métodos de ferramentas da qualidade em uma linha de confecção de uniformes industriais(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2020-09-14) COSTA, Roger Roberto Correa; SOUZA, José Antônio da Silva; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6157348947425968Institutions are subjected to the challenge of surviving in an increasingly competitive and demanding market, resulting from changes in the social, political, political and technological spheres, especially within the Covid-19 pandemic context. Quality appears, in this current scenario, as a timely and relevant theme. This research aimed to implement quality management methods in a line of confections of industrial uniforms to optimize processes. Aspiring to achieve the proposed objectives, a methodological choice was made through a quantitative and qualitative research, through a case study carried out in a company that manufactures uniforms at the Industrial Pole located in the city of Manaus-Amazonas. The survey involved eighteen employees and when asked about knowledge related to quality management, 22% demonstrated knowledge, to the detriment of 78%. About 83% of respondents consider the quality system to be efficient, while 17% disagree. Concerning the opening of the company to new ideas, 55% responded positively, while 45% do not feel at ease. Regarding the factors that cause bottlenecks in the process and rework, 50% reported that the finish does not meet the requirements, 33% reported a failure to insert the push button and 17% reported a failure in embroidery. The application of tools of quality helped to identify bottlenecks and analyze productivity. Solutions have been proposed to increase the efficiency and efficiency of the examined industry, especially in terms of after-sales.
