This paper analyzes the practices that produce subjective processes on workers by biopolitical guided devices, through the analysis of care management in Brazil. We sought to analyze the construction of the Occupational Health Policies in the country, focusing on the formulation of National Policy of Security and Occupational Health (2004), based on Michel Foucault’s method, focused on documentary analysis. In this process, we can observe the conflict between work as a risk and work as production of subjectivity, which leads to the construction of notions of health-control and health-integrality. The creation of lines of care in Occupational Health in health services allows us to place this issue increasingly in the field of public health in Brazil and reduce the dispersion of worker’s cases of suffering, which remain at the level of the unsaid.

This article had as goal to investigate the historical production of childhood and youth in several countries affected by the global financial crisis that ecloded in 2008 at the United States. Various documents produced by UNICEF describing how the financial system collapse affected or aggravated the life conditions of children and adolescents were used, as well as other international articles that gave support to the documental data analysis. This research was done by means of a historical revision and problematization of literature narratives in the African, Asian, European and American continents. The search found strong indicators about the precariousness of public policies for children around the world, especially in countries with socioeconomic problems, and in Eastern Europe and the USA as well. Therefore, we alert to the need for studies about the impact of the international crisis in Brazilian children and how UNICEF is addressing these issues.

This study seeks to characterize men who were perpetrators of violence against women (HAV) and their participation in Reflexive Groups (GR) of the Nucleus X in Belém-PA, Brazil, highlighting the recidivism and the perception of HAV about GR. This is a documentary study with records made between 2012 and 2015. Among the results, 33.8% of these men (n = 24) did not complete Elementary School, 58.8% (n = 40) were alcohol users, 54.8% (n = 40) lived with the woman at the time of the aggression. In addition, 61.2% (n = 41) were prosecuted for physical violence against women, but only 1.3% (n = 1) relapsed in this form of aggression after participating in the GR. These have been described as an accessible mechanism in the prevention of violence that provides care, learning and reflection, demand for more research and investments that approach other social politics in order to build a solid network of reformulation of social relations of gender.

Models of self in families of people with spina bifida
(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2017-12) FREIRE, Viviam Rafaela Barbosa Pinheiro; VALENTE, Mário Diego Rocha; PONTES, Fernando Augusto Ramos; SILVA, Simone Souza da Costa; KAPPLER, Christoph de Oliveira
Models of self reveal cultural views regarding the competences that children should acquire, and these views tend to be shared by people within the same environment. Thus, this study aims to evaluate the models of self in families of people with spina bifida. Seventeen caregivers answered an online questionnaire containing socio-demographic questions and three scales of self: autonomous, related and autonomous-related. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and techniques of multivariate analysis. The main results indicate that the most valued model of self was the autonomous-related model, reflecting the desire that children develop autonomy as well as interpersonal relationships. Such a model, however, is distinct from that of family groups of people with typical development living in the same cultural environment, indicating the need for families of people with spina bifida to receive support to reach their developmental goals.

UNESCO, mulheres e biopoder no Brasil: alguns apontamentos
(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2017-12) LEMOS, Flávia Cristina Silveira; GALINDO, Dolores Cristina Gomes; CASTELAR, Marilda; REIS JÚNIOR, Leandro Passarinho; PIANI, Pedro Paulo Freire; NOGUEIRA, Thais
This article interrogates the practices of the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) towards brazilian women. Elaborates the Foucault´s analytics of racists and utilitarian discourses that promote discipline and securitarian regulations through education and culture. The concern with the violated rights in developing countries named by UNESCO and its designated partners, constitutes an important bulkhead to violence. However, guidelines and practices recommended by this multilateral Organization although potencially capable of producing specific improvements in the lives of some women, update neoliberal biopolitics justified by humanitarian and universalizing principles. Women are on UNESCO’s agenda from the perspective of threatened security and security, translated into public policies aimed at them and their children.

