Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Planejamento em saúde: interação entre gestores & usuários no HPSM Mário Pinotti(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2011-06-20) SILVA, Tatiane Sousa; ACEVEDO MARIN, Rosa Elizabeth; http://lattes.cnpq.br/0087693866786684Make plans in the area of health is not an issue that is confined to a single disciplinary matrix. To treat it is necessary to look at different areas of knowledge from a "transdisciplinary" perspective. In this research I will try to understand and assimilate new forms of management in health for HPSM Mario Pinotti (Belém-Pará) that it's not in its essence, merely representing a capitulation to a difficult economic situation, or in other words, succumbing before the current difficulties of the problems arising from a modern society with interests such as multiple than their actors. We started from need for proximity between people, in the context of the humanization of the relationship of research requires an attitude of valuing life above any structural process and / or technical-scientific. For this reason we chose as the main reference to Bourdieu's ethnographic research in an environment micro political from the perspective of establishing a comprehensive relationship with social actors acting. This methodological approach is fundamental to understanding the proposed object, which can hardly be made from the choice of simplified procedures like punctual interviews. What is abstracted from the results of this research is that there is a yearning on the part of managers and professionals in adapting to the demands to the hospital capacity of the hospital and not vice versa. However, there must be a balance between both that the proposed design achieves the goal that is the sort of financial and human resources with maximum efficiency possible. Policies and strategies must be considered under the aegis of a participatory planning by promoting a dialogue between those who depend on the system and work in / for the system.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Saúde mental: a roda viva da política pública do estado do Pará(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2012-09-14) MOTA, Josie Pereira da; MATHIS, Adriana de Azevedo; http://lattes.cnpq.br/4097998262711403Over the past decades several countries, including Brazil have implemented policies for mental health care, based on the common central element of change in care from hospital to the community, aiming at continuity of care and comprehensive care, a process is usually called Psychiatric Reform. Trying to understand "What is the model of care applied in Pará between 2007 and 2010, the traditional mental hospital or psychiatric reform and what policy outcomes in terms of effectiveness?". This survey was conducted from a literature review on psychiatric reform processes in various countries in Europe, Latin America without losing sight of the specificities of Brazil and Para an analysis of the role of the state, social policies, among them the public policy of Health and Health System in addition to document analysis and interviews with the performers policies. As results were observed advances in mental health policy between 2007 and 2010, such as increased (96%) in the number of services, albeit with the effectiveness questioned by both management and the social movement, and establishing a communication channel between management and social movement through management councils, internal ombudsmen and various training events. On the other hand, the structural problems persist, according to the analysis performed are related to the political and economic context experienced by Brazil's deepening social inequality and denial of social, economic, cultural and environmental rights established in the 1988 Constitution. It is evident, therefore, the consolidation of the neoliberal globalization process, with actions aimed at economic stability and targeting of social policies. As an alternative to this situation the author presents the view that SUS is a system under construction and that the challenge posed in the present situation which has the aim of overcoming deep social inequalities through a mass movement to incorporate the proposals for overcoming the crisis and move into concrete proposals.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Trabalhadores nos canteiros de obras da UHE Belo Monte-Altamira: condições de saúde e políticas públicas(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2014-03-12) CONCEIÇÃO, Tânia Sena; ACEVEDO MARIN, Rosa Elizabeth; http://lattes.cnpq.br/0087693866786684The construction of the Hydroelectric Plant of Belo Monte (HEP) on the Xingu River in Altamira in the state of Pará, in the Amazon, has been the subject of great controversy and debates on various social, institutional and media spaces due to the complexity the impacts that work brings to society, the environment, indigenous peoples, fisherfolk and riparians, resulting in several lawsuits, but also strikes and workers' claim wage improvements, work conditions and health.
