“Bandido bom é bandido morto”? análise do discurso crítica aplicada a reações sobre chacinas publicadas pelo jornal Diário Online em sua página no Facebook
(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2020-06) LEITE, Vivianne Carolina Oliveira de Sousa; ALENCAR, Breno Rodrigo de Oliveira
This paper presents the results of research on the reactions of Internet users to the news of violence on social networks, in particular those related to the massacres of Belém (2014), Tapanã (2018) and Guamá (2019) that took place in the city of Belém and published by the newspaper Diário Online (DOL) on its Facebook page. Through it, we seek to identify patterns of reaction to headlines; analyze the intentionality of the headlines in the Diário Online newspaper; and interpret the social meanings around reactions of users of social networks on the phenomenon of urban violence in the city of Belém. To achieve these goals, we used Critical Discourse Analysis as a methodology for analyzing Internet users' reactions to the headlines about massacres published by the Diário Online newspaper on their Facebook page between the years 2016, 2017, 2018, and 2019.

In post-modernity, information and knowledge are produced and disseminated through technologies, especially the internet and digital media. Students and teachers have in their hands resources that allow open access to knowledge, which inspires changes and constant inventions in the field of education. In the Internet social networks, profiles are being created to explain materials and/or study routines, in order to share experiences, inspire others and disseminate and discuss relevant topics, known as Studygams. In this sense, the objective of this study was to identify trends and contributions of Studygrams to the teaching and learning of Science and Biology, in the view of a panel of Studygrammers who produce and publish content related to Biological Sciences in Brazil. The work was developed from a qualitative approach, with elements of netnographic research such as participant observation and online fieldwork. The results showed that Studygrams have the potential to explore and develop skills and abilities in both those who post and those who access the content. It is understood that this new practice of teaching and learning in informal spaces has aroused attitudes of entrepreneurship, autonomy, organization, interaction and creativity, which allow the fixation of contents, interdisciplinarity, contextualization and training for citizenship.

This thesis aims to discuss the teaching of history using the education in heritage tool, with a new language form of social networks such as Instagram. Therefore, the relationship in Insta-gram is problematized with a question: is possible to promote topics of teaching and teaching-learning practices that aim at the conservation and recording of historical and cultural heritage making memories spaces? Aiming to answer this question we use critical bibliographical data, which was analyzed during the research, about many different fields such as Information tech-nology, and communication, and build a historiographic discussion using the locus of research in Bragança (Brazil, Pará). The Marujada of Benedict the Moor (Benedetto da San Fratello) a cultural manifestation is a specific focus point that is used in teaching local history. Also, it had collaborative research using a teaching schedule of middle school (7th grade) students at Mário Queiroz do Rosário, this gave us searchability about the history teaching in the school curricu-lum of history subject, in this case, the elements of cultural and historical local heritage has the biggest potential into the classes because the students come from near of history subject, in turn to this the teachers should use new methods and tools, as a technological tool of social networks as advisement, valorization, and preservation tool from the cultural heritage of the city.

