Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Atenção à saúde e modos de andar a vida: a produção de conhecimentos em psicologia e os subsídios para um cuidado que pretenda produzir saúde para crianças e famílias nos contextos de pobreza(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2012-09-18) RIBEIRO, Andrea Cristina Lovatto; FERLA, Alcindo Antônio; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6938715472729668A health care that aims integrality in its actions and proposals must take into account the population’s singular life contexts as well as the life contexts of each specific individual, which can be observed in a specialized bibliography. It is well known that Brazil is a country that presents serious social inequality and the knowledge of cultural diversity among different social groups that co-exist in our country is fundamental to achieve an integral health care. The objective of this study is to understand if and in which ways the elements that are considered important to provide health in this context are present in scientific production in the psychology field. For this purpose, several texts present in the BVS (Virtual Health Library) were analyzed; in a total of 37 texts, which deal with the relationship between psychology and SUS (Brazilian Unified Health System). The importance of a contextualized practice was mentioned, however, none of the texts showed the description of specific contexts of families in poverty, indicating that this knowledge is not available in the psychology field and therefore showing the importance of considering the information available in other areas for an integral health care. Integral health care, team work, prevention and health promotion are major elements that are present in the academic production of knowledge; nevertheless we notice that these guidelines are still in the level of reflection and verbalizations, usually not taking place in practice. The challenges that set apart professional psychologist’s practice and SUS guidelines can be summarized in a professional training which emphasizes individual clinical practices resulting in decontextualized practices. Other challenges indentified were the way the health system itself was organized, and the way psychologists are not considered as generalist professionals in health policies. The concept of resilience in general is not present in the studies; however, the presence of other important elements to promote the autonomy of individuals was taken into consideration. Strategies of education: Academic and Permanent Education in Health (EPS) were also analyzed. It was observed that the discussion about professional training is present in most texts and that small changes have been made in order to bring the psychology field closer to the SUS system. Permanent Education in Health is not a significant factor in the studies, and its potential has not yet been explored in relation to psychology.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Avaliação monetária dos prejuízos causados por chuvas intensas nas cidades de Belém do Pará, Brasil e Carrillo de Guanacaste, Costa Rica(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2017-12-22) ROSALES MENDOZA, Ronaldo; MOTA, Maria Aurora Santos da; http://lattes.cnpq.br/5817549281617240The direct material losses of the residents of the cities of Belém do Pará, Brazil and Carrillo de Guanacaste, Costa Rica in the period 2000-2016 it´s evaluated due to extreme rainfall. Using the method of abduction and using dates of INMET, INM, IBGE, INEC, the natural, social and economic condition of the residents of the affected areas was identified, which served as the basis for the calculation. Constructed the water footprint index (Ipa) and the Environmental Average Material Monetary Assessment (AMA) the equation estimate loss after knowing the precipitation data of the event day. The monetary evaluation of the extreme event happened in the city of Belém on January 4, 2017, the INMET reported rainfall was 94.6 mm, and estimated water footprint reached 0.90 meters high, the loss estimated for the city was 122,106,834 Reference Monetary Units (UMR). In the city of Carrillo was evaluated the event of October 5, 2017, the rainfall reported by INM was 148.6 mm, the water footprint was 2.1 meters high, the estimated loss for neighborhood residents Bamboo is 3,094,579 UMR. Then, the index as the applied equation show effective for the calculation of the direct material monetary damages in the area reached after an extreme precipitation event. Limiting the calculation of the loss suffered by the population in vulnerable condition and without evaluating other related factors such as permanence, force and speed of water; the value of intangibles (interruption of services, illnesses) in both the affected area and the impact areas. In spite of this, the result is used to make preventive, corrective, and operative actions in a city.