Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Aplicação do indicador overall equipment effectiveness (oee) para análise do desempenho global da capacidade produtiva de uma indústria madeireira(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2019-05) SILVA, Adauto Correa da; OLIVEIRA, Kleber Bittencourt; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3202890124751363The industrial capacity of companies has been increasingly required with the competitiveness of capital-intensive companies. Many indicators have been used to measure productivity in the manufacturing industries, as the OEE (Overall Equipment effectiveness), in the national literature referred to as "Eficácia Global de Equipamentos", the indicator analyse 3 parameters (availability, performance and quality), giving support to make decisions in all sectors of the production chain. With this, a bibliographic survey was made to identify the limitations of the research and identify the variables and data that would be collected in the three parameters of the indicator. The research also discussed the application of the indicator in a timber industry, explaining all its points of application, as well as collecting and analyzing the data, identifying bottlenecks in the productive process in any sector of the production chain. The research concludes with proposed solutions to the identified problems, including problems from outside the manufacturing sector, proving the overall breadth of the indicator.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Lógica fuzzy aplicada nas medidas de apoio à tomada de decisões do sistema de gerenciamento de produção de embalagens plásticas(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2019-06-05) SANTOS, Maycon Bentes dos; NASCIMENTO, Manoel Henrique Reis; http://lattes.cnpq.br/0850846128967798Currently the automation through decision support systems, plays a fundamental role in the productive chain, from small to large companies, the present study proposes a fuzzy inference model, in the support in the decision measures of the production management system of plastic packaging factory. Analyzing the distinctions of forceful form of each step that end up influencing in the process, and aiming to adapt to the requests of the clients. Using as principle for the proposed system the adequacy of shifts using the maximum output that the factory has. MatLab software was used to treat the data, thus adjusting the variables, which were selected due to their degree of influence in the cycle because they are variables that determine the order of the product's manufacturing, they are: delivery period, quantity required, process production and the number of shifts that will be required to produce a given product, observing with the use of this tool an improvement in the management of shifts, which reduced unnecessary costs and a good understanding in the production cycle in relation to the characteristics of the orders.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Proposta de metodologia de otimização para o controle de estoque de uma empresa do segmento eletrônico(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2020-10-14) OLIVEIRA, David Felipe Santos; LEITE, Jandecy Cabral; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7279183940171317Inventory control management is considered a fundamental tool for the management of a company, since it allows processes to be managed efficiently. With fewer resources and more savings. The present study aims to: identify and model the inventory control processes that already exist in the company, analyze the inventory that already exists in the company, describe the methodology for inventory control and propose actions of the methodology that allow the corrections of inventory activities already identified. Therefore, propose a methodology for optimizing stock control that is able to define how much and when to buy the products. Aiming at the development of this dissertation, the execution of the work was divided into the following four stages: data collection, process mapping, analysis of improvement opportunities and implementation of improvement proposals. The implementation of the methodology produced a decrease of 30% in the problems of non-attendance. Resulting in positive factors such as lean inventory, efficient customer service, increased capital turnover and increased company profits.
