Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Ações antrópicas para o uso de analogias na experimentação investigativa em um Clube de Ciências(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2019-12-13) MONTEIRO, Joana Menezes Corrêa; MALHEIRO, João Manoel da Silva; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7502225344402729; https://orcid.org/0000-0002-2495-7806This research has for objective analyze types of Analogies manifested on one experimental investigate activity about electrostatic, with a group of children of 6th grade of primary school on a Science club. For that was use as reference base about Typology and Cognitive Analogy of Conceptualization (CAC), Processing Analogy (CPA) and Experimental Analogy (CEA), according with Francisco Junior (2010); as well the Investigative Teach Sequence in Experimental Activities (CARVALHO, 2013; MALHEIRO, 2016). A qualitative approach with characteristics of a participant research was used, had as investigate site the Science Club “Prof. Dr. Cristovam W.P. Diniz”. The participants were 4 teacher-monitor (PM1, …, PM4) and eight students (A1, …, A8). As data-making instruments was used photos, audio-visual records and Field Journal notes, with a transcription of the subjects speeches considering the Content Analyze (BARDIN, 2011). The results point that the use of analogies are recurrent in experimental activities of the Science Club. It is detach initials manifestations of analogy already in student’s previous knowledge, what permit a survey of hypotheses, problematizations and practice articulations of learning. On stage 6 – “Writing and Drawing” – of the SEI major manifestations of conceptual understanding about electrostatic were identified. On stages 2 and 3 that correspond to the solution of the problem and stages 4 and 5 – “Becoming Aware” and “Giving Casual Explanations”, a frequency of three typologies were identified, ACC, ACP and ACE in students speeches. Already in monitors professors the use of ACC was constant on both stages. It is concluded that as enhancer resource of learnings the use of SEI for a knowledge construction can generate significant results in teaching and learning process with the valuation of the use of Analogy in Science Education enlarging its use inside of anthropic and investigative aspects.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Acordo de pesca do Rio Caeté, Bragança, Pará: análise do processo de construção(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2024-03-25) TAVARES, Mayra Patrícia Corrêa; OLIVEIRA, Marcelo do Vale; http://lattes.cnpq.br/2841179890845657; https://orcid.org/0000-0001-6047-939X; BARBOZA, Roberta Sá Leitão; http://lattes.cnpq.br/9331256487699477; https://orcid.org/0000-0003-2367-553XThis research was developed from September 2019 to February 2023. The construction of this work was made by a bibliographic review about the theme: fishing agreements in the Amazon, use of common resource and territory, besides direct observation, semi structured interviews, use of participatory techniques (problem tree, participatory mapping, historical matrix) and analysis of collected data. According to demands of the riverside dweller communities on the Caeté River about improper fishing in the estuarine area and apprehension of fishing material, it was observed how the implementation process of the fishing agreement of Caeté River begun, such as it was analyzed several conflicts that occurred between the social actor in the space of the river that were narrated by the fishermen and community dwellers. Based on bibliographic research, the bragantina region is the first to develop a fishing agreement in the coastal region of Caeté, northeast of Pará. The fishing agreement of Caeté River is focused on at least 20 communities on the middle of Caeté River, situated on the bragantina coastal plain, northeast of Pará. The research aimed to comprehend the construction process of the fishing agreement of middle Caeté River in Bragança, Pará, analyzing the conflicts between the subject users of the space. By means of the collected data, it was determined that the conflicts of the local social groups with external fishermen and Public Bodies complicated the control and maintenance of fishing territories in the studied area. External and local fishermen introduced fishing practices that are considered “improper” by the communities as well as by environmental inspection agencies, causing several conflicts between them and the Municipal Inspection Agencies. Thus, it was possible to imply that the management rules locally established by the municipal secretariat of aquaculture and fishing of the city of Bragança together the fishermen showed an effective scenario in the maintenance of fishing stocks. Whereas that, it is noted that the agreement is an instrument of participative management, conditioning the access of a responsible way to natural resources of the estuarine where the traditional populations of the Caeté River live.