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Carta de aptidão à urbanização: proposta de ordenamento territorial frente aos processos erosivos na orla marítima das praias do Crispim e de Marudá no município de Marapanim-PA(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2018-02-07) MELLO, Loury Bastos; SZLAFSZTEIN, Claudio Fabian; lattes.cnpq.br/1348005678649555Natural disasters have considerably increased considerably in the last decades, and consequently, the number of affected and the volume of damages impacts. Following the increase in population, the cities located in the Coastal Zone of Paraense (ZCP), as well as in the big cities, develop populations of high socioeconomic vulnerability exposed to recurrent natural processes increasingly, such as tides, breakers and erosion. The studies focused on the coastal dynamics with emphasis on socioeconomic aspects in Brazil begin to advance after the approval of Federal Law 7,661 / 88 of the National Coastal Management Plan (PNGC). The ZCP characterized by a regime of macrotidal and estuarine plains, has been the target of natural disasters of great intensity, which are becoming more and more recurrent. In an attempt to provide an improvement in the quality of life of the population living on the Marudá and Crispim coastlines, and to minimize the recurrent damages that affect the seafront of these beaches, this research proposes the development of the suitability chart to urbanization from the mapping of areas with high, medium and low susceptibility, hazard and vulnerability to coastal erosion. Were indicated suitable areas, suitable trough interventions, and areas not suitable to urbanization, and this product will serve as a subsidy to the public policies of management and territorial planning in the ZC of the Marapanim city. The approach consists of: bibliographical compilation and published data; definition of analyzed variables; analysis and acquisition of satellite images; field campaign; classification of variables in units; quantification each unit according to its vulnerability, danger or susceptibility; elaboration of the vectorial spectrum of each variable and its respective units; transformation of these vectors into raster data; multicriteria analysis from GIS environment modeling (AHP); vulnerability mapping; hazard mapping; and integration of the maps obtained and final elaboration of the suitable chart to urbanization through map algebra. Areas of low, medium and high risk and vulnerability were found in Crispim and Marudá, the region most affected by erosion processes, being this area analogous to the region with the highest signs of damage generated in high magnitude events, shoreline and beach profile variation. The areas of greatest vulnerability are determined, mainly by the regions with the highest indexes of exposure to coastal processes and low construction kind. The data obtained in this work are considered extremely useful for adaptations in the region of study, as containment construction to the marine advance, as well as a detailed management of the environments found in the scenario of global climate change. Thus, it will be possible to plan adequately the use, occupation and adaptation of this coastal region, using, above all, the individualities of each area.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Discurso de crianças em situação de vulnerabilidade social em escola, lixão e trabalho infantil(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2018) SOUZA, Ana Paula Vieira e; OLIVEIRA, Francisco Pereira de; ALVES, Ana Nivia SantanaItem Acesso aberto (Open Access) A Formação Humana Integral no contexto de vulnerabilidade social: contribuições da interface educação e psicologia no protagonismo do ensino profissional no IFAP- Laranjal do Jari(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2023-05-14) PEREIRA, Carmem Ângela Tavares; CARMO, Eunápio Dutra do; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7347286742599751Professional, scientific and technological education is now a reality in all Brazilian states, due to the expansion evidenced from the creation in 2008 of the Federal Institutes of Education, Science and Technology, bringing with it a new model of professional education for the country, with differentiated pedagogical and curricular management, having among its educational guidelines, the development of integral human formation capable of boosting the access, permanence and success of students in professional, scientific and technological education. The object of this study pervades the educational action and the contributions of social psychology to the technological professional training of students who live in a context of social vulnerability. The research problem is centered on the following question: How can the interface education and social psychology contribute to integral human formation for protagonism in professional education at the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of Amapá-IFAP, considering the socio-historical vulnerabilities in the region of Vale do Jari? The general objective seeks: to analyze the integral human formation from the interface professional, scientific and technological education and social psychology in the perspective of promoting the protagonism in the professionalizing education in context of social vulnerability. . The work methodology included bibliographical and documental research, with a qualitative