Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Determinantes das estratégias inovativas a partir da interação universidade-empresa: uma análise comparativa entre Brasil e Amazônia Legal(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2015-03-31) ALMEIDA, Leandro Morais de; BASTOS, Ana Paula Vidal; http://lattes.cnpq.br/1992388595130579In recent decades, several studies and empirical research has pointed to the increasing importance of scientific institutions to the technological development of companies, countries and regions. Following this perspective, this thesis aims to analyze the dynamics of university/company interactions in Brazil and in the Amazon to disclosing the contribution of these institutions to the development of innovation. The analysis focuses on the impacts of interaction for the innovative development of enterprises and to evaluate how this innovative performance differs depending on the region where these flows are established. The study evaluates still such innovative performance differs depending on the region where these flows are established. For this, we used data from national research interaction university/company in Brazil. With this data set we present a descriptive analysis for the variables in the questionnaire, comparing Brazil and the Amazon, besides the application of econometric multinomial Logit model. The results confirm the main hypothesis raised in the study that the interaction is presented as a determinant of innovative strategies adopted by companies. The data demonstrate that the sources of funding and technical information from the universities are relevant to the development of new innovations for companies, but not for the country or to the world while the university patents, in turn, are relevant to the development of innovations in product to the world. The study also indicated that factors inherent to the company as an investment in internal Research and Development (R&D) and capital origin are essential to its innovative strategy such as the technology sector is not presented as an important component. The results also indicate the existence of significant differences in innovative strategies undertaken in the Amazon region, compared to the other Brazilian regions, emphasizing interaction patterns in pheripheral regions.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Dos cursos da vida e das vidas em curso: práticas de medicalização da infância e suas relações com currículos de profissionais de saúde em um CAPSi em Belém do Pará(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2017-05) SANTOS, Daniele Vasco; LEMOS, Flávia Cristina Silveira; http://lattes.cnpq.br/8132595498104759The following research was raised from medicalization practices focused on childhood care in a mental health service and its relationship with the health professional‟s curricula. Intensive medicalization has increasingly improved strategies that employ expert- oriented clinical practices and diagnosis concerning social deviations, based on pathologizing, psychologizing and biomedical rationalities. Brazilian public policies are among these children and adolescent‟s mental health practices at Children and Youth Psychosocial Care Center - CAPSI, which have been officially established since 2001, under the law number 10.216 that converts health care to population that suffers mental disorder. This research object was shaped by coupling medicalization practices with subjectivation/objectification modes of children and the discourses produced on health professional curricula. This study started at the point it was realized the professional‟s performance were based on some curricula, and from its analysis it is also possible to understand the processes by which certain settings that intend to frame subjects. Thus, in order to enhance this thesis, it was employed these issues: How can subjectivation/ objectification modes find mental disorders in children at CAPSI? To what extent do the discourses which support medicalization practices at CAPSI correspond to the curricula of professionals working in these places? In order to look into medicalization practices at CAPSI and their relationship with the curricula of health professionals, the following purposes were developed: To analyze subjectivation/objectification modes whereby such children are diagnosed as "mentally disabled"; investigate medicalization discourses given by professionals who care children with “mental disorder”. It was used as theoretical and methodological framework Michel Foucault‟s theory of power-knowledge, biopolitics, governableness, among other scholars such as Veyne (1998), Silva (2006), Veiga-Neto (2003), Corazza; Aries; Robert Castel, Jacques Donzelot. Main analysed documents were the medical records registered at CAPSI and interviews with professionals by using general principles of archaeological procedures as methodological tools of historical-documentary research. Therefore, it was asserted with this thesis that the modes of subjectivation and objectification which yield children with "mental disorders" are constituted through a close relationship with medicalizing discourses which have been given in the curricula of health professionals in their official education, daily service routine and in different fields of life.