Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Uma análise sobre os direitos humanos nas práticas curriculares da formação de psicólogos (as) da UFPA (2011-2015)(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2017-05-09) FRANCO, Ana Carolina Farias; LEMOS, Flávia Cristina Silveira; http://lattes.cnpq.br/8132595498104759This thesis had as objective to problematize the curricular practices of the training in Psychology of the Federal University of Pará (UFPA), in order to investigate how it is the produced in this curriculum the object human rights between the years 2011 and 2015. Specifically aimed at problematizing the object human rights and its relation to field of education, examining the rationalities about human rights education today; to question the ways in which the human rights object has materialized in the practices of Brazilian psychology; to analize the way in which human rights objects is present in the curriculum devices: National Curricular Guidelines for the Psychology Courses and Political Pedagogical Project of the UFPA Psychology Course; to analize the rationalities about human rights present in the academic production of the Faculty of Psychology at UFPA and the relationship with the discourse societies to which they belong. From the Post-Critical Studies of the curriculum, we consider that the curriculum should not be thought of as merely a technical instrument that educational institutions produce to organize the disciplinary contents, but as a political device that produces effects of truth and power. Thus, in our analysis, we assume that the human rights object in the formation of psychologists is produced in a political framework in the construction of the curriculum, in which the struggle for the definition of this object is linked to different fields of knowledge and practices of subjectivation. What political rationales about human rights education are in dispute today? How have the practices of Brazilian psychology approached the field of human rights? How are human rights addressed by the National Curriculum Guidelines for Psychology Courses and by the Political Pedagogical Project of the UFPA Psychology Course? How are the rights addressed in the teaching production of the Faculty of Psychology of the mentioned university and to what rationalities appear related? As an initial hypothesis, it was argued that the curricular practices of the Psychology Training, offered by the Federal University of Pará, in the period of 2011-2015, are disconnected from the national propositions for Human Rights Education in Higher Education, although a set of existing Government Resolutions and Plans and the incentive to include human rights in Psychologist Training promoted by Psychology Entities, such as the Brazilian Association of Teaching Psychology and Federal Counsel of Psychology. And yet, although it is not a transversal axis of this formation, Human Rights are an object present in the curriculum, whose emergence occurs amidst a dispute for the definition and validation of this object between the different epistemological perspectives that sustain this curriculum. As far as the methodological aspects are concerned, a bibliographical and documentary research was carried out, starting from a historical perspective, prioritizing the intersection between the tracks of the archaeogenealogical history proposed by Michel Foucault and the historical ruptures engendered by the Annales (French school of historiography). As primary sources, in addition to the literature on training in Psychology and national and international documents on Human Rights Education, we favor CNE / CES Resolution nº 08/2004, which establishes the National Curricular Guidelines for Psychology Courses; the Resolution of the CONSEPE / UFPA n ° 4.216 / 2011 that regulates the political project pedagogical of the Course of Psychology; Course Plan of the Discipline Psychology, Justice and Human Rights; the curriculum lattes of 32 teachers linked to the Faculty of Psychology and; articles published in periodicals and chapters of books produced by these teachers between the years of 2011 to 2015. In the comparison between documentary sources, it was concluded that although the Political Pedagogical Project of the Psychology Course does not present human rights education with a transverse axis of formation, this object emerges strongly in a moving curriculum. This assertion was constructed from the analysis of the expressive teaching production, we analyse that the fabrication is in the dispute for distinct political rationalities, whose effects of power-knowledge-subjectivation can both affirm the rights as processes of singularization, as well as to support the judicialization and medicalization of life through of the curricular policy put into circulation in the Course of Psychology of the Faculty of Psychology of the Institute of Philosophy and Human Sciences of the Federal University of Pará.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Dispositivo-formação em psicologia: processos medicalizantes, silenciamentos, diferenças(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2017-04-07) GOMES, Geise do Socorro Lima; GALINDO, Dolores Cristina Gomes; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6781116835399339; LEMOS, Flávia Cristina Silveira; http://lattes.cnpq.br/8132595498104759The finality of this research was to analyze how the training-device in psychology is constituted from documents that engender the relations of knowledge, power and subjectivation, inciting medical practices. We deploy this goal in the following guiding questions: What conditions of possibilities allowed the construction of the Pedagogical Political Project of the Psychology Course of the Federal University of Pará of the year 2010 in order to operate medical practices? By means of which devices of power-knowledge do these practices materialize