approach, exploratory descriptive method, the questionnaire used was the Likert scale type. The results revealed the perception of the servers about the integral human formation in the professional education in the IFAP-Campus Laranjal do Jari, from the look in the interface of a social psychology of decolonial vision. The study reaffirms the need to make professional, scientific and technological education still inclusive, not only numerically representative, but mainly, a protagonist in teaching that respects human diversity, taking into account the ideologization of domination and exploitation left in history. Therefore, strengthening popular instances that occur in popular groups, especially groups excluded from dominant civilizing processes, is an essential part of education. Make the educational action the privileged place to rescue the memory of struggles, in a work of valuing and enhancing relationships, capable of truly transforming inequalities and social violence.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Gênese, lugar e perspectivas da vigilância socioassistencial: estudos no campo da política de assistência social nos municípios de Belém e Ananindeua(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2015-08-20) TORRES, Amiraldo Lima; PONTES, Reinaldo Nobre; http://lattes.cnpq.br/8577276734482884This study aims at seeking the determinants of the emergence of the place of Social Assistance Surveillance in terms of National Social Assistance Policy and the municipalities of Belém and Ananindeua. The work uses the critical dialectic method, with methodology based on bibliographical research, documentary and on the field. In the textual body makes a small search on Social Policy and Social Service then, treat the Surveillance of social assistance and their inspirations, interpretations and role in Social Assistance. The research makes the analysis of national conferences, registration and municipal Social assistance system. Following, the speech of actors, social control management and contributions from Federal and State Government agents, aim to analyze the understanding and structuring of Surveillance of Social Assistance, in addition to the perception of the concepts of vulnerability, risk and territory. The search displays the principle of determinants, tensioned by focusing discussions of the Social State and law. In Genesis, we draw a timeline, with determinations of health, assistance and the World Bank. Regarding the place given to Social Assistance Surveillance seats on provided management function and not as a function of Social Assistance, occupying the place of action means and not an end as well, there is no standardization of composition of the teams according to size of municipality and tending to be operationalized by teams not too wide or double and/or just a technician in most municipalities. The work also concluded that Social Assistance Surveillance if structure with thin participation of municipal managers and social control, represents a limit to a conception of Social Function and locus of information organization on the territorial reality and the cities.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Gestão das políticas públicas para a educação profissional e tecnológica: um estudo sobre o Programa de Assistência Estudantil do Instituto Federal do Amapá(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2022-12-12) BRAZÃO, Sérgio Augusto; SILVA, Fábio Carlos da; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3704903975084467; https://orcid.org/0000-0001-5266-9935In the federal education network, public policies for Student Assistance are present and guaranteed from the enactment of Decree Law 7234 of July 19, 2010, which established the National Student Assistance Program (PNAES) of the Ministry of Education (MEC). It is a financial resource guaranteed in the Budgetary Guidelines Law (LDO) and the Annual Budget Law (LOA) that is intended for students in the public education network who are in socioeconomic vulnerability. The research traces the historical and legal path of student assistance through bibliographical and documentary research illustrating the class struggle in recent decades until the enactment of the Decree Law in 2010 and the main events that occurred in the period that mobilized Brazilian society to guide public policy on screen; in the analysis, evaluation and execution of the IFAP student assistance program in the period from 2020 to 2022 with a focus on school dropout and retention indicators extracted from SUAP (the institution's database and the results obtained in the period) it is possible to verify the data statistics that the situation of social vulnerability contributes on average to 54% of school dropouts, but that IFAP efficiently manages all the financial resources in the program, as well as the percentage of dropouts that are contemplated by the institution's student assistance. Thus, at the end of the document, based on this context, we propose a web platform (available at https://cadastrosocioeconomico.com.br/) - as a product of this work - to qualify, improve and reduce time, making the process efficient, impartial , technical and rigorous in the results, raising the level of quality of the service provided by IFAP, in view of the deficiencies found by the management within the selection process of student assistance.