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Entrecruzamento de gêneros discursivos na universidade: esferas do político, do científico e do ensino(Universidade Estadual de Campinas, 2005) RIBEIRO, Nilsa Brito; GERALDI, João Wanderley; http://lattes.cnpq.br/0942600232344834Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) PRO-GESTÃO: ambiente virtual de aprendizagem para o desenvolvimento de competências por servidores ocupantes de cargos de gestão nas IFES(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2019-05-14) SILVA, Victor Daniel de Oliveira e; MALCHER, Maria Ataide; http://lattes.cnpq.br/5418062253829906; https://orcid.org/0000-0003-4687-1840; RODRIGUES, Ronaldo de Oliveira; http://lattes.cnpq.br/1573942492848983The purpose of this study was to develop a Virtual Learning Environment based on Learning Trails for the development of managerial skills of employees occupying a management position in the FIHE. Firstly, a process of validation of competences was carried out, which served as the basis for the construction of the Teaching Plan. In order to design the VLE, the various platforms available on the market were validated and Moodle was defined as the Virtual Environment that best fit within pre-established criteria. A proposal submission website was prepared using the Federal Government standard template used by the participating Federal Teaching Institution. The participating population involved 25 managers in the validation stage of competencies and 17 managers in the validation stage of the platform. The methodology used for the first stage was a questionnaire to validate groups of competencies established in the literature and in institutional documents. For the second step, it was established criteria of product validation considering the learning and usability of the platform by the managers. Regarding the use of VLE based on Learning Trails for the development of managerial competencies, it is perceived that it meets the needs of the manager, considering that the format guarantees autonomy, availability of diverse contents, alignment with strategic objectives, reflection on the context work and generation of new ideas. Through the evaluation of the planning and training sector of the Institution, the model serves to fill several gaps in the competence of managers and to have access to the various situations experienced by managers. Some points are considered as challenges to be overcome, such as the motivational aspects of managers' participation and the functionality of the platform for a self-instructional proposal. The conclusion, in general, highlights the importance of strengthening policies and actions that focus on the development of managerial competencies in the FIHE, since there are gaps and needs on the part of professionals. It is necessary to deepen studies on the evaluation and career development systems of the managers, the compliance of the performance of the managers to policies that aim at social control in the FIHE, and to evaluate which factors influence the quality of life and the performance of the managers in the FIHE.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) As repercussões da interiorização da UFPA no trabalho dos docentes da rede estadual de ensino nas décadas de 1980 e 1990(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2014-09-26) COSTA, Maria Raimunda Santos da; MAUÉS, Olgaíses Cabral; http://lattes.cnpq.br/0118802077232494The study aimed to analyze the Brazilian model of expansion of Higher Education after the reforms and public policies addressed to this level of education occurred in Brazil, with attention to the decades of 1980 and 1990, to understand the whole process of installation, materialization and consolidation of moving to the countryside carried out by UFPA (Federal University of Pará), in the so-called “Interiorization Project” in the period studied, in order to identify and unveil the possible effects of that experience in the work of teachers of State schools in the State of Pará. The expansion of Higher Education is the central theme and the repercussions of UFPA’s “Interiorization Project “in the work of public school teachers in Pará are the broad object of this study. The locus of the investigation was the Campus of UFPA located in the City of Santarém, Western Pará, in the Brazilian Amazon. The research sought to know: how was the expansion of public Higher Education in Brazil during the studied period? What were its constraints? What factors contributed for UFPA making real the access to public Higher Education in Pará? What were the effects of UFPA’s “Interiorization Project” in the work of State schools teachers? The study involved bibliographical and empirical research, with an analytical, theoretical and exploratory framework whose methodological assumptions stand bythe dialectic historical materialism. To capture, analyze and unveil the indicators which give materiality to the object of study, we tried to articulate the theoretical knowledge ever produced with the contents of official documents and data collected from fifteen interviewed individuals. The data collection covered the cities of Santarém, Óbidos, Alenquer and Itaituba, which were the early Nuclei bound to the Campus. The study showed that there is a close relationship between changes in the capitalist world and educational reforms and public educational, including job, policies in the country with influence in Brazilian education, its professionals and in the decision of UFPA in moving and consolidate its activities in the hinterlands of Pará, since the very first experience. In virtue of structural constraints, UFPA’s Interiorization Project received many pertinent criticisms, due to the model adopted in the country, which imposed and interposed limitations to the Brazilian Higher Education and its expansion/interiorization process. However, as shown by the statements, it reflected favorably on the work of teachers of State schools in western Pará, in 1980 and 1990, producing effects such as: training in undergraduate level; acquisition of new knowledge; definition of a new professional attitude; wage improvements; possibility, for teachers, to ascend into higher educational levels. Besides that, it represented the initial conditions for the installation and consolidation to offer Higher Education (public and private) in that region. UFPA itself was created in the first formal experience of interiorization that occurred in the country, decreed by President Getúlio Vargas, under the influence of the Francisco Campos Reformation in the 1930s. The expansion of its actions into the countryside was feasible from local, regional, national and international agreements forged in the late 1960s, as part of military dictatorship expansion policies occurred in the country (1964-1985).