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Análise dos índices de qualidade de vida amazônicos por meio de indicadores sociais(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2023-12-27) FARIAS, Ana Paula Vilhena; SERUFFO, Marcos Cesar da Rocha; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3794198610723464; https://orcid.org/0000-0002-8106-0560; PIRES, Yomara Pinheiro; http://lattes.cnpq.br/5304797342599931; https://orcid.org/0000-0001-7724-6082The Amazonian scenario is diverse, where ways of life, as well as its quality, are directly related to environmental and social interactions. From the analysis of the indicators used in the Amazon Social Progress Index and Pastoral da Criança and considering the high degree of subjectivity that comprises Quality of Life, it would be possible to develop a methodology to measure these indexes aimed at the Amazonian social sphere that address the quality of life? The objective is to understand the quality of life in Amazonian municipalities through indicators that portray developments based on social performances such as the Amazon Social Progress Index and the Pastoral da Criança. The data analysis methodology will be carried out in two ways: firstly through the Knowledge Discovery in Databases (KDD) process originating from data from Pastoral da Criança and the second will be based on the Systematic Mapping of the Social Progress Index (IPS) of the Amazon based on the PICOC methodology (P: population/patients; I: intervention; C: comparison/control; O: result; C: context). Research and databases, bibliographic review, study and selection of productions, characterization, study and monitoring in the field and comparative report between these were carried out. With regard to the results obtained, it is noted that IPS Amazônia, in its latest reports, did little to address the traditional peoples who inhabit the corresponding area, as well as the periodicity of its publications. Pastoral da Criança, on the other hand, does not operate in the environmental area and excludes other audiences from its support other than pregnant women, babies and children up to 6 years of age. It is noteworthy that both sources of research and QoL activities benefit, but do not completely meet the needs of the region, providing a basis to guide public policy planning and actions aimed at the Amazon.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Antropização e terreiro: a interdisciplinaridade dos saberes da umbanda e seus impactos no meio socioambiental(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2021-03-17) OLIVEIRA, Audineia Rodrigues de; AMARAL, Assunção José Pureza; http://lattes.cnpq.br/2950887958552733; PIRES, Yomara Pinheiro; http://lattes.cnpq.br/5304797342599931According to Xavier (2006), the knowledge of the African civilizing presence in the cultural horizons of global societies can be done through the study of their religious complexes, among the other forms of reconstruction of Afrodescendant territorialities. In the scenario of religious intolerance that we live in today in our society, it is of paramount importance to bring to academia and society knowledge that can combat such practices. Thus, the Afro-religiosity Umbanda became the object of study of our research, which was carried out within an interpretative qualitative approach, making use of some ethnographic instruments such as observation, collection of oral narratives and application of semi-structured questionnaires. We propose to research the genealogical history of Umbanda domain Nanã Buruquê and the "Terreiro of Century XIX", and its interfaces with anthropologization, based on an interdisciplinary perspective, because it believes that this is a sociocultural element of fundamental importance for the maintenance and positive visibility for the practices of Umbanda in the municipality of Castanhal, Pará, Brazil. We start from the following problem: How does anthropization occur within the terraces of umbanda and what are the impacts of this relationship on the socio-environmental environment from an interdisciplinary perspective? What generated the following hypotheses: if anthropization is considered an intervention of man on the environment, both environmental and social, there is some kind of anthropization within the terraces of Umbanda, which already carries within its genesis an interdisciplinary character because it is the result of "syncretism" with other religious matrices. The work has as general objective to identify the relations of anthropization within two terraces of umbanda and their possible impacts on the socio-environmental environment, from an interdisciplinary perspective. We made contributions with Coelho (2001), Leff (2004), Bertrand (1971; 2007), Elissalde (2009), Bastide (1971), Durkheim (2006), Geert (2009), Campelo (2003), Amaral (2014), among others. The research revealed the following data: the relationship of anthropization within the terraces is based on orality, transmitting environmental Afro-religious values, in an interdisciplinary way based on the modus operandi of the daily routine of the Umbanda domain, in which each subject is responsible for its integration into the environment, both with regard to religiosity and the environment. The types of anthropization found in the terraces were environmental, religious, mystical and mythological. The impacts caused by the presence of the yard in the social environment of the city are characterized in the field of the provision of assistance, collective, community and solidarity services.