These places were always placed as "the other", as vulnerable, as "problems". From a state point of view, these problems must be addressed through removals, militarization, the real estate market, among other different ways of managing a given population. Or simply, it can be left at the mercy of a purposeful precariousness in a time of crisis. For this, there was documentary analysis of the first territorial plan for sustainable rural development in the Lower Tocantins, as well as participation in board meetings. The results show that the Council of Territorial Development of the Lower Tocantins, is its structure in a Territorial Governance space in the Amazon, however, it appears that this new governance, has yet to deploy new territorial development processes.Artigo de Periódico Acesso aberto (Open Access) Políticas públicas de formação para o trabalho de pessoas com deficiência: revisão bibliográfica(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2018-12) SILVA, Gilmar Pereira da; OLIVEIRA, Ivanilde Apoluceno de; BENJAMIN, JaneteThis article deals with a bibliographical review of the research theme of the doctoral dissertation "Public Policies of Training for the Work of Persons with Disabilities of the Government of the State of Pará". The objective is to analyze abstracts of dissertations and theses of the CAPES database, aimed at the professionalization of PcD. The methodology consists of bibliographic research. In the search carried out over the period from 2013 to 2016, with the descriptors: Work; Education; Deficiency and Professionalism were identified 9,498 dissertations and 3,932 theses, however, only 8 dissertations and 1 thesis were directly related to the topic. Results: of the 9 productions analyzed, 3 sought to research training programs and professionalization in SENAI and SENAC, 4 in the Federal Institutes and 2 in the Philanthropic Institutions. We identified that only 5 productions present studies directed to the public policies of the federal and state governments.Artigo de Periódico Acesso aberto (Open Access) Comparação entre métodos de aproximação numérica utilizando o programa matlab(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2017-12) LOPES, Álvaro Pereira; COSTA, Manuel de Jesus dos SantosThis Scientific Initiation article covered with the aid of codes developed an interface of the Matlab program some comparisons between numerical approximation methods and found which one was more effective in certain situations. The polynomial interpolation concepts were presented, addressing the interpolation of Lagrange and Newton, and segmented interpolation, approaching cubic splines. Some applications were developed. First, they compared the methods Lagrange and Newton a practical example, the determination of the width of a river for the construction of a bridge. In another application, it analyzed the Newton polynomial behavior and Cubic Spline interpolation in the Runge function. When analyzing the results, it was concluded that between the Lagrange interpolation and Newton latter is more efficient since it is lighter in terms of computational effort, but it is not suitable for situations where it has many interpolation points ie, where the polynomial interpolation is very high degree. The cubic spline is efficient in these cases shows that it uses several low degree polynomial to form the interpolating curve.Artigo de Periódico Acesso aberto (Open Access) Representações de docentes sobre violência nas escolas: um estudo em uma escola ribeirinha(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2016-06) LOBATO, Vívian da SilvaThis research was guided by the objective of analyzing the conceptions of teachers about violence in school context. Data collection was performed in a riverine and quilombo School. A literature review was performed, followed by interviews with six (6) teachers in a State of Elementary School and Middle of the Municipality of Abaetetuba, State of Para. The interviewed teachers working in High School School André Santos. In order to preserve anonymity, attributed to fictitious names in the presentation and discussion of results. it was decided to group the data into categories of meaning, the end were listed nine (9) categories, namely: What teachers talk about violence, forms of violence manifest in school, violence considered the most serious, such as violence is crafted in the classroom, as teachers often act in the face of violence, training on school violence, violence in the teacher-student relationship, the infrastructure of the school X violence, consequences of violence for school. The theoretical framework used sat in the studies of the following researchers: Franco (2004), Charlot (2002), Fante (2005), Placco (2005), Kodato (2010) and Peter-Silva (2014). We conducted the systematization of experiences by teachers in the classroom relating what teachers know, how they produce their teachers, cultural and pedagogical knowledge, as these transmit knowledge produced within their practices. Initially, a foray into the context of the formation of modern society highlighting the utopian character of the construction of human knowledge referencing the philosophical and educational thought of Kant and Bacon, as builders of scientific illustration of the Enlightenment. Then walks in the dual influence of European revolution, which led to important aspects in the thinking of subsequent authors of the XIX century. Reflects the thinking of Comte and its theoretical foundation to Durkheimian concepts, focusing on evolutionary and positivist character of his philosophy. Finally, it analyzes the concepts of functionalist thought of Durkheim, sociological and educational aspects and its influence on current educational theories.Artigo de Periódico Acesso aberto (Open Access) Algumas incursões em trabalhos produzidos no campo da história da leitura no Brasil(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2014-01) DUARTE, Raimunda Dias; ALVES, Laura Maria Silva AraújoThis paper made a brief survey of the theories developed on the ‘history of reading practices in Brazil’, covering the period 2003-2010, to investigate how this object has been treated from the standpoint of theoretical and methodological. The methodological procedure consisted of a survey in the CAPES thesis database and three Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) of thesis linked to postgraduate programs that develop research within the chosen theme. Research results show that the theoretical and methodological approach that guides the research is cultural history, especially the work introduced by Roger Chartier, focusing on documentary research methodology. The data also reveal that the HEIs investigated, such theoretical and methodological approach predominates at UNICAMP, because of this institution to develop large-scale project focused on the history of reading.Artigo de Periódico Acesso aberto (Open Access) “A voz da selva” – educomunicação socioambiental e possibilidades de desenvolvimento local sustentável: experiências e práticas na Comunidade Boa Esperança – RDS Amanã/AM(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2013-09) SILVA, Marilena Loureiro da; FIGUEIREDO, Thiago Antônio de SousaThis work was carried out from the discussion about communication and local development, with the aiming to verify whether the use of social communication from residents of the communities, inserted inside Conservation Units of Sustainable Use, has contributed to the organization and consequently with the development of community activities in the locality, based on the concept of social and environmental sustainability. The work was carried out from a case study method and participant observation, a community located within the Sustainable Development Reserve (RDS) Amanã, in Amazonas state, using the analysis to two theoretical orientations: a) the critical theory, b) the theory of the reception that dislocates the studies of the communication for the cultural phenomena. In this context the results refer mainly to: a) the communication developed in the community of study, is associated in some elements of popular communication and community alternatives b) communication, alternative, popular, and community or in this case has contributed to the organization and conduct of community activities through the expansion of information concerning such activities related mainly to the social dimension of work, community organization, school and health; c) The radio, as a vehicle for oral and easy handle is the vehicle most used by residents of the community under study, as a tool for expansion on local information.Artigo de Periódico Acesso aberto (Open Access) O currículo, relações de gênero e modos de subjetivação: Incursões investigativas em um programa de capacitação(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2013-04) SANTOS, Daniele Vasco; SILVA, Josenilda Maria Maués daThis article results on a research that has checked the ways of subjectivation worked on the curriculum of a capacitating program in gender and ÓÔÍpublic policies proposed by a non governmental organization. Using as theoretical reference the field studies of the curriculum and of the gender relations produced by authors the notion of curriculum is assumed as discursive crossed with can-know relations and involved subjectivation processes that intend to transform a person in subjects privileging the dimension of the gender relations. The analysis of the ways of subectivation working in the capacitating program is made as a source the documents that subsidize its education practices. Deepening our studies on the body, from the theoretical study of Deleuze´s works, we have been emphasizing the notion that the production of a body is a problem of ethical. If the body appears in Deleuze´s thought, sometimes as meeting of forces, at other times, also appears as the expression of the differences as bendings. Thus, there is still a notion that begins the power of thought begins from body, a becoming-body.
