Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Acordo de pesca do Rio Caeté, Bragança, Pará: análise do processo de construção(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2024-03-25) TAVARES, Mayra Patrícia Corrêa; OLIVEIRA, Marcelo do Vale; http://lattes.cnpq.br/2841179890845657; https://orcid.org/0000-0001-6047-939X; BARBOZA, Roberta Sá Leitão; http://lattes.cnpq.br/9331256487699477; https://orcid.org/0000-0003-2367-553XThis research was developed from September 2019 to February 2023. The construction of this work was made by a bibliographic review about the theme: fishing agreements in the Amazon, use of common resource and territory, besides direct observation, semi structured interviews, use of participatory techniques (problem tree, participatory mapping, historical matrix) and analysis of collected data. According to demands of the riverside dweller communities on the Caeté River about improper fishing in the estuarine area and apprehension of fishing material, it was observed how the implementation process of the fishing agreement of Caeté River begun, such as it was analyzed several conflicts that occurred between the social actor in the space of the river that were narrated by the fishermen and community dwellers. Based on bibliographic research, the bragantina region is the first to develop a fishing agreement in the coastal region of Caeté, northeast of Pará. The fishing agreement of Caeté River is focused on at least 20 communities on the middle of Caeté River, situated on the bragantina coastal plain, northeast of Pará. The research aimed to comprehend the construction process of the fishing agreement of middle Caeté River in Bragança, Pará, analyzing the conflicts between the subject users of the space. By means of the collected data, it was determined that the conflicts of the local social groups with external fishermen and Public Bodies complicated the control and maintenance of fishing territories in the studied area. External and local fishermen introduced fishing practices that are considered “improper” by the communities as well as by environmental inspection agencies, causing several conflicts between them and the Municipal Inspection Agencies. Thus, it was possible to imply that the management rules locally established by the municipal secretariat of aquaculture and fishing of the city of Bragança together the fishermen showed an effective scenario in the maintenance of fishing stocks. Whereas that, it is noted that the agreement is an instrument of participative management, conditioning the access of a responsible way to natural resources of the estuarine where the traditional populations of the Caeté River live.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Análise dos índices de qualidade de vida amazônicos por meio de indicadores sociais(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2023-12-27) FARIAS, Ana Paula Vilhena; SERUFFO, Marcos Cesar da Rocha; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3794198610723464; https://orcid.org/0000-0002-8106-0560; PIRES, Yomara Pinheiro; http://lattes.cnpq.br/5304797342599931; https://orcid.org/0000-0001-7724-6082The Amazonian scenario is diverse, where ways of life, as well as its quality, are directly related to environmental and social interactions. From the analysis of the indicators used in the Amazon Social Progress Index and Pastoral da Criança and considering the high degree of subjectivity that comprises Quality of Life, it would be possible to develop a methodology to measure these indexes aimed at the Amazonian social sphere that address the quality of life? The objective is to understand the quality of life in Amazonian municipalities through indicators that portray developments based on social performances such as the Amazon Social Progress Index and the Pastoral da Criança. The data analysis methodology will be carried out in two ways: firstly through the Knowledge Discovery in Databases (KDD) process originating from data from Pastoral da Criança and the second will be based on the Systematic Mapping of the Social Progress Index (IPS) of the Amazon based on the PICOC methodology (P: population/patients; I: intervention; C: comparison/control; O: result; C: context). Research and databases, bibliographic review, study and selection of productions, characterization, study and monitoring in the field and comparative report between these were carried out. With regard to the results obtained, it is noted that IPS Amazônia, in its latest reports, did little to address the traditional peoples who inhabit the corresponding area, as well as the periodicity of its publications. Pastoral da Criança, on the other hand, does not operate in the environmental area and excludes other audiences from its support other than pregnant women, babies and children up to 6 years of age. It is noteworthy that both sources of research and QoL activities benefit, but do not completely meet the needs of the region, providing a basis to guide public policy planning and actions aimed at the Amazon.