Gestão Integrada das Águas em Rondônia
(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2010-10-30) ZUFFO, Cátia Eliza; ABREU, Francisco de Assis Matos de; http://lattes.cnpq.br/9626349043103626; 9626349043103626
The situation of waters in Rondônia, the challenges for their management and, notably, for the social mobilization in their defense are the main focus of this thesis which was presented to the Geology and Geochemistry Post Graduation Program, of the Federal University of Pará, PPGG/UFPA. In tune with the Research Line in “ Hydric Resources Management”, from PPGG, the main objectives of the research were meant to: follow, register and analyze the process the policies implementation process and the system of management of hydric resources of Rondônia; contribute for the advance of this process through the accomplishment of studies on hydrogeology, underground and superficial water quality; put into practice some of the main pressupositions in water management in Brazil, at present time, which are the planning for hydrographic basin and the environmental education. The research was carried through based on the following hypothesis: the integrated water management in Rondônia, just like other states in the Amazon, is in a deficient or nonexisting situation idue to structural problems in the federative units administrative arrangement; the lack of management tools foreseen by Hydric Resource National Policies; the abundance and wastefulness culture; and, still, the execution of anthropic actions without the necessary research endorsement or consistent Waters data analysis, in their varied occurrence forms. Among the ways to go through the current situation are: management tool application by hydrographic basins, basin plan formulation and social mobilization valuation, getting to the constitution of collegiates, such as the hydrographic basin committees, important fori for debates in order to provide conditions to support sustainable regional development, what make it evident that integrated waters management depends on technical-scientific knowledge, administrative structure, compatible legislation and society mobilization to take good care of them. The employed methodology embodied studies and action focusing the physical environment, socioeconomic aspect of land use, underground and superficial waters, allied to the hidrographic basin planning application experience – hydric resource management unit – and GESTÃO INTEGRADA DAS ÁGUAS EM RONDÔNIA 5 Catia Eliza Zuffo -2010- Tese de Doutorado (PPGG-UFPA) environmental education as na instrument of social mobilization, through the Alive Acqua Viva Rede UNIR - for Waters of Rondônia, searching to contribute for the integrated management of Rondonian waters. The development of this work allowed the balance on the current state of knowledge on distinct subjects, even theough they are complementary among themselves. The format chosen to present the thesis studies, actions and results was the preparation and submission of articles to recognized technical-scientific diffusion means, according to the following arrangement: In articles 1 and 2, aspects linked to underground waters are approached: 1) RONDÔNIA’S HYDROGEOLOGIC NATURE AND ITS RELATIONS WITH SIAGAS DATA BASE (Zuffo et al. submitted to the on-line magazine Pesquisas em Geociências from UFRGS); 2) UNDERGROUND WATERS QUALITY CHARACTERIZATION IN RONDÔNIA (Zuffo et al. submitted to the on-line magazine of the Institute Geológico - SP); In articles 3 and 4 aspects linked to superficial waters are presented: 3) SUPERFICIAL WATERS QUALITY CHARACTERIZATION IN RONDÔNIA (Zuffo et al. submitted to the on-line magazine Yearbook of the Institute of Geociências of UFRJ); 4) PLANNING AND ENVIRONMENTAL ZONING OF THE TAPADO IGARAPÉ BASIN - RONDÔNIA: a contribution to its management (Catia Eliza Zuffo & Francisco de Assis Matos de Abreu - scientific article accepted for publication in a book of the Master’s Degree Program in Geography at UNIR). Waters management and environmental education are the focus of articles 5 and 6: 5) SHARED WATERS MANAGEMENT RONDÔNIA: action and proposals for the formation of the Hydrographic Basin Committees (Catia Eliza Zuffo & Francisco de Assis Matos de Abreu - submitted to Formação – Electronic, magazine of the Post-Graduation Program in Geography of the FCT-UNESP Presidente Prudente). 6) NEVIRONMENTAL DUCATION AND WATERS MANAGEMENT IN RONDÔNIA: performance of ACQUA VIVA REDE UNIR (Catia Eliza Zuffo & Francisco de Assis Matos de Abreu - Submitted the Remea - Electronic magazine of the Mater’sw degree em Environmental Education of FURG). So, these articles compose an integrated whole, each one of them, individually, is presented in a complete form, comprising materials and methods which were used, as well as the results, discussions and bibliographical references. Thus, the constant results in these articles bring subsidies meant to improve the Waters management in Rondônia and to promote development in effectively sustainable bases.

This work aims to understand the relationship between image and memory in the universe of Instagram. For this, we first checked the universe image and its interaction with the individual, dialoguing with the modifications as its constitution from the development of technology, especially mobile devices like Smartphone’s and tablets, the primary means by which one can use the Instagram. With that, he stressed the relationship of individuals to network with actors who work in areas of interconnection, however, we find a referral to an individualized relationship with other social actors, where the groups are assembled self -referential form and thereby, relations become more fluid and less face. Thus, the memory from the relationship with the image, in particular, those which are derived from technological aids such as, photography is also affected, as which corresponds to a construction of collective memory, since the act recalled through the photographic image is marked by this type of relationship, the group sitting around the image to reminisce. At the present moment, when the image becomes digital and instantaneous, this relationship is lost and the group passes lead to the individual, then the posting and sharing, and instead of building a collective memory, the expectation is to be enjoyed and commented. To check this scenario presented above, we attempted to use as a methodological resource Collective Subject Discourse, prepared by Fernando Lefrèvre and Ana Maria Cavalcanti Lefrèvre and is beginning to build a personal narrative from speeches of a collectivity, extract elements anchoring and development of a central theme that permeates every speech and from that, draws up a line only, as if all became one. But also research highlights the issue of the phenomenon of memory from the image, has as a methodological approach to phenomenology, in particular Merleau-Ponty, as is the construction of an imaginary from the experiences. The relevance of this work is to see that there is a relationship between individuals who transcends the issue of the device and Instagram manifests as support that assists the individual to explore their creativity in the form of images.

