Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Análise estrutural de concretos produzidos com resíduos de beneficiamento de placas de mármore e granito(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2019-05-06) BANDEIRA, Sandy Rebelo; MAGALHÃES, Edilson Marques; http://lattes.cnpq.br/1570353513360972The present work shows the feasibility of the use of cutting residues of marble and granite slabs in concrete production. The research was carried out in a series of stages, which comprised the collection of waste in the beneficiary companies, through the process of crushing, sieving of waste and production and breaking of specimens. The chemical analysis performed by x-ray fluorescence shows that the material meets the requirements of NBR 12653: 2015 for the concentration of aluminum, silicon and iron oxides, qualifying it as pozzolanic material. The results of axial compression showed that the mixtures produced with the substitution of aggregates meet the minimum requirements of NBR 6118: 2014 for application in structural elements subjected to moderate environmental aggression, class II. The traces were dosed following the instructions of the IPT / USP dosing method. 195 samples were produced, which were ruptured at 3, 7 and 28 days. Concrete was expected to reach at least 30 MPa at 28 days. The traces produced with the substitution of the aggregates presented smaller values than the reference trait. Regarding the absorption, it was observed that the traces with substitution of aggregates presented a slight increase in water consumption, which may explain the reduction in the indices of compressive strength.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Aplicabilidade da ferramenta PDCA no transporte logístico fluvial de hortifruti tomate(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2021-04-26) PEREIRA, Fabrício Souza; MAGALHÃES, Edilson Marques; http://lattes.cnpq.br/1570353513360972This work aims to apply the PDCA tool in the logistic process and storage of tomato hortifrúti, to investigate the main causes that affect the quality of the hortifrúti. The methodology applied to achieve the objective was developed from the bibliographic research, characterized through a field study, which went through the phases of direct observation of the facts in the transport process and the entire chain of the product storage quality process, with collection and analysis of the amount of hortifrúti. Thus, the objective of this work is to raise this index to 92%. The methodology applied for this approach is centered on the philosophy of lean production and quality tools, and for that, a survey of the main problems that negatively impact the main KPI will be carried out in each area or sector of the company, therefore, this research suggests a method for the implementation of lean production based on a macro view of how a company works with a micro control of KPI's. The results point to a main common problem, namely, the communication between the sectors of the company, and several smaller ones that with the support of the board and the application of continuous improvement in the processes, it was possible to raise the KPI to 92%, and which, currently, the company has a delivery rate of 99%.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Mapeamento de perdas no processo de manutenção de ar condicionado automotivo com uso da escala likert e lógica difusa(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2020-10-14) CAMPOS, Williams de Souza; MAGALHÃES, Edilson Marques; http://lattes.cnpq.br/1570353513360972The search for efficient management is one of the main concerns in companies. Therefore, eliminating losses in maintenance can be done at the time when there is another way to perform a task. The research design was an exploratory case study. The objective was to map the type of critical loss in an automotive maintenance process in the operation and process functions, evaluating the factors that influence this loss in the flow of materials and services. The methodology was divided into three phases. The first phase was data collection, using research instruments and quality tools. A second phase was to carry out the mapping in the workplace, tasks and losses in the operation and in the process, to identify and prioritize the critical variables influencing the identified losses. The third phase was to evaluate and evaluate the critical variables using the Likert scale and Fuzzy logic. The result of the mapping was the identification of the critical loss, classified as "waiting". The problem related to this loss is that the vehicles stopped at the workshop due to the lack of parts with a simple delivery time of 3 days. The rates of delay for delivery obtained in the evaluation of the Likert scale is 48.8% and in Fuzzy Logic it is 50%, such results prevented that the difference between the two methods is low, thus confirming the reality of the process.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Otimização do processo de estoque de uma empresa multinacional do polo industrial de Manaus utilizando a ferramneta de análise SWOT(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2022-04-28) LIMA, Marlen de Araújo; MAGALHÃES, Edilson Marques; http://lattes.cnpq.br/1570353513360972This work aims to use the SWOT matrix for the optimization of logistics processes, to achieve these objectives, qualitative analyzes were used through data collection according to the steps measured in this work. Constantly understanding the variables and implications of the business scenario leads us to propose a complete mapping of the current situation of the organization, raising the points of non-compliance that affect the business result. The organization's raw material stock, where the high rate of stopped material was identified through the SWOT methodology, Identifying loss indicators and proposing improvements to optimize this process in the organization leads us to understand that large organizations still do not apply a tool for analysis let their income fall, thus affecting profitability, as the stock of a manufacturing company represents about 80% of operating costs, so from this research we have as a result when analyzing data provided, that the stock of stopped material, without use and without control to meet customer demand represents about 5% of financial loss. In this way, we came to the conclusion that the SWOT analysis helped to optimize processes and implement continuous improvements that add gains to the organizationItem Acesso aberto (Open Access) Produção e implantação de uma base de testes: aplicação em testes de placas de computador e notebooks em uma fábrica na cidade de Manaus(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2019-05-06) FRAGATA NETO, Plácido Donato; MAGALHÃES, Edilson Marques; http://lattes.cnpq.br/1570353513360972The current factory scenario presents a problem with the very high cost of importing test bases for each model and line setup of the models.