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Brinquedo encostado: lockdown e antropização no Terreiro de Mina Nagô de Iansã e Xangô em São Miguel do Guamá-PA(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2022-06-10) FONSECA, Daniel Xavier da; LEAL, Luiz Augusto Pinheiro; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7967678999713659Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) A experiência da solidão a partir do olhar de pessoas idosas do Programa Grupo de Educação na Terceira Idade(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2022-03-21) RIBEIRO, Simone Correia; ANJOS, Francisco Valdinei dos Santos; http://lattes.cnpq.br/5035093639365870; RAMOS, João Batista Santiago; http://lattes.cnpq.br/8078757512392983Based on the elements that contribute to the occurrence of the phenomenon of loneliness in the elderly, this research proposes a reflection on the experience of loneliness from the perspective of elderly people from the Grupo de Educação na Terceira Idade (GETI) Program. The study aims to investigate, based on the various dimensions of loneliness, the social/personal elements that cause the experience of loneliness among elderly people at GETI and, to achieve this objective, we carried out a study with a qualitative approach and the production of data was carried out at from the application of a previously structured interview script, whose questions were directed to the following categories: family life experience, network of social relationships and feeling of loneliness. For the analysis of the data produced, we used the content analysis method, which according to Bardin (2015) refers to a grouping of communication analysis techniques. This analysis technique allows the researcher to observe the different forms of communication that the interviewee emits during the interview. The research was carried out in the municipality of Castanhal, northeast of Pará, with elderly people from GETI, UFPA, Campus de Castanhal. The data were produced between November 2020 and May 2021, totaling 6 (six) subjects interviewed, 1 (one) man and 5 (five) women over 60 years of age. The investigation revealed that, due to the global/current pandemic scenario caused by SARS-CoV-2, the phenomenon of loneliness is more present and has presented itself in its most harmful version in the life of the elderly. Factors such as social distancing, the loss of loved ones and family members, in addition to anxiety, have had harmful impacts on the daily lives of the elderly. It is concluded that the construction of the data highlights the importance and the possibility of reflecting on the dimensions of the loneliness phenomenon in the life of the elderly, as well as on the importance of affective-social relationships in the routine of this public, as a way of providing them with support with the changes required by aging and, consequently, help in experiencing a better quality of life in old age. The importance of the role of public policies that govern the laws of the elderly and guarantee their rights is highlighted. It is important, however, to highlight that society needs to know and value these laws and treat the elderly as active and significant subjects, worthy of enjoying their rights and living in safety. Society, therefore, can provide the advancement of struggles for the rights of the elderly, for the dignity of aging and for compliance with the laws (BETTINELLI; PORTELLA, 2004).Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) A Igreja Católica e o movimento da renovação carismática no contexto do município de Castanhal(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2021-12-13) GAMA, Izael Nunes da; NASSAR, Sérgio Eduardo; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3066738195459439; RAMOS, João Batista Santiago; http://lattes.cnpq.br/8078757512392983This research investigated about the RCC and its relationship with the ICAR in the context of the Municipality of Castanhal, Pará. In the theoretical framework, we approach as a central axis that the ICAR, since its origins, has had the characteristic of having several movements or sacred territories that form a larger space and this is due to the organization of this institution. There are studies on RCC, however, these studies differ from our approach. It was found as a research question the question of how the arrival of the RCC in the municipality of Castanhal and how (happens) the relations between the ICAR and the RCC, as a general objective we have: to understand the relationship between the RCC and the ICAR in the municipality of Castanhal-PA, as well as in the specific objectives we seek to investigate: identify the view of the clergy in relation to RCC and describe in the view of RCC participants the view they have on the movement. The fact of the growth of the RCC and the space that this movement has occupied within the ICAR motivated us to investigate this theme. This study becomes relevant due to the Catholic and scientific community's need to know better the RCC and its importance for Catholicism, providing the overcoming of possible prejudices. In addition to the literature review, we used fieldwork with interviews with parish priests, diocesan bishop, leaders of the RCC and members of the movement in Castanhal to understand the phenomenon studied. In the results and discussions, we noticed by the clergy a rejection of the denomination of Pentecostal Catholics and a reaffirmation that the RCC is Catholic. Among the conclusions we realize that charismatics see themselves as more authentic Catholics after being part of the movement.