Interações entre pré-escolares: possibilidades de análises
(2003-12) LOPES, Lene Wilma Rodrigues; MAGALHÃES, Celina Maria Colino; IZAR, Patrícia
The study aimed to construct the network of social relations among pre-school students and evaluate the methods used for the collection and analysis of data. The study involved seventeen children from a private school in Belém, Pará. The data were collected using sociometric tests and behavioral observations. Group structure was analyzed through the network of social relations, constructed by the Minimum Spanning Trees (Graphs Theory). The results demonstrated preferences for different partners when comparing sociometric tests and interactive behavior. The two measures were considered complementary. The results support the use of Graphs Theory as a means of analyzing a social phenomenon both quantitatively and qualitatively.

Interpersonal factors of human social networks
(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2014-08-29) SILVA JÚNIOR, Mauro Dias; DUNBAR, Robin Ian MacDonald; BRITO, Regina Célia Souza; http://lattes.cnpq.br/5576436464955236
According to the Social Brain Hypothesis (S.B. H.), social networks are a specific level of analysis of social behavior in which the individual on spot has a set of social contacts, with whom he/she interacts regularly and consistently, and with whom he/she exchanges personal information. Although, H.C.S. and other theoretical perspectives are engaged to investigate a similar set of variables on social networks, this similarity did not lead to a consensus on the definition of this term. Given this theoretical and methodological diversity, we conducted three studies in order to elucidate this phenomenon, since the available instruments can so far not be accurate enough to define it accurately. Thus, we discuss and propose that these variables can be understood as three types of interpersonal factors (factors of the Ego, the Alter, and Context). The presence/ absence of each of these categories produces a unique setting in social networks, which, however, it seems to have a common bias on the peculiar way humans to bond and establish interpersonal relationships. This underlying nature is considered human psychology, or the "Ego", an unconscious agent who actively choose their social contacts and decide how to invest his/her time and bonding. This "Ego" has a neural basis, particularly the neocortex, whose volume is correlated with the size of human and non-human social groups. We also examined how the "Ego" shows a distinct preference for maternal relatives over other types of relatives. This preference changes according to individuals’ lifespan, but on the other hand was less sensitive to cultural aspects. Finally, we found that the higher/lower frequency of relatives and friends in social networks depends on the order in which thexii section of each social group is presented in the questionnaires. Furthermore, the listing order in which participants described their social contacts depended on the emotional closeness to each social contact. We concluded that methodological decisions can affect the way we define the networks size and composition, and therefore, improvements are required to define the concept of social networks more accurately. The set of results was interpreted according to the S.B.H. and the Evolutionary Psychology, which both understand this psychological agent as a product of evolution, which interacts with the current environment, the features that were selected in the evolutionary past of our species.

(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2017-12) GAMEIRO, Ian Pimentel; GUIMARÃES FILHO, Gilberto
Objective: This research aims to answer how the graduate studies in Law network is structured in Brazil, as well as which programs of this network have the higher capacity to influence the others. Methodology: The guideline used in this research is the “absorption of egresses of a program by the others”. This study has only contemplated the professors who are permanent members of the 94 stricto sensu graduate programs in law, that have been operating until 2016, and whose evaluation area is Law. The data have been collected from Sucupira platform and the method chosen was the Social Network Analysis (SNA), with the Ucinet 6.528 and NetDraw 2.141 software. Results: The network of graduate studies in Law in Brazil proved to be irregular and unevenly distributed throughout the country: not too dense, strongly oriented to the South and Southeast areas of the country, and quite regionalized. The program which has the strongest capacity of influence is held by PUC-SP. Conclusion: The structural characteristics of the network allow us to understand some of the factors that constrain the quality of Brazilian legal education as a whole, such as the lack of formation offered in some member states or the low exchange of talents among programs.