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Indicadores de vulnerabilidade, risco socioambiental e educação ambiental para prevenção e mitigação de desastre natural na bacia hidrográfica do Tucunduba, Belém-PA(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2018-03-16) SILVA JÚNIOR, Antônio Rodrigues da; SILVA, Marilena Loureiro da; lattes.cnpq.br/7261982145077537The present research aimed to analyze the hidroclimatics phenomena that cause natural disasters, flood-related, and flooding in the catchment area of the Tucunduba-BHT, specifically in the neighborhood Montese, Belém-PA and its interfaces with the physical geomorphological factors of ground and with human actions, which leverage the magnitude of these disasters. This research presents still environmental education as a management tool, not only from its reductionist vision, restricted to human action of depositing waste in inappropriate places, but most of all, from a systemic, interdisciplinary and critic discussion that problematize the complex relations involving environmental issues in its multiple aspects, in addition to the bureaucratic formalism, and build new rational cultures that make it possible to develop actions of transformations and emancipations that actually contribute to the social well-being. For that, were performed several field research that sought to identify the vulnerability and designing environmental education of the population resident in the neighborhood Montese, to draw the profile of the resident of that neighborhood, to identify points of flood and flooding and the actions of the organs legally responsible for the management of risks and natural disasters. Therefore, it was concluded that the cases of flooding in Montese neighborhood will continue to occur, given the physical characteristics of the land and the high rainfall in the region, but, above all, by the absence or ineffectiveness of integrated territorial planning focused on the specificity of the local population public policy, the need for continuous and permanent programs and actions of environmental education in the community, with the purpose of providing environmental rationality and/or awareness that transforms the human being and your space lived, as well as by the precariousness of basic constitutional rights of the citizen.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Índice de vulnerabilidade socioambiental à Amazônia: estudo da gleba "C" da Universidade Federal do Pará, no município de Belém.(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2019-01-23) SOUSA, Maria Carolina Chaves de; TOLEDO, Peter Mann de; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3990234183124986The primary objective of this study was to analyze the influence, in the degree of social and environmental vulnerability, of the work of recognition of the real right of use with the Concession of Special Use for Housing Purposes – CUEM, in Portuguese, to the residents of Part C of the Federal University of Pará - UFPA, in Belém. This case study is related to the history of the occupation of the area of the city of Belém. At the beginning of the 20th century, urbanization and occupation of privileged spaces to the detriment of "lowland" spaces and near the floodplain. The "lowlands" were occupied by a population, mostly with socioeconomic deficiencies, forming sets of dwellings in private and public real estate, specifically, in this study, the area where the UFPA is situated today, and that is susceptible to floods and floods. To bring the rights of these occupants to justice a regularization work was carried out by UFPA, together with public entities of the state and the Union, to deliver CUEMs to beneficiaries who fulfilled the requirements of MP 2220 / 2001. Using indicators and indexes related to social, economic, legal and environmental issues (Urban Infrastructure, Human Capital, Income and Labor, Legal and Health and Environment), based on secondary data, the Socioenvironmental Vulnerability Index of the resident population in Gleba C was calculated in the years 2000 and 2010. The results show that the degree of socioenvironmental vulnerability is high both in the year 2000 (0.595) and in 2010 (0.514). In conclusion, the regularization effort carried out did not influence the reduction of the degree of vulnerability socioenvironmental of the residents and stand out solely as a patrimonial adjustment, transferring formal responsibilities of land use to the beneficiary residents and recognition of the right of this title by force of law.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Influência de elementos meteorológicos na percepção de risco e nas condições de insegurança da população local: incêndios residenciais em área de aglomerado subnormal no bairro do Jurunas, cidade de Belém – Pará.