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Brinquedo encostado: lockdown e antropização no Terreiro de Mina Nagô de Iansã e Xangô em São Miguel do Guamá-PA(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2022-06-10) FONSECA, Daniel Xavier da; LEAL, Luiz Augusto Pinheiro; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7967678999713659Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Caminhos de um Clube de Ciências na Amazônia em perspectiva decolonial: de suas origens a seus desdobramentos(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2021-09-09) CABRAL, Raimunda Ediane da Silva; RAMOS, João Batista Santiago; http://lattes.cnpq.br/8078757512392983; MALHEIRO, João Manoel da Silva; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7502225344402729; https://orcid.org/0000-0002-2495-7806This research presents a study that aims to analyze whether decoloniality is present in the actions carried out at the Science Club Prof. Dr. Cristovam W. P. Diniz, pluralizing the perspectives of knowledge. Its construction emerged from reflections of the researcher's personal and professional life trajectory, that throughout the entire journey, made many ponderations about Mathematics Education and other Sciences, how they are passed on from generation to generation. Therefore, with the purpose to problematize the teaching and learning processes established in this non-formal science education environment, we applied a semi-structured interview, through the Google Meet platform, in which we seek to interpret the process of emergence and functioning of the Science Club, from a decolonial perspective. As a data decomposition tool, we used video recordings of the interviews, and then the transcription of the participants' speeches. The research methodological proposal consists of a qualitative approach, in which we use content analysis to analyze qualitative data and interpret information. The research environment is a differentiated educational space, that allows the teacher monitor to act in a different way as well. The research participants were the coordinating teacher, three monitor teachers and two students, totaling six (06) social subjects. During the analysis, we observed, in the participants' speeches the plurality of knowledge dialogues presents in the activities developed, the role of student and teacher monitors during the foundation and functioning of the Club and the involvement of subjects in the educational process. It was concluded that the Science Club Prof. Dr. Cristovam WP Diniz keep decolonial practices in his pedagogical activities, valuing students' prior knowledge, as also need to improve on issues involving the student's social environment, understanding that they are ties that go beyond the classroom and need to be questioned, that is, thinking from the reality of the other.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Carimbó “pau e corda”: antropização e cultura negra na região do salgado paraense(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2020-09-14) CORDEIRO, Raimundo Paulo Monteiro; LEAL, Luiz Augusto Pinheiro; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7967678999713659Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Cartas literárias: cartografia sócio-literária de pessoas e paisagens de Belém a partir da poesia de Bruno de Menezes(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2024-11-29) SANTOS, Joice Freitas dos; FERNANDES, José Guilherme dos Santos; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7023812449790431; https://orcid.org/0000-0001-9946-4961This study proposes a new perspective on the intersection of Geography and Literature: a socio literary cartography of the poetry of Bruno de Menezes, taking into account the presence of people and landscapes in the space of Belém do Pará. The guiding question of this work was to demonstrate that Bruno de Menezes was a poet-cartographer, elucidating the relationship between fiction and cartography; investigating how spaces influenced the stylistics of his poetry; and establishing a comparison between the mentioned spaces as they are today and how they were at the time of his writings. In this sense, it contributes to the academic community by advancing studies on this black, peripheral, self-taught poet, who was a precursor of Modernism in the capital of Pará, in addition to continuing research on Literary Cartography, which, as we have shown, is still in a phase of deepening. As methodology, we utilized the main theories of literary cartography, synthesizing them into a table based on the Malha de Saberes created by Fernandes et al. (2021), presenting maps according to the theories of Moretti (2003) for spatial analysis, and classifying spatiality in the poems using the postulates of Ozíris (2007). The outcome of this research was a correlation between visual and textual elements, featuring maps and tables that synthesize the author's ability to portray the city in poetry. The reader will observe that the most recurring spaces in the poems were the neighborhoods of Jurunas, Cidade Velha, Campina, Umarizal, Telégrafo, Pedreira, and Sacramenta (Nazaré and Guamá appear a few times), with individuals who existed in the periphery of Belém during the 18th, 19th, and 20th centuries, yet whose existence was not recorded in official documents. This is the beginning of what we hope will be a return to society through the provision of maps and other technological resources for the public. Thus, this work aimed to show that the spaces of Belém have memory, narrating a portion of the history of the occupation of these places.