Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Análise do processo de logística (manipulação, armazenamento e exposição) para comercialização de hortifrutigranjeiros na feira livre Coronel Teixeira (Feira da Banana) no município de Manaus(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2019-05-07) OLIMPIO, Ericson dos Santos; SOUZA, José Antônio da Silva; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6157348947425968Transformations in space and in the world are known to arise from processes of production, development and commercialization in the places where they live. In this context, the fairs are considered sources of production, processing and tourism, so this research project was elaborated with the theme “Analyze the logistics process (handling, storage and exposure) for marketing of fruit and vegetables at the Banana Fair in Manaus”. Thus, the objective was to identify the preponderant legal factors that influence the marketing in the fair itself, seeking if these factors are attending the fair, to describe the process of transportation and storage of products destined to supply the fair and to propose actions of Improvements to better facilitate communication between supplier, marketer and end customer, having for this the creation of interactive application. It is possible to realize that there is a need to improve the formats and adequacy of transport used in the marketing process of products. It was also noticeable that due to inadequate transportation and poor road conditions, 30% of the produce is discarded due to the sensitivity of the products, resulting in a loss in marketers' revenue and a considerable loss in the entire production chair.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Aplicação da metodologia de troca rápida de ferramenta em faceadeira na produção seriada de eixos de transmissão(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2020-09-14) SILVA NETO, Milton Fernandes da; SOUZA, José Antônio da Silva; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6157348947425968Overall, market globalization impacts all segments of the modern world, with competitiveness among product and service providers being the most relevant impact. It is important to point out that what permeates this globalized process are: the exponential advances in the areas of technology and communication, which occur without proper monitoring in the workforce. Therefore, this study's premise is to understand how the improvement of processes in the machining process, through the modification of machine device optimization and industrial process automation, impacts the industry and the cost behavior in the result, envisaging investments in equipment. the most modern and strategic maintenance management.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Melhoria de processo de produção através da aplicação de métodos de ferramentas da qualidade em uma linha de confecção de uniformes industriais(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2020-09-14) COSTA, Roger Roberto Correa; SOUZA, José Antônio da Silva; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6157348947425968Institutions are subjected to the challenge of surviving in an increasingly competitive and demanding market, resulting from changes in the social, political, political and technological spheres, especially within the Covid-19 pandemic context. Quality appears, in this current scenario, as a timely and relevant theme. This research aimed to implement quality management methods in a line of confections of industrial uniforms to optimize processes. Aspiring to achieve the proposed objectives, a methodological choice was made through a quantitative and qualitative research, through a case study carried out in a company that manufactures uniforms at the Industrial Pole located in the city of Manaus-Amazonas. The survey involved eighteen employees and when asked about knowledge related to quality management, 22% demonstrated knowledge, to the detriment of 78%. About 83% of respondents consider the quality system to be efficient, while 17% disagree. Concerning the opening of the company to new ideas, 55% responded positively, while 45% do not feel at ease. Regarding the factors that cause bottlenecks in the process and rework, 50% reported that the finish does not meet the requirements, 33% reported a failure to insert the push button and 17% reported a failure in embroidery. The application of tools of quality helped to identify bottlenecks and analyze productivity. Solutions have been proposed to increase the efficiency and efficiency of the examined industry, especially in terms of after-sales.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Reaproveitamento de resíduos do processo siderúrgico do ferro gusa (escória de alto forno) na elaboração de argamassas não estruturais(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2021-05-12) ANJOS, Janne Caroline Silva dos; SOUZA, José Antônio da Silva; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6157348947425968In the mining activity, the waste generated is the result of metallurgical processes to which mineral substances are subjected. Such industrial residues can be used as raw material for the manufacture of civil construction materials. Thus, in an attempt to make acidic slag produced by blast furnaces viable, scientific research increasingly seeks to minimize the environmental impact caused by the accumulation of these residues, through the development of appropriate applications