This paper proposes a theoretical construct of "mental suffering" of the worker at the Family Health Strategy (FHS). To this end, we opted for using the theory of the psychodynamics of work from the author Christophe Dejours, seeking a link between theory and practice aspects of the reorientation of primary care model in Brazil. In this sense, the analysis of the workers' mental health employed at the health care forefront appears to be of paramount importance, since it can assist in building evaluation proposals that go beyond traditional and exclusionary perspectives, indicating ways to overcome barriers in public policies, so that it is offered satisfactory service to users in Primary Care. Still, it was possible through this theoretical articulation allow an expansion about the possibilities of talking about work, be heard, to exercise subjective mobilization and seek the transformation of pathogenic conditions, hoping to cause a direct reflection on the organization of work.

The race/color variable was assessed in eight national systems/modules of health information. The calculation feasibility and use of indicators were also evaluated as for this same issue under the Unified Health System. Only three modules/systems could validate three out of the 24 indicators used by the SUS Performance Index. Despite advances towards health of ethnic and racial groups, the completeness of the variable is mandatory to allow for a better evaluation of the black population heath conditions. The monitoring of this variable is recommended by improving data collection and feed. It is important to broaden the debate on ethnic and racial equity in health by applying the mentioned performance index for monitoring the black population health care by Governments and social movements.

This article presents the Strategic Analysis (AE) of the formulation process of SUS National Policy on Monitoring and Evaluation (PNM&A-SUS). The study employed a qualitative document analysis and literature review, accounting for the three dimensions of AE: relevance of the problem (needed institutional policy); proposed objectives and mobilized partnerships. The analysis showed a discontinuous formulation process with relevant controversies regarding evaluation purposes, assumptions, responsibilities and expected competencies among stakeholders. The interrupted formulation process needs to be recommenced, as for the lessons learned and the realistic context assessment.

Based on Winnicott's theory, we point out the differences between aggressiveness and the anti-social trend that may ultimately result in destructive violence and delinquency. Considering that the "environmental mother" is anchored in culture, we discuss the place given to these young people in our society.

Situação de crise psíquica e desejo de saber
(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2016-03) DIAS, Helena Maria Melo; CECCARELLI, Paulo Roberto; MOREIRA, Ana Cleide Guedes
This paper is the result of a post-doctoral research. It debates the notion of psychic crisis according to Pierre Fédida. The authors discuss the case of a hospitalized HIV/AIDS patient, in which the countertransference effects of psychotherapy suggest the critical processes of the psychic crisis situation and the desire to “know about oneself”. The analytical process enabled the patient to do so. The paper considers that the notion of psychic crisis contributes to research concerning psychoanalytic psychotherapy in the hospital.

(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2013) LEMOS, Flávia Cristina Silveira; GALINDO, Dolores Cristina Gomes
This article considers critically the event massacre and the resistance of the indigenous Guarani Kaiowá against the racist practices of biopower, that are accomplished in order to guarantee the territory and their sacred land. In studies of Michel Foucault some historical and political tools that help us think about this situation and questions it in the present can be found. Racism seems to be holding such a reality and complicity with the genocide that is practiced due to the delay in carrying out the demarcation and to the negligence on the appeals of these people that have already happened in several ways. The strength of these people interpellate the psychological practices so that they are not driven as devices of ethnocidal standardization guided by pacification, that denies dissidences, or by explanations based on pathology , that deny the diversity of life as a biopower.

The present article is a theoretical study about the permanence and spread processes in the social body, regarding the security policies, of the elements that were forged in the long history of our Brazilian territory, from the time of the colonial invasion, emphasizing the contradictions in the military-business dictatorship, and the contradiction between the militarization of the social question and the struggle for the guarantee of human rights today. From the reflections of critical or radical criminology and the analysis of the role of sciences in a materialist-historical and dialectical perspective, this study sought to highlight the processes of construction of the figure of the internal enemy today qualified as “delinquent”, as well as the unfolding of the constitution of processes of criminalization in certain modes of sociability and subjectivities. In this sense, it is understood that psychology, as a science and profession, has the task of positioning itself before the expressions of social inequality, seeking to unveil the historical determinations and the relation with the totality from which emerge such contexts.