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) “No meu sangue corre as águas desse mar”: o movimento do bloco Pretinhos do Mangue, Curuçá-PA, Amazônia(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2020-06-07) FERREIRA, Marcus dos Reis; FURTADO, Lourdes de Fátima Gonçalves; http://lattes.cnpq.br/1828475659148260; https://orcid.org/0000-0002-5243-4607; VILLACORTA, Gisela Macambira; http://lattes.cnpq.br/4673875521234184This research seeks to discuss about the idea of nature produced by the playful people from the “Pretinhos do Mangue” block, in Curuçá County-Region of the Salgado Paraense. To carry out this discussion, I start with the theoretical guidelines of Environmental History (ARNOLD, 2000; PÁDUA, 2010; WORSTER, 2015) and Anthropology (CSORDAS, 2008; INGOLD, 2015). And, in this perspective, ethnography was used as a way to experience the ways of dwell in the environment, which are present in the block parade, at Carnival (FABIAN, 2013; SALDI; WAGNER, 2013; PEIRANO, 2014; INGOLD, 2015). During this period, the interlocutors aim to present the main non-humans who inhabit the city environment, and, as well, to enunciate the day by day of the artisanal fisherman. And these perceptual experiences of the “salgado” from Pará are materialized through their allegories: the “Caranguejo”, the “Guará”, the “Ostra” and the “Barraca do Avoado”. However, it is the use of “mud” (“tijuco” and “tabatinga”) that has attracted the most attention from the “playful”, because for them the mud-in-body manifests the “ecological” experience and the idea of “nature preservation". In this context, the media began to publicize this experience with the mangrove swamp, which started to promote more and more tourists to participate in the block. With that, it is noticed that the playful-curuçaenses seek to take the life of the "salgado" paraense to their parade, in order to "show" this experience to "all" who visit the Curuçá Carnival. Thus, the mud of the mangrove swamp and the allegories are not simply accessories used by the playful-curuçaenses, since they present their ideas of nature, at the “Pretinhos do Mangue” parade.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Práticas corporais e tecnologias digitais, inovações e desafios para educação física(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2024-03-25) SANTOS, Lúcia Telma Souza dos; PIRES, Yomara Pinheiro; http://lattes.cnpq.br/5304797342599931; https://orcid.org/0000-0001-7724-6082Faced with the context of social isolation, caused by the Covid-19 Pandemic, a new routine is inserted in the social reality, and its interactions are mediated by technological equipment, whether for work or study. In view of the facts presented, bodily activities, whether school or non-school, undergo profound transformations, it is necessary to investigate how Physical Education has adapted to the pandemic context, how did school Physical Education classes happen? How were sports, recreational and health promotion practices carried out?In this sense, the research entitled "Body Practices and Digital Technologies, Innovations and Challenges for Physical Education" is a descriptive and documentary field research, with a qualitative and quantitative approach, developed in the municipality of Castanhal, where the pedagogical projects of the Physical Education training courses of the main Higher Education Institutions in the municipality were analyzed, in addition to the application of a Google Forms questionnaire with the active Physical Education teachers, with ties to the municipal government, which comprises two secretariats: Secretary of Education (SEMED) and Secretary of Sport and Leisure ( SEMEL); and the other Physical Education teachers with links in the main gyms in the municipality. The main objective of the study was to observe the use of digital technologies and the difficulties faced by Physical Education teachers in the context of the Covid-19 pandemic; in addition to analyzing whether they obtained initial training that supports the use of technologies. The data comes from information collected from the SEMEL and SEMED secretariats, Physical Education teachers and gyms, using structured questionnaires prepared using the Google Forms tool and sent electronically. The data was analyzed and correlated quantitatively using spreadsheets to quantify the frequency of the data and draw up graphs. Thus, it concludes that when analyzing the pedagogical project of the HEIs in the municipality that offer the Physical Education training course, their curricular matrices have only one subject with a technology approach; The main adaptation was mediation by technological tools, such as: internet, camera, smartphones, electronic forms, digital platforms, Facebook and WhatsApp, among others; Regarding the difficulties faced by this group, professional unpreparedness stands out.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Profissionais de apoio escolar na educação especial: um estudo de caso no município de Castanhal-PA(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2022-03-14) CRUZ, Cleidinei Santos Everton; PIRES, Yomara Pinheiro; http://lattes.cnpq.br/5304797342599931The right of People with Disabilities to access education in regular education classes is an achievement resulting from the struggle of these subjects, supported by family members and social movements, which through various legal frameworks achieved in national legislation, regulations to ensure their education in an inclusive perspective. In this scenario, this descriptive case study, of qualitative nature, aims to analyze Law no. 005/2018 of the municipality of Castanhal, which created public positions of caregiver and school support. The analyses were performed from the discussions based on the study of the referred law, national laws, the participants' speech and national theoretical references such as: Mendes 2010 and Mazzota 2011, as well as, research in the area conducted by Cappeline and Rodrigues 2014; Carvalho 2016; Portalette 2017; Kassar and Rebelo 2018; and Lopes 2019. The data collection instrument used was