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) O corpo velho no retumbão da marujada: des/com/passos antrópicos bragantinos(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2021-12-20) SOUZA, Hildeana Nogueira Dias; ANJOS, Francisco Valdinei dos Santos; http://lattes.cnpq.br/5035093639365870; RAMOS, João Batista Santiago; http://lattes.cnpq.br/8078757512392983The present work is the result of a research on the Marujada de Bragança. It is a cultural and religious manifestation, an important part of the Festa de São Benedito. This manifestation awakened in me the desire to research and explore the question of the old body in the dance of the Retumbão da Marujada in Bragança/PA. The study was carried out in the municipality of Bragança, northeast of Pará, with elderly people from the Brotherhood of São Benedito. Data were collected in the midst of the pandemic caused by COVID-19. In December 2020, the first interviews were carried out, the others were carried out during the months of January to June 2021, totaling 12 interviewed subjects, men and women, aged between 60 and 84 years. The research had as a general objective, to investigate the memories that build/support the identities of old people, in the sense of rescuing the memories of their trajectories in Marujada. To achieve this objective, a study with a qualitative approach was carried out. The techniques used were bibliographic survey, direct observation and interviews based on oral history as a data production technique. The relevance of this work is evidenced by the possibility of discussing the aspects of the old body and contributing to the reflection on the importance of memory, as a way of listening to the elderly and, consequently, theoretically contributing to the experience of a better quality of life in old age.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) (Des)encantos para a educação sensível nas etnopoesias de Márcia Kambeba(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2025-02-17) OLIVEIRA, Juliana Lara Melo de; TRUSEN, Sylvia Maria; http://lattes.cnpq.br/1704721088122823Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Discurso e cibercultura: uma análise de como a imagem Amazônia é disseminada em âmbito da internet(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2021-04-20) ARAUJO, Daymerson Ferreira; PIRES, Yomara Pinheiro; http://lattes.cnpq.br/5304797342599931; https://orcid.org/0000-0001-7724-6082Amazon is not now the space where the attention of governments, governmental and nongovernmental organizations, national and international, and various institutions is turned. Given its complex sociobiodiversity, images and visions are built on this region, which, in most cases, serve to disseminate and consolidate exogenous speeches and which end up being received and assimilated by inhabitants of this region, especially by those who have easier access and use of the world wide web, a privileged environment for the creation and circulation of ideas. Thus, the following questions arise: how do 2nd year high school students from a private school in Castanhal / PA understand the Amazon through contact with these speeches and ideas disseminated on the internet? In this sense, the general objective of this research is to analyze, through its textual productions, the way high school students from a school in Castanhal / PA perceive the Amazon theme in the context of the internet. Specifically, it aims to: a) Identify and characterize the Amazonian space in geographic, social and environmental spheres, seeking to understand its place in the economic context, both in the past and in the present; b) Analyze the emergence of the world wide web as a possible vector for the dissemination and consolidation of discourses today; and c) Understand and analyze how the Amazon is perceived by high school students, from the internet, using Content Analysis and Discourse Analysis of texts produced by them. This study is justified by the fact that the internet is today the areopagus where debates take place in an agile and integrated way and understanding how these students retain such information for themselves is important for decision-making, especially with regard to to more specific interventions within the school and society. Thus, content analysis (CA) is used as methods of analysis, following bardin’s (2016) and discourse analysis (AD) assumptions, based on reflections by Althusser (1967), Orlandi (2007) and Souza (2014). This research is part of a qualitative-interpretative nature (MINAYO, 1995), of a basic nature (JACOBSEN, 2009). As results, it was understood that most of the research participants have a perception of the Amazon as an external environment to their coexistence, as a scenario that is limited, solely and exclusively, to the forest, to exoticism. Furthermore, a posture of distancing in relation to the Amazon was identified in most of their speeches.