for them. Therefore, it was adopted as the object of this study, the residue from the pig iron producing industry, the blast furnace slag. Establishing a form of another option of aggregates that enables the production of mortars with characteristics compatible with conventional ones, without the need for high consumption of natural aggregates. The chemical characterization of the used blast furnace slag residue was provided by a mining company belonging to the SINOBRAS group, located in the industrial district, Marabá - PA. The characterization of the residue was carried out using the technique of X-ray diffraction (XRD), X-ray fluorescence (FRX), laser particle size analysis, among other indices that characterize it as a fine aggregate for mortar. For the production of mortars, traces of different percentages of materials and EAF residue in the proportions of 400g of (portland cement, sand and slag) were made. After the curing process, it was possible to analyze the specimens through physical tests: absorption by immersion, porosity and compressive strength test. The results showed that, in general, the mortars showed aix high increase in compressive strength in all specimens, especially for mixes 02 and 04, this increase was more accentuated, when compared to reference specimens, of this form, being analyzed and discussed by means of scanning electron microscopy.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Redução de custos e aumento da eficiência no tratamento de efluentes industriais: estudo de caso em uma empresa do seguimento de embalagens do polo industrial de Manaus – PIM(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2021-09-13) DAMASCENO, Priscila Bentes; Cunha, Edinaldo José de Sousa; http://lattes.cnpq.br/8714515962963079; SOUZA, José Antônio da Silva; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6157348947425968The corrugated cardboard packaging industries represent a high polluting capacity by using inks in their conventional manufacturing processes. In turn, the treatment of the effluent generated in these industries must be efficient, in order to promote the removal of the pollutants that make up the paints, preventing them from reaching the receiving bodies. Because, when incorporated into the water supply, they offered health risks. In order to mitigate these risks, the present work proposes to identify, through a diagnosis, to increase the efficiency of the current system adopted by the industrial effluent treatment station (ETEI) of a corrugated paper industry, with the purpose of increasing the quality of the final effluent, as well as reducing the cost inherent to the disposal of solid waste generated by the treatment (sludge). Structural physical interventions were carried out, such as the installation of access stairs and expansion and maintenance of tanks, collections at the inlet and outlet of the system for analysis of the physical-chemical characteristics of the raw and treated effluent. With the implementation of the system optimization proposal, there was an increase in the speed and daily treatment capacity, which allowed reducing the accumulation of raw effluent in the reservoir. The physical-chemical analyzes of the treated effluent showed that all the parameters studied, including the legally established DBO and DQO, were achieved with the treatment, making it possible to comply with the CONAMA resolutions 357/05, Art. 34 and CONAMA 430/11. In addition, there was, on average, a decrease from 71% to about 10% of the final sludge moisture and, consequently, a significant reduction in disposal costs.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Síntese e caracterização de geopolímeros, a partir de argila, caulim ferruginoso e cinzas volantes - classe c(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2021-08-12) PREZA, Carmen Raiza Aires Soares; SOUZA, José Antônio da Silva; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6157348947425968The high demand in the civil construction sector has caused a negative scenario for the environment. With this, researches arise with the objective of discovering sustainable alternatives to the existing technology, because, it is known that over the years, the concern with nature was significantly lost. With that in mind, the situation can be softened with some of the techniques that have been around for millennia and are still relevant. Studies on geopolymers are growing, especially in developed countries. The main application of this material, composed of minerals and industrial residues, is the replacement of Portalnd cement. Thus, this work aimed to produce geopolymers with superior physicochemical properties. The elaboration of geopolymers was directed from different concentrations of clay/flying ash and ferritic kaolin/flying ash. The raw materials were analyzed in natura and calcined at 600 ºC/2 hours and 800 ºC, using Xray diffraction, X-ray fluorescence and laser particle size analysis. The results showed that the raw materials are technologically viable for the study, due to their SiO2 and Al2O3 contents, being: 63.89% and 16.65% for clay; 38.57% and 36.85% for ferritic kaolin; and 42.53% and 16.40% for fly ash, respectively. The raw materials presented fine grain sizes, being more reactive. Geopolymers A3 (80% clay/20% fly ash) and C3 (80% kaolin/20% fly ash) showed the best results for compressive strength, 13.19 MPa and 31.22 MPa, in the 28th day, respectively. The values found are within the limits found for some Portland cements.