as a biopower in the formation of the psychologist? What circulating forces operate through the project and in the project composing knowledge presented as important for the practice of the profession of psychologist, researcher and professor in psychology? How can the production of the difference be evident in this curriculum proposal of 2010 as resistance to the medicalization processes? This thesis was based on the consideration that insofar as the curriculum is a multiplicity, it is asserted that among the various elements that compose it and make it work there are medicalizing elements in discursive differences, being produced by this curriculum of UFPA psychology, and these medicalizing practices function as a reductive control filter in the processes of difference production practices. This curriculum is therefore apprehended as a strategy of know-power-subjectivation that sets in motion a training device evidencing a medicalizing logic within the mechanism of biopower, since both resources, tactics, strategies, knowledge that are producers are triggered of subjectivation modes of this subject that is intended to form, as well as at broader levels of government of the population, inserting the analysis of the psychologist's formation within the governmentality strategies underlined by the education policies developed in Brazil. The theoretical-methodological framework used to examine these objectives was focused on the theoretical and archaeological production of the French thinker Michel Foucault, using as main analytical operators the concepts of: device, knowledge, power, governmentality, norm, medicalization. In the curriculum, we align this reference to curricular studies that take this same perspective as analytical trigger, as found in the authors: Veiga-Neto, Silvio Gallo, Sandra Corazza, Tomaz Tadeu and Thomas Popkewitz. The study was based on documentary analysis coming from public domain documents and documents produced from conversational wheels and individual interviews. It is concluded that the formation in psychology acting in the configuration of a device has its sedimentation points, but also places of fractures. In this way reverberates in the formation in psychology of the UFPA, heterogeneous elements that during the history of the formation of the psychologies in Brazil punctuated and updated medical practices. In the multiplicity of power relations these practices are also questioned, extending the focus of medical practices to the practices of psychology within the field of governmentalities. However, one of the reducing effects of the processes of difference in this formation in the UFPA has been seen in the little incidence given to the regional aspects, which could bring the specificity of the knowledge production to be developed in the Amazon Region.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Dos cursos da vida e das vidas em curso: práticas de medicalização da infância e suas relações com currículos de profissionais de saúde em um CAPSi em Belém do Pará(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2017-05) SANTOS, Daniele Vasco; LEMOS, Flávia Cristina Silveira; http://lattes.cnpq.br/8132595498104759The following research was raised from medicalization practices focused on childhood care in a mental health service and its relationship with the health professional‟s curricula. Intensive medicalization has increasingly improved strategies that employ expert- oriented clinical practices and diagnosis concerning social deviations, based on pathologizing, psychologizing and biomedical rationalities. Brazilian public policies are among these children and adolescent‟s mental health practices at Children and Youth Psychosocial Care Center - CAPSI, which have been officially established since 2001, under the law number 10.216 that converts health care to population that suffers mental disorder. This research object was shaped by coupling medicalization practices with subjectivation/objectification modes of children and the discourses produced on health professional curricula. This study started at the point it was realized the professional‟s performance were based on some curricula, and from its analysis it is also possible to understand the processes by which certain settings that intend to frame subjects. Thus, in order to enhance this thesis, it was employed these issues: How can subjectivation/ objectification modes find mental disorders in children at CAPSI? To what extent do the discourses which support medicalization practices at CAPSI correspond to the curricula of professionals working in these places? In order to look into medicalization practices at CAPSI and their relationship with the curricula of health professionals, the following purposes were developed: To analyze subjectivation/objectification modes whereby such children are diagnosed as "mentally disabled"; investigate medicalization discourses given by professionals who care children with “mental disorder”. It was used as theoretical and methodological framework Michel Foucault‟s theory of power-knowledge, biopolitics, governableness, among other scholars such as Veyne (1998), Silva (2006), Veiga-Neto (2003), Corazza; Aries; Robert Castel, Jacques Donzelot. Main analysed documents were the medical records registered at CAPSI and interviews with professionals by using general principles of archaeological procedures as methodological tools of historical-documentary research. Therefore, it was asserted with this thesis that the modes of subjectivation and objectification which yield children with "mental disorders" are constituted through a close relationship with medicalizing discourses which have been given in the curricula of health professionals in their official education, daily service routine and in different fields of life.