| Abstract: | The ultrastructure of spermatozoa of the Protothaca pectorina (Lamarck, 1818) is described. The most significam differences were found in the structure and arreangement of the acrosomes, with contains two types of material, one fibrilar, the other electrondense granular. It is concluded that sperm ultrastructure is of the primitive type. |