(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2018-05-29) VILACORTA, Arthur Arteaga Durans; LIMA, Aline Maria Meiguins de; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6572852379381594; SILVA JÚNIOR, João de Athaydes; http://lattes.cnpq.br/2150400764733967Brazil has witnessed a population growth that, together with the disorderly urban density, culminated in the increase of subnormal clusters in the last decades. Such locations present considerable vulnerability to dangerous events, especially fires. The present study analyzed statistical data on fires in residential buildings and green areas served by the Pará Military Fire Brigade in the city of Belém, between 2008 and 2016, relating them to meteorological elements, establishing a causal link between such aspects. In addition, questionnaires were applied to a sample of residents living in the precarious settlement area entitled Baixadas da Estrada Nova Jurunas in order to analyze the influence of climatological factors on the behavior of the population and to assess their level of perception of fire risk. As a final research product, two fire risk maps were proposed in residence for the subnormal cluster, one for the rainy season and one for the less rainy season. These maps were conceived through the establishment of a risk classification methodology (Arteaga-Athaydes index), based on georeferenced data of the location of the structural fires already occurring in the area, number of households, number of inhabitants, reliability conditions of the network facilities of electricity distribution of the dwellings and influence of the climate. It was concluded that the majority of fires in green areas and housing units in the city of Belém occurred in the least rainy season (June to November), due to the proven influence of meteorological conditions on the behavior of the sample studied, making them adopt inadequate arrangements that go against fire safety. As for the level of risk perception of the population sample that lives in the subnormal cluster studied, this condition is worrisome, since half of those interviewed do not believe that a loss could occur in their house and the vast majority never received any training or orientation to avoid accidents and does not even know the emergency number to fire the Military Fire Department in case of fire.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) O olhar invisível: visões e narrativas de populares em situação de rua e vulnerabilidade social nos tempos de pandemia da covid-19 em Bragança-PA(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2020-12) GATINHO, Erlan José; QUADROS, João Plinio Ferreira de; COSTA, Nívia Maria VieiraBecause so abrupt changes that the world is experiencing actually, through this research, some reflective notes that have become pertinent, such as inequalities, discrimination and social impacts, in addition to transformations triggered in times of pandemic, are brought to the center of the scene. of COVID-19. The general objective of the research it is based on understanding how social groups living on the streets and social vulnerability in bragantine society experience the pandemic crisis. As a methodological design, it is a qualitative research with the following procedures: participant observation, conversation circles and interpretative analysis of oral narratives. Among the results obtained, it was possible to know part of these social groups that permeate the locus of the city, as well as the multiple relations and actions that these collectives exercise, it became feasible to understand among which ways they conceive what the pandemic, quarantine and the crisis manifested in their experiences and resignificances. Epistemologically, the research is based on the concepts of Velho (1973); Lefebvre (2011); Santos (2020), Bauman and Donskis (2016), conceptual and analytical perspectives on: urban anthropology, social relations, group invisibilities and critical reflections about the COVID-19 pandemicItem Acesso aberto (Open Access) A Precipitação climática na mesorregião metropolitana de Belém e suas implicações socioambientais(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2017-02-23) SANTOS, Marcos Ronielly da Silva; PIMENTEL, Marcia Aparecida da Silva; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3994635795557609; VITORINO, Maria Isabel; http://lattes.cnpq.br/4813399912998401Belém metropolitan mesoregion has the largest urban population-concentration of Pará and presents annually high levels of precipitation. In this scenario the occurrence of extreme events can foster social and environmental vulnerability, causing risks to human populations. Thus the present work aims to make a research of climate precipitation in the Belém metropolitan mesoregion considering its implications in the modulation of environmental vulnerability during the period 2000 to 2010. For this research will present the following approaches: I - Identification and analysis of main patterns spatiotemporal rainfall, with reference to the estimated monthly precipitation at points of 8/8 km grids for the period of Jan / 2000 to Dec / 2010 given by the technique of CPC morphing technique (CMORPH) and method factorial Principal Component Analysis (PCA). II - Analysis of environmental vulnerability to the Belém metropolitan mesoregion using General Vulnerability Index (GSI), based on data socioeconomic, epidemiological