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Escravos, selvagens e loucos: estudos sobre figuras da animalidade no pensamento de Nietzsche e Foucault(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2018-02-27) OLIVEIRA, Flavio Valentim de; LEMOS, Flávia Cristina Silveira; http://lattes.cnpq.br/8132595498104759This study is a contribution to the line of research in epistemology, especially the educational episteme that dialogues with philosophical theories. Its general objective is to understand the problem of education (as a civilization project) Its specific purpose is to investigate three figures of animality in the philosophies of Nietzsche‟s and Foucault‟s, namely, the slave, the savage and the madman. For this purpose we follow the historical-philosophical method that seeks to reconstitute the sources For this purpose we follow the historical-philosophical method that seeks to reconstitute the sources of readings of both philosophers and their resonances in the current debate. In the first place, we interpret the posthumous text of the young Nietzsche titled The Greek State and some passages From the Government of the Living and The knowledge of Oedipus of of how liberal democracy concealed the slave life and how the of how the Greek aleturgie ends in the memory of slaves: ritual of truth which indicates the violent relationship between knowledge, power and tragic animality.Secondly, we analyze the figure of the savage by approaching some passages of Human, Too Human I with some ethnological findings of John Lubbock in his classic work Origins of the Civilization and the primitive condition of the man and later the figure of the cynical philosopher as savage, set forth in The Courage of Truth for, respectively, to approach the moralization of the wild soul by modern asceticism and the relation between cynical asceticism and animality. Still in this second part of the research, we analyze the phenomenon of cornarism and aphrodisia: categories that are covered in Twilight of the Idols and History of Sexuality II: the use of pleasures and that deal with the problematic relationship between appetite and pleasure, between vice and animality. Finally, the third part analyzes the figure of the madman and his status of animality, now as a figure of political domestication in collective deliriums, called by Nietzsche in addition to good and evil as a herd animal, now as an experiment of freedom pathologized in the image of the docile and productive animal exposed in History of madness. In the three investigative steps of this study we arrive at the fundamental nucleus of the thesis that is to make explicit the category of animality as a phenomenon closely linked to the problems between slave life and democratic life, between moral nature and shameful pleasures, between delusions of power and bestiality of the madman, sometimes as a deviant animal, sometimes as an experiment of animality in biopolitics.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) A gestão do risco social na escola em documentos de promoção da saúde (2005 a 2015): análise da implicação do professor(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2018-02-27) ALMEIDA, Leila Cristina da Conceição Santos; LEMOS, Flávia Cristina Silveira; http://lattes.cnpq.br/8132595498104759In this doctoral dissertation we discuss the plots of discursive networks that enunciate the teacher as manager of health indicators in the public school. Teaching capacity building and accountability devices are investigated as a healthy life government strategy. To that end, the problem question that guides the research is: in what way is the plot of the implication of the teacher as manager of social risk in discursive practices of health promotion in the school? In this sense, the general objective of this work is to analyze how the teacher's involvement in health promotion documents in school from 2005 to 2015 occurs. From this the following specific objectives are unfolded: to bring to the fore the history of governmentality and of biopolitics as the theoretical appropriation of the machinery of a power that incites modes of the subject to lead to self and others; to discuss the constitution of the economic political scenario in Brazil that served as a transition to the history of the present about the ways of managing social risk in the population; to problematize the curriculum of implication produced for the teacher and the indications of training in general indicators of health in the school; to analyze, in the selected documents, how the teacher involvement discourses in risk management by the promotion of social health in the school are woven. In addition to the philosopher Michel Foucault, this discussion is anchored also in the thinking of several authors, including Castel, Le Goff, Veyne, Oliveira, Gomes, Lapassade, Silva, Corazza. Using the Foucaultian genealogical-genealogical methodology, this is a bibliographical and documentary research that discusses, in four chapters, the danger of control of the discourse on the teacher in health strategies in the school. A dynamic, in which orders about social risk in school are constantly produced and on the teaching practice is credited other knowledges as updating practices. At the end of the research, it is affirmed that the plot of the speeches that imply the professor in strategies of health promotion operates in the name of a social health; that proposals of training / instruction to the teacher in documents of health indicators in the school, operate through biopolitical devices that incite creativity, protagonism and flexibility in teaching practice as a way to better govern social risk in the economically poor.