Direito de Propriedade e Teoria da Justiça: a defesa da propriedade na justiça distributiva a partir da concepção de John Rawls
(Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina, 2019-08) SÁ, João Daniel Macedo
This article addresses the property right theme from John Rawls theory of justice. The objective is to analyze to what extent Rawls conception of justice accepts the defense of individual private property. In order to reach this objective, we first present the contours of the concept of property and discuss the understanding of property in the context of distributive justice. Finally, we analyze the defense of property from the conception of justice proposed by Rawls. It is intended to demonstrate that the right of property is a substantive liberty, to a certain degree and extent inviolable and unavailable, and that although Rawls does not consider that the right to property of the land deserves to be protected by the first principle, its formulation allows that right to be protected as a basic liberty, in addition to the second principle, to the extent that it enables the reduction of social and economic inequalities and the increasing of equal opportunities.

Carimbó is a musical rhythm intensely present in the Salgado Paraense microregion (IPHAN, 2013), characterized by its non-western features, an extension of cultural differentiations run through its specific territorialising expressions, which makes us raise the hypothesis in a way that exerts and projects its territorialities under and/or over the modern. At the same time, we are doing an analysis in which there is, through carimbó, a negotiation of territorialities between the primitive and the modern, de-re-territorialization processes between both, giving prominence to the territorialities of the carimbó while practiced as an assemblage of desire and power which causes us to problematize the classical approaches of the concept of Territory. As procedures, we start from our own experiences with carimbó, (mainly in Marapanim-PA), from stories, problematizations and learnings of the carimbozeiros, and many individuals involved with carimbó, interviewed by us, which raised issues such as the "Land of Carimbó" and the "Carimbó of the Land", and trying to contribute, with the help of specific literary publications that allowed us to have an understanding of their practices and territorial conceptions, we used Deleuze and Guattari (1995) to understand the terms "Land of Carimbó" and "Carimbó of the Land", as a result of this, it was possible to indicate, relative and absolute deterritorializations, some negative, others positive (raising the possibility of an abstract machine of carimbó); and, through mapping, it was possible to see that carimbó establishes territorialized functions, producing territorial possibilities of assemblage, and thus, to allude to a territoriality of the carimbó of the Guamá-Atlantic Plateau.absolute deterritorializations, some negative, others positive (raising the possibility of an abstract machine of carimbó); and, through mapping, it was possible to see that carimbó establishes territorialized functions, producing territorial possibilities of assemblage, and thus, to allude to a territoriality of the carimbó of the Guamá-Atlantic Plateau.

O processo de expansão do capitalismo na agricultura e a importância da renda fundiária: uma perspectiva marxista
(Universidade Federal de Mato Grosso, 2015) CARVALHO, André Cutrim; CARVALHO, David Ferreira
The purpose of this article is to demonstrate the dynamics of capitalist expansion in agriculture and the importance of ground rent (or land rent) as a result of this dynamic expansion. Accordingly, the ground rent is a part of the added value deducted from the capital gain full and the total price obtained by the lessee capitalist, i.e. set in the annual transfer of certain part of the tenant capitalist profit for the landowner . Marx explains that the land revenue comes from the fact that the various agricultural activities can have on the production of pricing basis (cost plus average profit production) different, whether as a result of the conditions of used land (natural fertility or its location geographic relative to the market), either as a result of more productive capital investment in the same field. The main conclusion is that the rent of land is the result of direct application of capital in the particular conditions of agriculture - including mining, for example - and that is with the productive use of a means of special production - the land - which does not have value, it is not the product of human labor, but which has value in use.
