Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Educação permanente em saúde: mecanismo indutor do processo educativo no cotidiano do trabalho(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2016-02-29) DIAS, Geyse Aline Rodrigues; LOPES, Márcia Maria Bragança; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6740484061412959The study aims to reveal the development of health continuing education proposal (EPS) on a Pará municipality, identifying difficulties and their influence in the educational process in health work daily, in view of the need to discuss on the National Policy of Permanent Education in health (PNEPS) in order to modify the practices, qualify the health care, to evaluate their influences and reflexes to consolidation of the Unified health System (SUS). In the theoretical referential, are used the assumptions of liberating pedagogical concept of Paulo Freire. Participated in the study forty-three (43) subjects, including coordinators and other health professionals involved in permanent education proposals in the Benevides-PA municipality. It consists a study of holistic single case, from a qualitative approach and, according to its objectives, with an explanatory and descriptive strategy (YIN, 2005). The data collection period was from February to June 2014, through focused interview guided by Yin (2015), from the use of interview protocol. Was used to analyze a general analytical strategy named "Couting on theoretical propositions," directed by Yin (2015), founded on the theoretical propositions of Continuing Education in Health and Educational Process in the Labour Everyday Health, followed by analytical procedure Strauss; Corbin (2008), from which emerged a total of three (03) categories, which are : "Understanding on Permanent Education in Health", "Process of Continuing Health Education experienced in Labor Daily", "Importance of Continuing Education in Daily the work in Health "; eight (08) subcategories, namely: "Concept of Continuing Education in Health", "Objective of Continuing Education in Health", "Demands of actions to be taken", "Development of Permanent Education Project Health"; "Development of the actions of Continuing Education in Health", "Difficulties in the development of the actions of Continuing Health Education", "Evaluation of the actions of Continuing Education in Health" and "Influence of Continuing Education in Health in daily work." The results showed that the development of EPS proposal deployed in the city is in its initial phase, because from that guides the PNEPS, interaction and coordination is essential between the levels of government, health workers, education and the community, however , was evidenced of a vertical relationship process, management hierarchical and centralized, with a predominance of traditional educational processes, the transfer of information with little or no process of critical reflection of reality. It is understood that the municipality is experiencing a challenging phase implementation of EPS, in this perspective, it is suggested to prioritize and create more moments and collective spaces, and dialogic participatory planning with all stakeholders, so as to foster horizontal processes of health production, preparation and development of problem-solving educational activities, critical and reflective, that meet the real needs of workers and users, as well as contribute to the motivation and professional appreciation , developing and expanding the services and collaborating effectively with the SUS consolidation.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Política de educação permanente em saúde: análise do processo de implementação nos municípios do estado do Pará(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2020-08-27) LUZ, Michelle Pena Nery; LOPES, Márcia Maria Bragança; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6740484061412959The study aims to analyze how the municipalities, with the Commission for Integration of Teaching and Service implemented, are developing the National Policy for Permanent Education in Health. This policy is a SUS strategy for the formation, development and reorganization practices and services. In the theoretical framework, the assumptions of Paulo Freire's theoretical liberating pedagogical conception are used. Eight (8) Municipal Health Secretaries from Belém, Ananindeua, Marituba, Redenção, São Felix do Xingu, Conceição do Araguaia, Barcarena andAjuruteuaparticipatedofthestudy. It is a single case study, integrated with a qualitative approach and with an explanatory strategy. The collection period was from Setember to November 2019, through the focused interview (YIN, 2010), based on the interview protocol. For analysis, a general analytical strategy called “relying on theoretical propositions” was used (YIN, 2010), based on the theoretical propositions of Permanent Education in Health, followed by the analytical procedure of Strauss and Corbin (2008). Three (3) categories emerged: “National Policy on Permanent Education in Health (PNEPS) and its repercussions on practices”, “Advances provided by the National Policy on Permanent Education in Health: Reflections on the work process” and “Contributions from Teaching Service Integration Commissions: their reflexes in the organization of work processes and qualification of services in SUS ”; and six (6) subcategories: “Permanent Health Education Policy: Reflection of managers on its importance”, “Action Strategies of the National Permanent Education Policy: Impacts on the work process”, “Difficulties in the process of implementation of PNEPS”,Advances for the qualification of workers and improvement of care”,“Advances for the qualification of Management”,“Role of CIES and the contribution to the implementation process”. The results show that the municipalities are developing PNEPS from the perspective of Continuing Education, centered on capacity building and training actions; there was still little clarity and difficulty in understanding such a policy, reflecting little priority on the part of Municipal Health Secretaries. It is suggested that the municipalities resume the debate and reflection on the PNEPS guidelines, create collective spaces for reflecting on the problems of daily services and participatory planning, enhance the creation of the Permanent Education Nucleus (NEP) and strengthen CIES in regional health regions.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Projeto (s) indutor (es) da integração ensino e serviço: impacto no processo de formação e no cotidiano do trabalho(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2021-06-16) ROSA, João Victor Moura; LOPES, Márcia Maria Bragança; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6740484061412959The teaching-learning process established from the integration between teaching and service through the insertion of students in the health service can lead to new ways of work organization in health, favoring a better qualification for the service. In this context, the Training Program in Child Health Care - Multicampi Health Internship in the Federal University of Pará - UFPA is inserted, which seeks the qualification of management processes in training for care, teaching-service-community integration, in an articulated manner between the Sistema Único de Saúde – SUS and the educational institution, whose objective was to identify the impacts observed in the daily work and in the training of nursing students who participate in projects that promote the integration of teaching and service. It was used as theoretical support Yin, Strauss; Corbin. The guidance for analyzing the collected material was given through interpretive readings on Integration Teaching and Service Yin (2015). The analysis of interviews was based on Strauss and Corbin, (2008) where they were based on Teoria Fundamentada nos Dados (TFD). The results showed the contribution of the inductor project object of this research to the education of nursing students, as the experience acquired in the service strengthened their education. Being inserted in Inductor Projects reinforced the practice of Nursing Course at UFPA, which introduces its students early in the field of practice, contributing positively to their training. In general, there is a positive impact on the training process and on the daily work, understanding the inductive role and why not say transformative of the Multicampi health Project, considering its impact on the quality of education and care provided to the user, as well as its power of reflection, on part of professional preceptor, as to the importance of praxis in the quality of life of the assisted population. Regarding the contribution of this research, it is believed that its realization will contribute both to the educational Institution, particularly the Nursing Course at UFPA, as to the Municipal Health Department of Belém, since it brings in its result, indicators that demonstrate the positive impact effect of Inductor Projects in the quality of care, involving educational institutions, health services and users of the Sistema Único de Saúde, providing an important indicator for the expansion of strategies such as the Multicampi Health Project in other municipalities and regions of the State of Pará.