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Práticas de governamentalidade da sexualidade no Programa Vale Juventude(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2016-05-31) BRÍCIO, Vilma Nonato de; GALINDO, Dolores Cristina Gomes; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6781116835399339; LEMOS, Flávia Cristina Silveira; http://lattes.cnpq.br/8132595498104759This research emerged from the concern with the establishment of the sexuality device as a strategic element of the youth government in contemporary society and its relationship to various tactics of partnerships between the public and private diagrammed in the Programme Valley Youth (JVP), which is as one of the shares of Vale Foundation, linked to the company Vale. Vale is one of the largest mining companies in the world, a private company, publicly traded, based in Brazil and present in about 30 countries around the world and keeps the Vale Foundation, a corporate foundation, which operates in the economic, environmental and social instability in the regions where Vale operates. Vale Foundation developed the Vale Youth Program in 2007-2012. The research object is limited in the production of youth sexuality governmentality in the Valley Youth Program curriculum (JVP), seeking to question: How does the production of youth sexuality governmentality in the Valley Youth Program curriculum (JVP)? An outcome of this issue, three guiding questions were elaborated: What are the historical conditions of emergence of the Company Vale and Vale Foundation as a "social worker" facing the youth? In that time the youth is presented as "problem" and target of interest / regulation of the JVP? What is the game of capture / disjunctions of sexuality device in PVJ curriculum and own youth permeated the relations know-power-subjectivity? As theoretical and methodological support were used some concepts of Michel Foucault to operationalize the analytical proposal, such as genealogy, power relations, governmentality, sexuality device Foucault (2004, 2005, 2006) and other authors as Candiotto (2010), Gadelha (2009), Fonseca (2003), and Bay (2007), Altman (2006). To circumscribe the object we use the theoretical contributions on education and curriculum: Silva (2006), Veiga-Neto (2003), Larrosa (1994), Popkewitz (1994); on youth: Batista (2012), Scheinvar and Lamb (2006), Abramovay (2004) and on history and documentary research, O'brien (1995), Le Goff (1996), Veyne (1998), Rago (1995). The main documents analyzed are the materials (books of texts and books) built by Vale Foundation and Alliance Institute for use by Vale Youth Program in training young people in terms of sexuality issues. From the analytical documents the thesis proposed in this study is that the Foundation as a tentacle of the Company Vale operates as a "social agent" focused on youth, as a "problem", turning it into governamentalidades target and regulations through the Program Vale Youth. This effectively acts in a game of catch and seditions of youth sexuality device constituted by relations know-power-subjectivity in which there is a government of conduct visualized as a "social business" in Pará Amazon at this time.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Tramas de subjetivação: analítica da fabricação do PARFOR-Pedagogia-Campus de Bragança/UFPA(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2014-06-27) REIS JÚNIOR, Leandro Passarinho; LEMOS, Flávia Cristina Silveira; http://lattes.cnpq.br/8132595498104759The training model of Brazilian teachers refers to the democratization of the country and leveraged social changes in the 1980s, with the legal framework to the 1988 Constitution and the educational and curricular reforms that followed. This work constitutes a arqueogenealógica a Foucauldian analysis of the discursive practices devised over the course of Pedagogy of the National Teacher Training for Basic Education (PARFOR) Campus Universitario de Bragança - Federal University of Pará (UFPA). We start from the archaeological study of the historical emergencies teacher training to locate and give visibility to the arena of teacher education as contemporary contingency arising from capillary forces that aim and, at the same time, subjectivate the teacher in training. Sustentamo us dwell on the hypothesis that, in this game of power-knowledge, plots of embodied subjectivity in the curriculum in practice governmentalisation. Such plots, in turn, culminates in the production of documents among which some were selected to compose the critical analysis of this work. Thus, we aimed to discuss the formation of the student while manufacturing PARFOR-Pedagogy, with an emphasis on curriculum developed by Campus de Bragança/UFPa order to perceive it in its articulation with certain emergency training and regulation of teachers. The research had as source documents installing the policy of teacher education in the country, viewing them as monuments to effects on subjectivity and objectivity of the subject, and teacher training as historical practice and strategic device governmentality. Organized documents in subfiles, the analysis was conducted by questioning - archaeological and genealogical Michel Foucault, Gilles Deleuze articulated to the devices and the historical practices of Paul Veyne. Stuck as affirmative and connected to the roster of contemporary educational policy action, PARFOR despite having driven in-service training, the subjects that are part of it are still targeted by disciplinary and curricular requirements prominently generalists, paradoxically described in pedagogical project of the Education Course and Course Plans as interdisciplinary training strategy of teachers. Concomitant to this, subjects are subjectified by becoming a minority due to the structural model that the policy was architected by exercising their power for practical resistance. According to the practices analyzed in this study, PARFOR - Campus Education of Bragança / UFPA is manufactured by historical plots of subjectivity , which are supported both in govenamentalidade as for biopolitical strategies driven curriculum that forge devices while they are forged games by knowledge-power resistance.
