The development strategies and their practical implications observed in the use of the software are described. Objective: Apply and evaluate the contribution of the game in the learning process of fraction content for students with ADHD in the 6th and 7th grades of elementary school. Methodology or Steps: Presentation of the game to guidance counselors, teachers and parents of students; assessment of learning of fractions content; use of the game by students; reassessment of learning of the content. These are of great importance for group teaching-learning, in addition to assisting in the dissemination of knowledge and activities aimed at the transmission of knowledge. In the teacher's communication with Deaf students, the Libras translator and interpreter is the agent who plays the role of knowledge mediator, however, this specialist needs to overcome different challenges such as the lack of specific signs. Therefore, this research consisted in the development of a collaborative tool which had as main objective the qualification, interaction and support with lexical choices in the interpretative process of these professionals. A hybrid methodology was used in its development process based on common software engineering techniques and requirements specification. A qualitative, exploratory assessment was carried out, with descriptive analytical guidance, through semi-structured interviews. After analysis by 12 Libras experts, the evaluators considered the main results to be the help in improving knowledge and interaction of these professionals, cataloging and disseminating signs in regions of difficult access, enabling linguistic variation respecting regionalism, contributing to social and digital inclusion for the community, enabling the validation of signals, narrowing territorial barriers through the integration of translators and interpreters from different areas of expertise and professional experience. However, for someone with visual impairment it can mean something complex or even impossible to realize without the help of others. In order to overcome this barrier and enable the realization of the selection of products in an autonomous way by the visually impaired, the proposed system was developed. Using a microcontroller interconnected to a radio frequency sensor and an audio reproducer, an embedded system (coupled to a glove) was built, which together with a database query service made possible its implantation. Its use was evaluated by two groups of participants through the accomplishment of a case study set in a supermarket. The first group consisted only of visually impaired, while the second group was blind sighted participants, who were blindfolded to simulate newly acquired blindness. Search tools on the web, when used by elementary school children, can lead to a complex environment that hinders learning. Such an occurrence is due to the little familiarity of children in formulating questions related to what they need to learn and the difficulty in interpreting the results. Due to this difficulty, this work proposes a search engine that improves the search string considering what governs the Base Nacional Comum Curricular. To implement this mechanism, text mining is used, to improve the environment for children's learning. As a form of evaluation, elementary school students were used together with the collaboration of teachers with the same profile. Thus, it is possible to evaluate the use of the tool and conclude the occurrence of improvement in educational search results when using a tool that applies text mining techniques in a search engine.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Software educacional como ferramenta para o desenvolvimento motor fino em crianças com síndrome de Down(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2021-12-17) FERRAZ, Daniel de Oliveira; MERLIN, Bruno; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7336467549495208; HTTPS://ORCID.ORG/0000-0001-7327-9960; FÜLBER, Heleno; http://lattes.cnpq.br/5018616409948511Observing the social and educational context, and considering that children with down syndrome are being included in regular education in public and private schools, this work sought to identify and apply a tool that helps the teacher to work on improving fine motor movement of the student, aiming at a gain in the motor writing learning process. Thus, a tool was selected and a case study was applied to assess the possibilities of this gain. During the research, the considerations made by a psychopedagogue who followed the intervention process and evaluated the changes observed at the end of the process were used as an evaluation parameter. Thus, it was observed that the use of educational software as a teaching tool, enabled a gain in the development of motor coordination and a sense of laterality, leading to the conclusion that it can help in the literacy process of children with down syndrome.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Uso de redes de sensores sem fio no monitoramento do comportamento nictemeral do caranguejo-uçá (Ucides cordatus Linnaeus, 1763)(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2020-12-18) CARDOSO, Gracielly Costa Fontes; LEMOS, Marcus Vinicius de Sousa; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3407671588647224; FÜLBER, Heleno; http://lattes.cnpq.br/5018616409948511Wireless Sensor Networks (RSSF) have been applied in environments with dif erent contexts. One of the advantages of its use is low intrusion, made possible by remote monitoring that allows the observation of data without the need for invasion of the habitat of some species. In this article, we present the design and implementation of an RSSF that monitors environmental variables and the behavior of the uçá crab (Ucides cordatus). According to the results obtained in the study, it was identified that the WSN are suitable for collecting data in the mangrove ecosystem ef iciently. Such information can be used in decision-making by regulatory agencies that manage the management of this resource.