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) A educação escolar e a formação da identidade: um estudo em uma escola multisseriada do município de Igarapé-Açu/PA(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2020-06-25) SILVA, Wanessa Nogueira; CRUZ, Carlos Renilton Freitas; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7656601356595473; RAMOS, João Batista Santiago; http://lattes.cnpq.br/8078757512392983This work aims to understand how the school impacts the formation of the peasant identity of the community of “São Luizinho”, thus analyzing the pedagogical practices of teachers in the community and verifying in what sense they impact on the construction and/or enhancing the identity of the subjects in the field. The starting point was the following question: What has been the role of the school in the formation of peasant identity in the “São Luizinho” community, in Igarapé-Açu/Pa? The need for valuing and encouraging the formation of the identity of the subjects in the field is emphasized, considering that the field has a past of denial and silencing, being strongly marked by the assiduous struggle for the conquest and enforcement of their rights. Methodologically, the research is carried out in the qualitative paradigm, using the method, the case study and data collection techniques, the semi structured interview and the focus group. For data treatment and analysis, content analysis is used. The locus of the research is a multi-grade rural school in the municipality of Igarapé- Açu / Pa. The results indicate the importance of the teacher in the formation of the students' identity and, equally, in the valorization of the field and their way of life. It is noteworthy that the curricular proposal of rural schools does not differ from urban schools. Therefore, it is observed that, following a path contrary to the demands of the peasant movements, there is no Education in the Countryside, but only Education in the Countryside, since every effort to value the countryside and foster a peasant identity is part of the professionals involved in this process, there is no institutional project.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) “Elas jogam, tocam e cantam”: práticas e discursos sobre a experiência histórica de mulheres capoeiristas no Pará(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2019-08-08) CAMÕES, Luciane de Sena; LEAL, Luiz Augusto Pinheiro; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7967678999713659This work aims to discuss the historical experiences of some women capoeiristas involving “vadiagem” practice in some cities of Pará, their experiences were analyzed from the speeches built about feminine and gender relations derived by these conceptions. Thus, we seek to frame capoeiristas women‟s profiles of some cities of Pará, to meet and discuss about their capoeira‟s experiences; to analyze the capoeiristas insertion‟s process in groups and their formations; to verify the significance of capoeira‟s group; to ponder about issues related to the feminine specificities, such as pregnancy, PMS and etc, also to ponder about capoeira expertise. From the data analysis, it intends to comprehend the capoeiristas trajectory, their experiences and also their capoeira’s groups‟ experiences and how these groups can contribute to those women‟s protagonism. The research is based on qualitative data analysis from semi-structures interviews, field diary and open questionnaire applied with 19 women from Pará (Belém, Abaetetuba, Bragança, Castanhal and Cametá), which the discussions are carried out from notes about gender, black feminism and capoeira. In the oral history, it is possible to search contributions from ethnography and from the theorists who make these reflections. According to the narratives obtained from the research, it was possible to realize that: women often experience situations where there is reproduction of male chauvinism, sexism and violence. The capoeiras‟ feminist groups are carrying out actions of feminine protagonism such as: feminist groups; workshops; conversation groups; public acts; and repudiation letters. It is possible to notice that women are moving forward in scales. However, the relations between men and women in capoeira stand very unequal, it is necessary to make a deconstruction about these speeches and practices. This research process may contribute for the development of a new dialogue about the women‟s participation in capoeira and, above all, a contribution to the protagonism, visibility and establishment of women‟s speech in capoeira, and contributing to the reflection about the women‟s participation in capoeira groups and problematizing the constructed practices, since they are important features to the position for the feminine figure in their places.