Pedagogia em ambiente não-escolar: atuação do pedagogo no Tribunal de Justiça do Pará

This work is part of the research “The regulation of the pedagogy course and the work of pedagogues in the judiciary” and refers to the longing in focusing on recent theoretical constructions in the area of research in education in which the exercise of professional educator goes beyond the bonds of teaching and the resources of the enterprises or shares included in projects and programs, often with arrangements for formative nature, leisure and recreation. The brief remarks about the public education policies that regulate pedagogy courses and the consequent formation of institutions of higher education seek to establish a discussion about the transformations in work involving the pedagogy professional, focusing on the work of pedagogues in the Judiciary. We assume dialectical materialism as the main reference for our research and utilize the procedures typical of qualitative research.

Políticas públicas de formação para o trabalho de pessoas com deficiência: revisão bibliográfica

This article deals with a bibliographical review of the research theme of the doctoral dissertation "Public Policies of Training for the Work of Persons with Disabilities of the Government of the State of Pará". The objective is to analyze abstracts of dissertations and theses of the CAPES database, aimed at the professionalization of PcD. The methodology consists of bibliographic research. In the search carried out over the period from 2013 to 2016, with the descriptors: Work; Education; Deficiency and Professionalism were identified 9,498 dissertations and 3,932 theses, however, only 8 dissertations and 1 thesis were directly related to the topic. Results: of the 9 productions analyzed, 3 sought to research training programs and professionalization in SENAI and SENAC, 4 in the Federal Institutes and 2 in the Philanthropic Institutions. We identified that only 5 productions present studies directed to the public policies of the federal and state governments.

Privação de escolaridade: a situação do jovem em conflito com a lei e a escolarização

This article aims to reveal how are redefined the current educational policies for the young person who committed an offense and is serving a socio-educational and freedomdepriving sentence in a confinement unity. Through documentary research, we analyzed the official reports which reveal the promotion of schooling or non-schooling to these young people in the period serving the measure. Our theoretical and methodological reference is historicaldialectical materialism. Our conclusions indicate that the current model of rehabilitation has little effectiveness for the reintegration of the young person after the confinement period for the fulfillment of socio-educational measures.
