Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) A aplicação da metodologia DMAIC no processo de satisfação dos clientes e seu impacto nos resultados financeiros em uma agência bancária: uma aplicação da metodologia DMAISC(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2021-03-03) SOUZA, Vanderson Guimarâes de; OLIVEIRA, Kleber Bittencourt; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3202890124751363; https://orcid.org/0000-0002-5998-5129This dissertation refers to the application of the tool’s principles and concepts of the DMAIC methodology with the objective of reducing failures in the customer satisfaction process of a banking branch analyzing the financial impacts caused after the implementation of the methodology. To this end, using qualitative descriptive and exploratory research a six-month follow-up of the activities of care opening and closing of accounts and other services of the bank branch was carried out, in order to identify analyze and prove the knowledge and effective use of quality tools in the institution's activities. At experimental levels it was found that the systematized application of DMAIC led to highly satisfactory results, with growth of around 26% in the agency's profit and a 75-point score in the Net Promoter Score (NPS) justifying and potentiating the use of papers with the use of this procedure. In addition, it was found that due to the effectiveness achieved and the simplicity of use, the motivational and integrative aspects of the human element to its work within operational routines can be directed to the quality and continuous improvement so necessary the excellence and survival of an organization.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Aplicação do indicador overall equipment effectiveness (oee) para análise do desempenho global da capacidade produtiva de uma indústria madeireira(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2019-05) SILVA, Adauto Correa da; OLIVEIRA, Kleber Bittencourt; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3202890124751363The industrial capacity of companies has been increasingly required with the competitiveness of capital-intensive companies. Many indicators have been used to measure productivity in the manufacturing industries, as the OEE (Overall Equipment effectiveness), in the national literature referred to as "Eficácia Global de Equipamentos", the indicator analyse 3 parameters (availability, performance and quality), giving support to make decisions in all sectors of the production chain. With this, a bibliographic survey was made to identify the limitations of the research and identify the variables and data that would be collected in the three parameters of the indicator. The research also discussed the application of the indicator in a timber industry, explaining all its points of application, as well as collecting and analyzing the data, identifying bottlenecks in the productive process in any sector of the production chain. The research concludes with proposed solutions to the identified problems, including problems from outside the manufacturing sector, proving the overall breadth of the indicator.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Avaliação da sustentabilidade das cadeias de suprimento usando a escala likert e a lógica fuzzy(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2019-01-25) MORAES, Glacimar Silva de; OLIVEIRA, Kleber Bittencourt; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3202890124751363; https://orcid.org/0000-0002-5998-5129This work evaluates the Sustainability Index of supply chains, considering practices and organizational performance. To this end, the four component parts of the supply chains were identified in order to evaluate the Sustainability Index of each component part, as well as the Chain as a whole. The Likert Scale and the Fuzzy Logic were used in the evaluation context. The model was applied to a case study in a company in the city of Manaus. The results obtained were acceptable in relation to the reality of the company "ALFA", as well as recommendations were suggested to improve the company's Sustainability Index. The results obtained by the Excel tab and fuzzy logic were compared. The Chain Sustainability Index according to the Fuzzy System was 53.5, reaffirming that the Excel tab was 55.53, giving a difference of only 3.5%, demonstrating the validity of both systems developed to determine the Sustainability Index of the supply chain. Thus, both procedures analyzed allowed us to effectively calculate the Supply Chain Sustainability Index of any one company.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Desenvolvimento de business intelligence na avaliação de desempenho em tribunais de contas brasileiros(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2021-11-05) LIMA, Saulo Coelho; OLIVEIRA, Kleber Bittencourt; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3202890124751363; https://orcid.org/0000-0002-5998-5129In a context of raised demand for public services, shortage of resources and increasing complexity of controlling these public resources within a perspective that considers the evolution of public administration, with the incorporation of concepts of governance, planning and social engagement, it is imperative to pursuit improvement of ours institutions through the perception of their actions. Performance evaluations are essential management tools that allow us to monitor the achievement of goals, identify advances, correct problems and the need to make changes. Aiming at the optimization proposal in the indicators evaluation process that establishes the measurement of performance, quality and agility of Court of Auditors’activities (established by ATRICON), applying a Business Intelligence tool that helps in the consolidation of the measurement of indicators and allows the registration and monitoring of the evolution of institution’s performance submitted to evaluation based on the framework Performance Measurement Milestone (MMD-QATC). To accomplish this task, the MySQL database management system was used in conjunction with HeidiSQL, the SQL Power Architect modeling tool, the Python programming language, the Pentaho Data Integration, part of the suite for BI solutions Pentaho in its Community Edition version, and the Microsoft Power BI Desktop. Thus, resulting in a more practical and scalable platform for consolidating the data.