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) O enfrentamento do analfabetismo de mulheres velhas no município de Castanhal, na Amazônia Paraense: a velhice negada e a educação “garantida”(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2019-06-19) FALCÃO, Ildete da Silva; ANJOS, Francisco Valdinei dos Santos; http://lattes.cnpq.br/5035093639365870; RAMOS, João Batista Santiago; http://lattes.cnpq.br/8078757512392983The confrontation of the illiteracy of old women in the Municipality of Castanhal, in the Paraense Amazon, was the object of this research, when it aroused in us the problematization and the will to investigate this phenomenon, for the much that it excludes in this region, particularly in Castanhal, in the State of Pará, where the Campus of the Federal University of Pará (UFPA) is located, which, through university extension, develops the program Education Group in the Third Age (GETI), the locus of this research. The study was carried out with 12 subjects, students and former students of the 2nd stage classes of Youth and Adult Education (EJA), resulting from the partnership between the Campus and the Municipal Education Department (SEMED), aiming to investigate the determining factors for the confrontation of illiteracy by the old women who attend the GETI program. As a researcher, teacher and old woman, our interest in the study was of a theoretical, political and existential nature. In this sense, we conducted a qualitative-exploratory field research, which forged some methodological procedures, namely: the bibliographical survey, with the reading of the theoretical ones on the subject, immersion in the program file GETI and the necessary listening of subjects through semi-structured interviews. To analyze the interview data we use Content Analysis, based on Bardin (2016) and Franco (2018). The study revealed the situation of socioeconomic and cultural prejudice of the old women investigated, as a consequence of the long period of life in illiteracy or low level of schooling. It also evidenced the protagonism when overcoming this condition by revealing attitudes of independence and autonomy acquired by the literacy process. It is also pointed out that current educational systems are not prepared to meet the specificities of the elderly, which requires the government to implement legal determinations concerning the right of the elderly with adequate physical and pedagogical structure in the sense of ensuring that these citizens are welcomed with physical and emotional security through critical, dialogic and respectful pedagogical interventions, in a perspective of providing meaningful learning throughout life.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Entre campos, tesos, várzeas e florestas: relação com as paisagens nos processos de formação identitárias e resistência afromarajoara(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2021-07-14) NAZARÉ, Mailson Lima; BARBOZA, Myrian Sá Leitão; http://lattes.cnpq.br/4827055067722362; https://orcid.org/0000-0002-6712-7386; BARBOZA, Roberta Sá Leitão; http://lattes.cnpq.br/9331256487699477; https://orcid.org/0000-0003-2367-553XThis work aims to describe socio-environmental realities of traditional communities in the Marajó archipelago in the State of Pará, through ways of life as a form of Afro-Marmara resistance. It is developed from the description of my social reality, of origin of communities of cowboys in the region of the Marajoara fields, in a relationship with the aspects of resistance and ethnic affirmation of the quilombola community of Gurupá located in the municipality of Cachoeira do Arari. The description of my social trajectory is carried out through autoetnobiography, which makes it essential to show the way of life of black people with the protagonist of their own history, the analysis of ways of life in the quilombola territory of Gurupá is carried out through the ethnography of walking, method developed through observation, dialogues and walks together with interlocutors from the community. Therefore, through the ethnography of walking and autoetnobiography I try to relate my experiences with the resistance of the quilombola community of Gurupá as a way of resisting the Eurocentric paradigms that on the developmental discourse advance over territories of traditional communities in the Marajó archipelago. In this sense, the reflections presented in the study sought to answer the following question: how ways of life constitute forms of resistance based on the relationship between identity and landscapes? The study has ethnoracial issues as a reference and that is why I use concepts such as afromarajoara and quilombismo. Finally, the investigation concludes by showing that traditional communities have been using pluriactivities in their environments as a form of resistance both to face their seasonal dynamics, as well as to the external interferences of developme.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Entre números e narrativas, um estudo sobre o fechamento de escolas em localidades rurais na Amazônia paraense(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2019-08-08) SILVA, Josiane Nascimento da; RAMOS, João Batista Santiago; http://lattes.cnpq.br/8078757512392983Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Estudo sobre persistência e evasão escolar em EJA no nordeste, Castanhal-PA: análise e proposições(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2019-06-27) XAVIER, Maria do Perpétuo Socorro Ramos; PIRES, Yomara Pinheiro; http://lattes.cnpq.br/5304797342599931; SERUFFO, Marcos César da Rocha; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3794198610723464; https://orcid.org/0000-0002-8106-0560Youth and adult education