structured questionnaires with open and closed questions. After systematizing and organizing the answers in specific software, word clouds were generated for discussions and the elaboration of thematic axes. Among the results, it was verified that even though the creation of the positions is legally grounded, they extrapolate attributions and guidelines pertinent to the inclusion of students, accentuating exclusions and making the teaching work more precarious and that, even though there were explanations about the gaps generated by the legislation being prepared by specialists in the area, public entities that should act for the common good did not take a position in view of solving them before the final document was approved. Thus, it was concluded that there are still many misunderstandings and mistakes in the description of national legislation for inclusive education, which allow the reading and interpretation by managers and public agents according to their interests and understandings, which can be established in damages to those involved in the educational process.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) (R)existência e etnopatrimonialidades do Quilombo das Criolas nas tramóias do tempo(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2025-03-28) SILVA, Wanderlan Montão da; LOPES, Paulo Roberto do Canto; http://lattes.cnpq.br/2039723060755142Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Raspadeiras de mandioca: a mulher na produção da farinha de mandioca, na Vila de São Jorge / Igarapé-Açú / PA(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2022-04-21) RABELO, Simone Conceição de Moura; FERNANDES, José Guilherme dos Santos; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7023812449790431; https://orcid.org/0000-0001-9946-4961This paper is the result of research on women in the traditional production of manioc flour, with emphasis on the scraping of cassava, an activity carried out primarily by women. The singularity of the role of these women who live this experience aroused the interest to investigate this theme. This is a qualitative study (MINAYO, 2001), guided by field research (LAKATOS; MARCONI, 2003). Investigation mobilized by the following question: What is the importance and relevance of the role of women cassava scrapers in the exercise of their skills and knowledge? We have as a general objective: to investigate the work of women scrapers of cassava in Vila de São Jorge, Igarapé-Açu - Pará, identifying their profile; working conditions; the implications and inferences of the work of these subjects in the community. We dialogued with concepts and authors such as: Decoloniality (MIGNOLO, 2017), Woman (BEAUVOIR, 1967), Anthropy (FERNANDES; RAMOS, 2020). Our locus is the Vila de São Jorge, municipality of Igarapé-Açú, Northeast Paraense. The production of data was carried out via the following instruments: semi-structured interviews based on life stories, field notebook, visits to the production spaces, and image records. Six (6) women were interviewed, between 21 and 60 years old, based on the following criteria: being a woman manioc scraper, having this activity as the main source of income. The result of the investigation points to the expansion of the academic debate on knowledge and traditional practices, elucidating the relationships established in the production space, the protagonism, the resistance of women in their trade. The urgent need for public policies aimed at this female audience, especially for cassava scrapers.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Os usos da medicina tradicional na pandemia de Covid-19 em São Caetano de Odivelas-PA(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2022-12-29) SILVA, Gisele Maria Cardoso da; BARBOSA, Wagner Luiz Ramos; http://lattes.cnpq.br/1372405563294070; https://orcid.org/0000-0002-2421-8245; FERNANDES, José Guilherme dos Santos; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7023812449790431; https://orcid.org/0000-0001-9946-4961In the context of the covid-19 pandemic local communities located far from capital cities suffered from a saturated health system and difficulties in getting medical care, resorting to their ancestral knowledge of nature to stay healthy and treat the symptoms of the disease. This study aimed to understand the use of traditional medicine in times of the covid-19 pandemic in the city of São Caetano de Odivelas. This is a qualitative descriptive and quantitative study in which applied ethnographic methods and instruments were used for data collection such as participant observation, oral interviews, field diary, recordings and photographic records. It was observed that the municipality suffered the impacts of the covid-19 pandemic and created strategies for its confrontation from the implementation of new services and medical protocols. Traditional medicine from traditional health practices were used by 110 (87.3%) Odivelenses residents for prevention and cure of covid-19, mainly in the form of teas, syrups and juices. Lemon (Cittrus limon) was the most frequently used medicinal plant, in the preparations of home remedies for the disease, 71.3% and the belief in faith constituted the fundamental ingredient for the success of the therapy applied in 78.6% of the people. Thus, it was shown that traditional medicine was used during the covid- 19 pandemic by the population of São Caetano de Odivelas as an important element to complement the established medical therapy, contributing to the maintenance of memory, cultural identity and increasing the sense of local belonging.