and climatic indicators during the decade from 2000 to 2010. The ACP has determined the existence of a pattern of precipitation in three main rainfall modes, which explain 89% of the total variance of the data. The first mode explains 78% of the data, showing the seasonal rainy and less rainy season, being directly influenced by the performance of the Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ). The second mode explains 6% of the data and is associated with mesoscale events and the influence of the South Atlantic Convergence Zone (SACZ). The third mode accounts for 5% of the data and elucidates the influence of local systems as lines of instability and breeze circulation. The IVG showed that the city of Belém has the highest value of IVG (0.61), assigning a high vulnerability, given from the high climate vulnerability index (1.00) and epidemiological (0.76). In return the municipality of Bujaru has a low vulnerability, with the value of the IVG (0.14) and is explained by the minimum value of CVI (0.00) and low levels of IVE (0.03) and IVSE (0.38). It is hoped that this study can support the current management of public policies for municipalities, and encourage the study of environmental vulnerability in the Amazon region, view from the interdisciplinary.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Previsão hidrológica de cheia sazonal do rio Xingu em Altamira-PA(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2014-05-26) FRANCO, Vânia dos Santos; SOUZA, Everaldo Barreiros de; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6257794694839685Hydrologic models can be considered as a tool developed to represent the behavior of the hydrographic basin, predict future conditions and/or simulate hypothetic situations with the intent of evaluatins impacts of alterations. The socioeconomic impacts these of alterations (flooding; for example), and natural disasters normally affect less favored population groups. The present work investigated the climatologic aspects of the hydrologic regime of the river Xingu, including the elaboration of a statistical model for the prediction of seasonal floods in the municipality of Altamira-PA. In addition, it investigates the degree of social vulnerability associated to these conditions of floods in the municipality of Altamira. The results showed that a peak of floods occurs between the months of March and May (MAM) and the gaging variability is dependent of precipitation at the Xingu (in the states of Pará and Mato Grosso), as well of the pattern Pacific and Atlantic TSS that influence the bands of convective clouds of the ASCZ and ITCZ. The statistical hydrologic prediction model of the Xingu River in Altamira-PA, developed through multiple linear regression, presented significant correlation between variables, value considered adequate and good for coefficient Nash and Sutcliffe and low error to predict the quota of seasonal floods (MAM) of the municipality, taking in to account the predictor variables (explanatory) TSS and precipitation, because accompanied the observed quota. Through the index of social vulnerability (IVS) the vulnerability of Altamira in 2000 census as moderate write ik 2010 it was as low rated, what May not correspond to the current situation of the municipality given the construction of the Belo Monte Hydroelectric Plant.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Riscos socioeconômicos e ambientais em municípios banhados pelos afluentes do Rio Amazonas(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2017-10) COUTINHO, Eliane de Castro; ROCHA, Edson José Paulino da; LIMA, Aline Maria Meiguins de; RIBEIRO, Hebe Morganne Campos; GUTIERREZ, Lucy Anne Cardoso Lobão; BARBOSA, Ana Julia Soares; PAES, Gleicy Karen Abdon Alves; BISPO, Carlos José Capela; TAVARES, Paulo AmadorMunicipalities in the Amazon are constantly affected by droughts and floods, and these socioeconomic and environmental risks mainly affect the local population. These precipitation extremes cause severe changes in rivers' hydrology, on both a temporal and a spatial scale. The intended objective of this study therefore was to determine the socioeconomic and environmental risk of municipalities affected by the tributaries and by the main channel of the Amazon River in relation to extreme precipitation events. We used monthly and annual precipitation data from 1982 to 2012 and social data from 2010 (urban, elderly, female and child populations, income and education level) for 47 localities in the Amazon Basin. We concluded that the risk was highest during flood events, particularly in smaller states (Acre and Roraima), and that vulnerability was greater in larger states (Amazonas and Pará). However, the population in the municipalities along the Amazon River have moderate to very strong socioeconomic and environmental risk because of the vulnerability associated with high urbanization and poverty, and threat of floods and droughts ranging from moderate to high.