The present study aimed to comprehend the science communication strategies articulated by the Emílio Goeldi Museum in Pará (MPEG) on their social network profiles on Twitter, Facebook and Youtube. In that sense, a short path about the history of the museum was made, in the context of the institutionalization of science in Amazonia, its moviment that was woven in nets until it formed itself into an amazonic subject, and its presence on online and offline environments. With the support from latin american cultural studies, the research begins in the theory of double epistemological rupture propounded by Santos (1989) and on the interactions as parts of the communicative process that offers the creation of “something new”, as presented by Braga (2012). The methodological support pointed on a dialogue between the quantitative and the qualitative, through the analysis of the content and the virtual etnography. During the data collection, an imersion on the profiles from the museum on social media was made, in order to comprehend its articulations when approaching Science, Technology and Inovation, in addition to its path on each analyzed space, during three distinct periods (different for each social media). The results show that to speak or write about science is the essence of MPEG, either on text or video; Amazonia is frequently presented as the speech place of the Museum; the amount of interactions is bigger in the strategies that involve image or video; on posts or tweets MPEG simultaneously articulates very well the use of more than one strategy; the more the Museum appropriates the complexity of each social media, the more the followers interact on the publications. As a conclusion, is clear that in this environment the communication processes are also interrupted many times, and that some movements started by MPEG on social media interfere directly or indirectly on its processes on an offline environment.

The objective is to analyze how the museological institution interacts through on-line social networks with its public and how the responsible agents understand this communication process taking into account the social function of museums and the need to promote dialogue with society. To accomplish this reflection, it investigates the Museum of the Federal University of Pará (MUFPA), situated in Belém (PA). As theoretical foundation, it is used the reflections made from literature relating to the Communication (BRAGA; FRANÇA; MARTINO; RECUERO) and the Museology field (CARVALHO; CURY; GUARNIERI; MUCHACHO; SCHEINER). As methodological procedures for data collection, two main techniques are highlighted: the direct observation unsystematic and systematic of social networks Facebook and Instagram appropriated by the Museum of UFPA and interviews from semi-structured scripts with the subjects involved in the production and circulation of the content published in the virtual environments connected to MUFPA. It concludes that the way MUFPA makes use of the studied on-line environments provides expansion and strengthening of the local social ties established virtually, through the practice of posts whose contents portray regional aspects and scenes of the day-by-day of the museum. The maintenance of this practice may provide that the links established in cyberspace are scaled to the physical space of the museum, with potential to reframe the dynamics of presential visitation of the museum circuit in the city of Belém. Analyze the museum as an object allows an extension of the perspectives of Communication and Museology area, and points the necessity for further research that investigate more broadly the museological institutions as a medium, for example, the communication in the experience of the visit to the museum, the dynamic and the museums and its diferente public, among other possibilities.

In the presented research, we discuss the types of self-exposing and the seeking for refuge through the LGBTI community interactions in the secret Facebook group Lana Del Ray Vevo. The point of the group’s creation in 2013 was only to produce content for its homonymous page on Facebook. Nowadays, after reaching almost one million members, the LDRV conquered unprecedented popularity in its host social network. The group has been a strong LGBTI community representativeness ally, since the most of its members are part of that community. It was a favorable environment for the testimonies and sharing of experiences, in light of the community demands for listening and hosting. The research dialogues with Goffman (1985), Giddens (2002), Papacharissi (2011) and Sibilia (2004) in order to understand the self-representations in this social network environment and in the LDRV group, as well as Queré (1991) and France (2004) to understand the guiding principles of group interactions. The boundaries fluidity and the interpenetrations between the public, the private and the relations that are established as well as the interactions intimacy occurred in the virtual environment, are discussed based on Winocur (2011, 2012) and Arfuch (2010), while the social roles played in the group and the relationships that are established in the internet social networks are observed from Recuero (2009). For more, Ricoeur (2014) allows us to understand the self-image construction. From the methodological point of view, the research has clipping posts showing testimonies about the "coming out" time of the LDRV members, using the formulations of Sedgwick (2007) to understand about the "epistemology of the coming out" allied with a recent subject research as Silva Filho (2012), Reis (2017) and Serejo (2018) to set the context that permeates the research. Resorting the netnography, as proposed by Kozinets (2014), the research analyzes the posts, combining it with semi structured interviews with members of the LGBTI community, authors of the selected posts. It intends to understand why the LDRV has become, among of the everyday trivialities shared in the group, an environment in which the participants expose personal, private and intimate life, in the desire to be hosted and get attention.

