The development strategies and their practical implications observed in the use of the software are described. Objective: Apply and evaluate the contribution of the game in the learning process of fraction content for students with ADHD in the 6th and 7th grades of elementary school. Methodology or Steps: Presentation of the game to guidance counselors, teachers and parents of students; assessment of learning of fractions content; use of the game by students; reassessment of learning of the content. Results: The possibility of using the game as a didactic alternative for teachers to teach fractions stands out, improving students learning of the content.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Definição e instanciação de um processo híbrido Scrum e RUP aderente ao ciclo PDCA(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2022-12-21) SILVA, Sabrina da; PEREIRA, Rodrigo Lisbôa; http://lattes.cnpq.br/0961152700140103; HTTPS://ORCID.ORG/0000-0001-5217-908X; PORTELA, Carlos dos Santos; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7707594869367480One of the main ways to deal with recurring problems in software projects is the adoption of process management frameworks. However, there are projects better suited to traditional methodologies and others to agile methodologies. Some companies have combined traditional and agile practices in hybrid project management models. In this context, this article presents an action research that resulted in the definition and instantiation of a hybrid process consisting of practices from the SCRUM and RUP frameworks in a real software development project. This process was evaluated through the peer review, proving to be satisfactory in following the premises of both frameworks, in project management and in meeting the Plan, Do, Check and Act (PDCA) cycle. Finally, the SWOT analysis of the process was carried out by the team that followed its activities in the target project of this research.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) GAIN: um guia para avaliação da interface de aplicativos para atividades físicas(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2023-01-19) FERREIRA, Josué Viana; SANTOS, Viviane Almeida dos; http://lattes.cnpq.br/1489376127395764; PORTELA, Carlos dos Santos; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7707594869367480During the period of the COVID-19 pandemic, several personal trainers recommended fitness mobile applications to their students so that they could perform physical activities at home. However, poorly designed interfaces may hinder users to perform their workouts properly. This article presents a guide that provides a set of recommendations so that the personal trainer can assess whether an application is suitable to assist practitioners in their training. Initially, usability evaluation methods were selected and applied to identify usability criteria that were the basis for the guide's recommendations. Subsequently, the persona of the personal trainer was identified, and the guide was evaluated based on the SWOT analysis. The result was the identification of ten recommendations that can be used both for users to evaluate their applications and for interface designers to develop apps that meet the particularities of this software category.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Um guia de requisitos de softwares educativos para mulheres(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2025-06-25) DIOGO, Carla Braga; SANTOS, Viviane Almeida dos; http://lattes.cnpq.br/1489376127395764Information and communication technologies (ICTs) have demonstrated a crucial role in enabling gender equality, and are also one of the goals of the United Nations (UN). This paper presents a guide of recommendations to guide developers in the process of specifying educational software for women, thus facilitating the gathering of requirements for this audience. The guide was created based on the Design Thinking approach and, through Empathy, used a technique based on Personas through a case study of self-employed women from the Tucuruí Lake Region. It is estimated that through the adoption of this guide there will be greater ease in defining requirements and incentive in the creation of educational applications for women.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Proposição de um software para monitoramento do desempenho da sustentabilidade em municípios paraenses(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2023-12-06) CAMACHO, Marcelo Santana; SOUZA, Marcela Alves de; http://lattes.cnpq.br/5948064802257396; HTTPS://ORCID.ORG/0000-0003-0241-1076; FARIAS, Fabricio de Souza; http://lattes.cnpq.br/1521079293982268; https://orcid.org/0000-0003-4344-6953Brazil is being demanded and challenged to improve its control and efficiency over environmental and social projects. In 2023, the UN confirmed that COP-30, scheduled for 2025, will be hosted in Belém-PA, attracting the attention of several heads of state to the Amazon, a region entangled in geopolitical and ideological discourses. To meet global expectations, local authorities will need to show that biodiversity is a wealth of life and ways of life. To achieve this, it will be necessary to identify and mitigate the challenges highlighted in the goals of the 2030 Agenda, above all, harmonizing the interests present in meeting the goals with local reality and expectations, as currently even Public Policies (PP) implemented at national level still cannot have the effective adhesion of local agents, thus hindering its effectiveness. In this sense, we understand that indicators are important instruments for planning and evaluating PP, in the context of Sustainable Development, these indicators are more complex because they deal with issues that go beyond the notion of locality and temporality, as social and environmental events cannot be measured. and treated as economic or organizational metrics. Therefore, a good sustainability indicator needs to be easy to implement, understand and incorporate into PP projects. In this context, the Sustainability Barometer (BS) is a very useful and versatile holistic indicator of sustainability, also being an indicator already applied in several studies conducted in the State of Pará and predominating in studies applied to settlements, companies, municipalities, etc. Furthermore, the BS has a pedagogical advantage, as it easily communicates the situation, being easy to interpret and analyze. For these reasons, the BS was implemented in software to serve as a tool in the process of generating sustainability levels by municipality and region. Finally, in this work an investigation was conducted that allowed the BS method to be applied in an automated way to the 144 municipalities in Pará. In the application, several variables from the environmental, economic and social dimensions were used, allowing us to determine that the State and its regions present an Intermediate level of sustainability, with the economic dimension being the most vulnerable. We also identified that the municipalities of Belém and Parauapebas presented the best performances, while Viseu and Cachoeira do Piriá presented the worst. The panorama demonstrates that the State needs to invest in PP instruments to improve urban planning, as population growth and the emergence of new unplanned housing areas lead to various human and environmental losses. On the other hand, urban growth ordered and guided by public authorities minimizes the number of sub-housings and eradicates social problems by improving access for the most vulnerable populations to goods and services, guaranteeing human and ecosystem well-being.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Realidade aumentada no auxílio da terapia de exposição: uma visão clínica(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2024-03-08) RODRIGUES, Jocenildo Abreu; FÜLBER, Heleno; http://lattes.cnpq.br/5018616409948511; MERLIN, Bruno; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7336467549495208; https://orcid.org/0000-0001-7327-9960Fear of animals and insects is a widespread condition that affects thousands of people around the world. The disease can be so severe that it interferes considerably with a person's daily life. This study aimed to examine the limitations and perspectives of clinical experts on the application of augmented reality (AR) in the treatment of phobias. The methodology used was action research, involving cooperation and participation between researchers and participants, enabling the analysis and resolution of problems in the clinical context. Information was collected through semi-structured interviews with therapists focused on specific phobias. Thematic analysis of the data revealed main and secondary themes, addressing clinical needs, software requirements, and feasibility of implementing AR in the treatment of phobias. Based on the identified requirements, augmented reality scenarios were created and the FobiAR mobile application was developed. The findings demonstrated that AR may be a promising alternative to conventional exposure therapy, offering a more immersive and controlled environment to patients. The FobiAR application received validation from the interviewed professionals, indicating potential for clinical application.