is a specific genre in the basic education, which is aimed to the inclusion of a group of people who were away from the educational process during their childhood or adolescence. Thinking about this thematic a study was designed and named “Persistency and school dropout in the EJA (Youth and Adult Education) in the northeast, Castanhal-PA: analysis and propositions”. With it, it was tried to identify factors which contribute for persistency and dropout of these social actors enrolled in the basic teaching in the EJA modality, in the northeast of Pará, in three municipal schools situated in far neighborhoods, which are formed by student from rural areas. The research was made with students, teachers, principals and specialists in education. We started from the hypothesis that the use of the DTICs (Digital Technologies of Information and Communication) and varied methodologies in context at school which offers the EJA tend to decrease school evasion. The theoretical contribution of this study anchored in authors like Arroyo, Bordieu, Freire, Patto and Fazenda, who talk about the actors inserted in various social contexts which are fundamental to resignify human relations, fair and solidary, and Fernandes, Pires, Ramos and Seruffo, who have “designed” a pedagogical practice in the amazon context of the EJA social actors, emphasizing student’s otherness glimpsing social and teaching work in the dynamics of the institutions. The data were acquired by means of quantitative and qualitative research, selected and analyzed, displaying which school presents the highest evasion and/or school persistency indexes. Rede Bayesiana was used while computer intelligence strategy, by which variables are verified which can be taken into consideration to identify successfully the reasons of evasion and/or school persistency of the EJA students in Castanhal-PA. The reached results show factors, which most contribute for the dropout of these actors of EJA at school, like “low grades”, “lack of interest”, “disease” or “work” matters, like the distribution of frequency of the profile of evaluated students, among others. It was noted, also, that the use of different methodologies in an interdisciplinary perspective and the use of the DTICs in the classrooms tend to decrease school dropout, increasing the persistency of students, enabling the conclusion of the studies in the basic education and, thereby, providing them reading and writing development, the ability to solve problem situation and the search for professional qualification and social insertion.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) A experiência da solidão a partir do olhar de pessoas idosas do Programa Grupo de Educação na Terceira Idade(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2022-03-21) RIBEIRO, Simone Correia; ANJOS, Francisco Valdinei dos Santos; http://lattes.cnpq.br/5035093639365870; RAMOS, João Batista Santiago; http://lattes.cnpq.br/8078757512392983Based on the elements that contribute to the occurrence of the phenomenon of loneliness in the elderly, this research proposes a reflection on the experience of loneliness from the perspective of elderly people from the Grupo de Educação na Terceira Idade (GETI) Program. The study aims to investigate, based on the various dimensions of loneliness, the social/personal elements that cause the experience of loneliness among elderly people at GETI and, to achieve this objective, we carried out a study with a qualitative approach and the production of data was carried out at from the application of a previously structured interview script, whose questions were directed to the following categories: family life experience, network of social relationships and feeling of loneliness. For the analysis of the data produced, we used the content analysis method, which according to Bardin (2015) refers to a grouping of communication analysis techniques. This analysis technique allows the researcher to observe the different forms of communication that the interviewee emits during the interview. The research was carried out in the municipality of Castanhal, northeast of Pará, with elderly people from GETI, UFPA, Campus de Castanhal. The data were produced between November 2020 and May 2021, totaling 6 (six) subjects interviewed, 1 (one) man and 5 (five) women over 60 years of age. The investigation revealed that, due to the global/current pandemic scenario caused by SARS-CoV-2, the phenomenon of loneliness is more present and has presented itself in its most harmful version in the life of the elderly. Factors such as social distancing, the loss of loved ones and family members, in addition to anxiety, have had harmful impacts on the daily lives of the elderly. It is concluded that the construction of the data highlights the importance and the possibility of reflecting on the dimensions of the loneliness phenomenon in the life of the elderly, as well as on the importance of affective-social relationships in the routine of this public, as a way of providing them with support with the changes required by aging and, consequently, help in experiencing a better quality of life in old age. The importance of the role of public policies that govern the laws of the elderly and guarantee their rights is highlighted. It is important, however, to highlight that society needs to know and value these laws and treat the elderly as active and significant subjects, worthy of enjoying their rights and living in safety. Society, therefore, can provide the advancement of struggles for the rights of the elderly, for the dignity of aging and for compliance with the laws (BETTINELLI; PORTELLA, 2004).Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Experimentação investigativa com a música corporal: ensino e aprendizagem interdisciplinar no Clube de Ciências Prof. Dr. Cristovam W. P. (2009), with theoretical support in Ausubel's meaningful learning. The research participants were 6 professors from the Science Club Prof. Dr. Cristovam W. P. Diniz, located at UFPA – Campus Castanhal. The research was developed from a Body Music workshop given by the author to stimulate the teachers' perception of the sounds of their bodies, as well as to identify the limits and possibilities of investigative experimentation with Body Music in the interdisciplinary teaching formation of the Science Club. Prof. Dr. Cristovam W. P. Diniz. For that, a case study was used as a qualitative method for the constitution of information, supported by the theoretical and methodological assumptions of the participant research. The workshop was carried out through Google Meet, lasting four hours, organized in two synchronous meetings on alternate days and one hour of asynchronous experimental activities sent by WhatsApp. In the asynchronous meetings, questionnaires with open and closed questions were made available to survey the impressions and possibilities of implementing Body Music in the Science Club. From the technique of data collection by indirect observation called primary source, it was possible to observe the importance of Body Music for teacher training as a stimulus to creativity, expression, perception of oneself and the other. The sounds extracted from the bodies by touch, beats, chants and whistles led to highlight the approach and accessibility of music for science teaching. As it is a device common to everyday life, it can contribute in an interdisciplinary way by allowing the approximation between science and art in the Science Club. Through the study carried out and the pedagogical suggestions presented by the participating teachers, it was possible to understand that Body Music can help and foster the educational process in the Science Club as an integral part in the construction of the individual, in stimulating investigative experimentation with their body. in the creation of improvised music, spontaneity and in the discovery of artistic skills. The interdisciplinarity that is present in SEI's pedagogical proposal is fundamental for the interaction between science and art and music and science.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Gente do estuário: mudanças e permanências dos saberes e técnicas tradicionais de pescadores artesanais de Vigia (PA)(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2020-10-28) SILVA, José Matheus Barata; FERNANDES, José Guilherme dos Santos; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7023812449790431; https://orcid.org/0000-0001-9946-4961Handmade fishing in the North Brazilian Coast is one of the main economic activities of the region. This Study aims to analyze the techniques of estuary artisanal fishing from Vigia-PA, with an emphasis on transformations and reframing of artisanal fishing and the traditional knowledge of the local community. This study points to the main fishing gear used in the microregion of Salgado Paraense, and its importance to the local, regional and national scenario. Is considered the contribution of the artisanal fisherman’s traditional knowledge, through its readjustments to the territorial geography of the constantly changing place. It shows the importance of artisanal fishing, the implication of industrial fishing to the category and its tensions. Thus, it is proposed to include the knowledge of artisanal fishermen in public policies for fishing in the region, given their deep knowledge of the activity, in addition to allowing the approximation between academic knowledge and traditional knowledge, or know-how of local people. To this end, it was sought to carry out bibliographic surveys and theoretical research on the topic. From the methodology, 300 forms and semi-structured interviews were applied, discourse analysis, field research with local subjects, with questions regarding fishing, its transformations, permanences and perspectives. Ahead, tables, graphs and images were produced collaboratively, taking into account the notes of artisanal fishermen, their reflections, narratives, knowledge and perceptions about their own practice. Finally, some categories were essential for the research, such as: artisanal fishing, traditional knowledge, know-how and techniques. Some authors were fundamental, such as: Ramalho (2011, 2012, 2014), Diegues (1983, 1988, 2001, 2004), Cunha (1993, 2000, 2004), Furtado (1987, 1990, 2001) e Isaac (1998, 2003, 2006). In this way, the translation of the knowledge of the estuarine artisanal fishermen was sought as a way to help future proposals for studies and public policies for the micro-region of the Salgado Paraense.