Data were obtained from the application of the Biosociciodemographic Inventory (ISD), authored by the Developmental Ecology Laboratory (PPGTPC-UFPA) and adapted by the researcher, which characterizes the sample and the Personal Networks Analysis Questionnaire, prepared by the Social Networks Analysis Research Group of the Development Ecology Laboratory of PPGTPC-UFPA, with which data were collected from social networks. The data were treated by descriptive and inferential statistics through the statistical packages SPSS version 20.0 © for Windows, Minitab version 17.0 application and the social network analysis software EGONET and UCINET 6. The results obtained indicate that there are similarities in the variables: intensity of the bonds whose predominance was the bond of strong intensity between the egos and their alters, and moderate to strong among the alters, these are for the most part female, and the egos and their alters meet predominantly with frequency a few times a week. Centrality measures showed similar scores. Significant statistical differences are found in the variables: link types, and N-clicks. DTs networks presented higher densities, and PC networks showed the type of link service providers (6.3%) that did not appear in DTs networks (0.2%) and the number of N-clicks greater or equal to 2 (two) was more frequent in PC networks. It is hoped that this investigation will stimulate reflection on the theme and its implications for the relationship between social networks, disability and family.

The article presents an empirical study where social network analysis is used to map social capital among actors involved in environmental governance processes in the Brazilian Amazon. Using interviews, we carried out the mapping of the dialogue network regarding socio-environmental issues among 505 actors from the Amazonian Gateway Territory. The analysis identified 3384 dialogue relationships. Each actor has an average of 6,7 dialogue partners. The analysis of the structural characteristics of the dialogue network was used to build indicators of social capital of the bonding type, based on the mapping of the organization among actors from the same municipalities, and bridging type, based on the identification of relationships among actors from different municipalities. At the municipal level, the distribution of the two types of social capital allowed the characterization of groups of actors according to their differing participation in the environmental governance of the Territory. At the territorial level, the connectivity pattern among the 16 municipalities exhibits a balance between the two types of social capital and reveals the potential of communication and organization among actors, as demonstrated through the example of the local Agenda 21 projects. These results demonstrate how social network analysis can contribute to the definition (or re-definition) of the territories frontiers in order to include a set of municipalities whose cohesion is based on effective social relationships. We also propose governance actions for the Amazonian Gateway aiming at strengthening dialogue processes, reducing conflicts and promoting the sustainable use of natural resources in the Amazon.

URBI ET ORBI Localização e globalização da canção popular paraense
(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2021-11-26) MOREIRA, Nélio Ribeiro; COSTA, Antonio Maurício Dias da; http://lattes.cnpq.br/2563255308649361; https://orcid.org/0000-0002-0223-9264
The doctoral thesis seeks to address, through a theoretical perspective of culture as an invention and the social process as a convention (WAGNER, 2012) and the agency of artistic objects (GELL, 1996), how a musical culture is characterized in its process, as a world artistic (BECKER, 2010), through associations of different colors (SIMMEL, 2006) consolidating a sound group (BLACKING, 2010) that operates in a context of worldwide interaction through globalizing processes (HANNERZ, 1996; CANCLINI, 2008; APPADURAI, 1994). I try to show that the world of contemporary Pará popular song is a social formation characterized as a social group marked by a certain stability in its actions and sociocultural perspectives and by different forms of interaction that are practiced among a diversity of members, intra and intergroup, which form networks of sociation and ataum in different dimensions, such as local and translocal scenes, the latter being taken from 1) connections between local artists with other artists already established in the Brazilian national scene, and 2) from the experiences of actors in transnational contexts. The form of data collection was based on the proposal of multi-sited ethnography (MARCUS, 1995), a fundamental element to compose the framework of elements to be analyzed, given the context marked by a certain dispersion of such data. The work is divided into two parts.