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Manutenção autônoma em uma lavadora de garrafas: estudo de caso(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2021-08-26) SERRA NETO, Mário Reis; OLIVEIRA, Kleber Bittencourt; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3202890124751363Due to the competitive drive and the search for continuous improvements at low cost, industrial maintenance has become a strategic factor in companies. Thus, the objective of this study is to analyze the performance of a piece of equipment and the applicability of autonomous maintenance and its gains. The methodology was based on the identification of efficiency gaps in a production line, correlated with the proper yield of each equipment in the production line, consequently with the equipment's failure modes. Through the collected data, several fronts were analyzed and failure analysis tools were used to take effective actions. It was concluded that it is possible to act preventively using autonomous maintenance, so that the machine operator can identify the problem in its initial phase and develop actions to definitively solve the problem.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Não conformidades em projetos de construção civil: Um estudo de caso no programa “Minha casa, minha vida”(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2021-07-01) SILVA, Alderglan Teles da; OLIVEIRA, Kleber Bittencourt; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3202890124751363; https://orcid.org/0000-0002-5998-5129The objective of the research is to evaluate the applicability of the DMAIC methodology- Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control, or: Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control and other quality tools in the correction of non-compliance problems related to the execution of projects in the housing construction of the My Home, My Life Program. To analyze the current situation, the parameters and criteria of control in the works and the forms of treatment of non-conformities that occurred in the construction of the My Home, My Life housing complex in the cities of Itacoatiara and Manacapuru in the State of Amazonas. As for the results, the research demonstrates that the use of the DMAIC method allows to improve procedures and techniques in a project, resulting in continuous learning, which is one of the bases for improving the quality of processes and a requirement for its reproducibility. The use of the method allows achieving both the improvement of the performance of the processes, in the execution phase of the work, as in the subsequent phase, as it presupposes the concept of correction of non-conformities as a continuous process, analytically based and subsidiary to the corrective measures adopted. Permanent control allows not only to avoid new non-compliant situations, but also to develop a database that enables the constant improvement of performance monitoring processes and methods. In this way, through the feedback of the process to other projects, it is intended to reduce the rate of construction pathologies in order to encourage continuous quality improvement in Civil Construction housing projects.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Otimização do teste de vazamento em unidades evaporadas no processo de produção de condicionadores de ar(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2020-09-14) CORRÊA, Daniel Amorim; OLIVEIRA, Kleber Bittencourt; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3202890124751363; https://orcid.org/0000-0002-5998-5129The manufacture of air conditioners requires a detailed inspection of its manufacturing processes due to the risk it presents. One of the most significant risks and which the research proposes to address, refers to the loss of refrigerant fluid to the environment, as well as actions that can solve the impact of this leak on the production process and on the final customer. This type of problem causes great damage to the product, due to the loss of refrigerant gas and the environment due to the significant impact on the increase of the greenhouse effect. The objective is to carry out effective combat by creating an automation system capable of detecting leaks in condensing units and enabling immediate intervention, aiming to reduce the impacts resulting from an accident, contributing significantly to the quality of the finished product. The work has some significant points such as, firstly, sections of an introductory and organizational nature where it is intended to present the scope, objectives and structure of the dissertation. Subsequently, the history of air conditioning is discussed, as well as the definitions and tools adopted. Then, the actual situation in approach to the physical problem and the details of the current state. As a result, as a result, the impact on reducing operator health risk and increasing productivity.