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Vulnerabilidade e percepção de risco na planície tecnogênica em Abaetetuba-Pa: subsídios ao planejamento urbano e a gestão ambiental(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2017-01-31) RIBEIRO, Érika Renata Farias; SOLER, Pedro Aníbal Beatón; http://lattes.cnpq.br/1168205500524159; BORDALO, Carlos Alexandre Leão; http://lattes.cnpq.br/1253955182585852The Abaetetuba city, located in the Northeast Paraense of Pará state, was born on the river bank Maratauíra, where some neighborhoods were established such as the downtown, São João, São José and Algodoal. However, this place corresponds to a flood plain that for years has been decharacterized, it has been causing in the formation of a technogenic plain, characterized by flood events and collapse, as result this situation brings damage to the population in general. In this context, it was analyzed the vulnerability of them, with emphasis on the perception of risk as a response capacity in the intangible aspect. This element has prioritized because it had found that even after the disaster in the neighborhood of São João, however the population have been remaining in the place, making it necessary to analyze the reason for occupying these spaces. The methodology of this work used to identify the flood threat, it was based on the Junior‟s proposal (2010) based on interviews, Digital Elevation Model, Fieldwork and participatory analysis. About to the collapse in the soil was based on the report of the Mineral Resources Research Company that identified the risk of flood and mass movement in the neighborhood of São João. Anali vulnerability methodology was adapted the proposal of Slafstein (2015 ), With the construction of a Vulnerability Index of Environmental Threats in the Amazon by Perception, where social vulnerability and the capacity of response were analyzed based on people's perception of the highlighted threats, resulting in the map of vulnerability with emphasis on perception In this research it was as achieved results, the neighborhood of Centro presented Moderate vulnerability from the Index of Unit of response by Perception. The point is the fact that the population considers that there are no risks in the place have contributed to this result of this research, due to the good infrastructure of the area. The reason of permanence in the place happens due to the importance some native people for the development of commercial activities. As a contrast, The other districts presented low vulnerability in reaction to this index, presenting a perception of the threats that are present. But, the population has been remaining where threats are present until now. This occurs, due to the identity relations established in the space, whether due to family, neighborhood or the meaning of the landscape represented by the river, as it happens in the neighborhood of Algodoal and São João. Therefore, it can be consider a voluntary exposure to risk. In São José neighborhood, this happens due to economic aspects due to the importance of being close to the commercial center, symbolized by the "Beiradão". Therefore, in this case it is considered that the risk is accepted, due to the particularities of the subjects involved. From this result, it was possible to discuss the environmental planning and management in the city of Abaetetuba by proposing a territorial planning that considers the creation of Special Zones of Social Interest; Areas of Permanent Preservation; New uses for places at risk and actions of interventions to reduce losses in the face of possible disasters. It can consider that achieved results are important to subsidize environmental management and sustainable urban planning and participatory in the city of Abaetetuba.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Vulnerabilidade socioambiental de áreas urbanizadas no entorno de bacias hidrográficas em Belém - Pará(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2015-02-03) SADECK, Carla Cristina de Azevedo; ROCHA, Edson José Paulino da; http://lattes.cnpq.br/2313369423727020; LIMA, Aline Maria Meiguins de; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6572852379381594The purpose of de thesis is to analyse the social eviromment vulnerability of urbanized áreas wich surround watersheds, also preventive managenent measures linked to it. To this end two areas have been studied: Curió-Utinga and Cremação wich currently suffer from constant overflows. Intervieus were done with these areas residents to collect data wich have been tabulated and analyzed by tracing their social economic profile. Besides this the research a need to identify management projects being implemented by the civil defense and management agencies in charge. As a resultit was checked that Curió-Utinga doesn’t have a defined management project that cases about the social economic profile of it’s residents. Counting only wich isolated measurements made by the Civil Defense to alert and prevent flooding episodes. Cremação area belong to PRONABEM project and one of the projects objective is to decrease the overflows in the area and implementation of basic sanitation. Despite the fact that here is no urbanization project that takes the social economic profile of the residents into account the performed seems to be the beginning of public management in action to reduce the impacts caused by the rain.
