Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Bullying, vitimização e agressividade juvenil: um estudo de caso(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2011-06) SILVA, Felipe Ribeiro; BARP, Wilson José; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6546508090587542This work present some discussions about aggressively youth, bullying e victimization theme in school of international and national context. It´s present a field research of the type selfreport about the theme in a public school of Belém-PA- Brazil. The work sought to evaluate the students’ view on the family care and if they suffer from domestic violence. We also raised the acts of violence and suffering, whether or not to carry weapons to school, beyond the perception of young people regarding their neighborhood residents an their possible reactions in situations of conflict or violence. The fieldwork was conducted between august to November 2010. It may be noted in the study results that bullying (although cases reduced) is present in virtually all series and the aggressiveness of youth is manifested in many ways found.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Justiça marginal: sociabilidades complexas subjacentes às práticas de linchamento(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2010-08-30) PAVÃO, Bruna H. Menezes; BARP, Wilson José; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6546508090587542The communication to follow results of the bibliographical research and field concerning the practical ones of lynching in Belém of Pará, in this aspect the first initiative was leaned over on the historiography of the act, that would supply support posterior problematization of the same while question of eminently social matrix. In this direction, after all the source of information harvested in such a way of books as of popular periodicals, we enter in the mined field of the lynchings, ideamos launching in them without mooring cables in the world of the people, places of where happen the modalities staggering of the wild use of the rude force, the social actors in this universe elaborate its proper forms of confrontation of the crime and at the same time of maintenance of communitarian social bows and for in such a way they launch hand in such a way of legal artifices as well for the illegality. The visualization of one form of sociability gestated for the fear and the violence the one that had been always submitted corroborates so that the answers violent crime is equally using itself of the rude force, the sociação between the innumerable known individuals or not, victims or same viewers of some form of crime are capable to stimulate the arbitrary decision to cut with a scythe the life of a criminal eventual contumacious person or, the ressignifica lynching if while modality of collective revenge is thus a form averse of popular application of justice, where visualize the violence as last resource the popular reach that it supplies to immediate reply a perpetrated trespass, the degree of belonging of the actors social authors of these crimes, some involved social representations, the absence of accountability of its participants, the belief of that had reacted to a cruel event. Thus, our sociological intuition directed in them for the understanding of the same having as starting point the places of where the same ones emanate and the social actors who supply to the lynchings conditions of existence and maintenance in the present time.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Violência e transgressão na periferia de Belém: sociabilidade e os arranjos criminosos no espaço de ocupação Riacho Doce(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2008) MARRA, Maria Lúcia Martins Pedrosa; BARP, Wilson José; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6546508090587542This study propose itself to investigate the context of the transgression and violence in the area of Occupation Riacho Doce and its implications in the social context. Onit, we search to demonstrate a series of arrangements that result in the multiple sociabilitie that favour criminal actions between local transgressors and Public Security Agents. Besides these precise aspects, the same displays some theoretical discussions about essential concepts to the comprehension of the violence phenomenon as all. Amongst them, poverty and social exclusion, stigma and fear, global risk society, urban violence, human rights, crime and power relations. Sticking out further, the historical trajectory of the Public Security Institutions, emphasizing to Brazilian and Pará Military Police and theirs respective characteristics, in intention to demonstrate that the conjunctions of all presented elements has favored a lucrative local commerce of drugs and consequently increased criminality with somepliceman participation that used to do practical illicit, local adolescent and criminals.
